And asked what options were out there. In no time she located exactly the Equinox that I wanted at another dealership ( only 2 in California) I drove it home on Wednesday. This is the second car I ve bought from Becky..Everyone at Paradise is so helpful and friendly.

A Day In Paradise.
I am retired, have no house payment, no car payments When I walked through the gates at Paradise Chevrolet I was sure at least one salesman would instantly pounce on me and my wife before we made it to the first car, Grab my arm, Twist it behind my back and insist I buy a car
Boy were we pleasantly surprised when a very nice Salesman, Shaun Tomosada did meet us In the lot and listened when we told him what we were wanting to see.
We looked at a few cars, No pressure whatsoever, then he had to to go with another customer. I was handed off to Sam Radi, Another Fantastic guy.
Again very little pressure to buy But I Did test drive A vehicle. A Chrysler Town and Country Van with all the bells and whistles. Low milege used car, excellent condition and at a very fair price. Couldn't ask for anything better.
Then with Sam and Eli the Pre-owned team leader we put together some numbers With a little back-and-forth negotiations we made the deal.
These people were phenomenal, very little pressure, Honest and a good sense of humor.
Josh Rice the Financial Manager Was fantastic.
Last stop was Insurance verification This was where I was also very impressed This nice young lady gave me An insurance quote for all my vehicles She showed where I was under insured in some respects. Again no pressure whatsoever For her policy. My current carrier matched Her price If they didn't I surely would have went with them. I would especially like to thank her for showing where I could improve on my insurance thank you.
Not that I buy a car everyday But, These guys At Paradise Chevrolet are a phenomenal bunch of people. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Paradise and after 40 years of dealing with dealerships and sales people, someone finally got it right. It was by far the best experience we ever had. Margaret Gunn completely eliminated all the stress and frustration typically associated with purchasing a vehicle. She was helpful and answered all our questions and took extra time to explain all the gadgets and gizmos of the vehicle.

I have never had an experience quite like the one I had on Saturday. By a stroke of luck I was handed off from one salesman to another. At first I thought, "what, is my money not good enough for this guy" but it turned out to be the greatest blessing. Chris Ochoa showed us all the trucks I wanted to see and was a plethora of knowledge on the technology and options on each vehicle. He was a total gentlemen with my wife and I and really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and were being given all the correct information. I ended up leasing a 2015 Silverado LTZ which is a truck that I never thought I would have the pleasure of driving and my monthly price point was met. Chris spent an extra 40 minutes with me just to set up the blue tooth and the OnStar services. If you go here and want the best no haggle experience, go with Chris Ochoa!

I submitted an online question through the website and Cody Dugard replied instantly, he was so kind and informative and the reason we decided to come in. The car salesman said they would be able to get me the price I told them I was specifically looking for, the price which I am currently paying on my car, to get into a new Cruze. So great, the car salesman guarantees he can get me the price knowing I have no down payment, and knowing my credit score which was run yesterday. So I fill out paperwork for a credit check, the numbers guy comes back with 240$ more then my current payments, 390$ for a leased vehicle. I just went to another Chevy the day before and got quoted 250 dollars. I would highly recommend not going to this dealer, they can't even follow through.

My experience with Paradise Chevrolet was great. As someone who used to be scared to walk into dealerships, I was initially hesitant to go in and talk to the sales staff. I started my search online and was invited in for a test drive. Once there, the internet manager Steve and the the VIP vehicle advisor Lance Orozco made me feel comfortable. They were able to give me a great deal on a new lease and made the process quick and painless. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I bought an electric car, a 2014 Chevy Spark, so I was not sure how up to speed the sales staff would be on the features of the car, but Lance was very knowledgeable about all of the features and was able to answer all of my questions. He even followed me home after the sale to make sure I was able to hook up the charger and make sure that everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend Paradise Chevrolet to anybody looking for a new or used car in the Temecula area.

I had a great experience at Paradise Chevrolet! Ian, Jordan, Alphonso and George really made my car buying experience enjoyable. Ian spent quite a while going over the vehicles we were interested in and let us test drive them without pressure. We enjoyed talking about the car as well as things not auto related. When Ian had to leave he turned us over to Jordan who did Yeoman's service with the paperwork while keeping us entertained during the process! Alphonso was very quick on getting a price for us and was able to take care of a few minor items that we wanted repaired in the vehicle. I really wasn't planning to buy a car, just wanted to look and get an idea of what I may want to get, but Shaun came up to assist me and his friendliness was great, he was not pushy or overbearing. I wasn't able to get the exact car I wanted but he got me in one I liked. Then he had Ely help out with the finance process and he was very straight forward, professional and friendly as well. It was overall my best car buying experience. I will be going back when it's time to upgrade.

I am a first-time car buyer and Sam made it so easy and understandable for me. He never treated me as though he can't make any sale off of me. I had no credit but had a co-signer though and he gave me a very great deal. I will never forget my great experience with this dealership, and with Sam.

I worked with Darrin Young. He was very helpful and understood what I was looking for in my next vehicle. I'm not a fan of going through the auto purchase process but working with Darrin made it easier.

I have a Silverado. AC condenser, a known problem, went broke at the defect area. I had it replaced a year ago. Now the Compressor is out. Another known problem. I understand items wear, but when I ask for system refrigerant to be recovered and the condenser to be check for workmanship and is in good working order to rule out a defective part. I don't expect hostility from the advisor. I can't afford the compressor replacement at the dealership at the moment. I need to replace the compressor myself. On a side note. When I asked how much it would cost, after verification all workmanship and condenser in good working order, the advisor was again hostile and not willing to give estimate. Four vehicles, a new engine install ($10/k), all at Paradise, I'm shocked that I was given such treatment. I planned on trading my truck in in October. I think I will hold off on this now.

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac this past weekend. Denny Crawford helped us with our trade in for a new 2013 Camaro SS. In all honesty, Denny was a honest, genuine, down-to-earth guy. He worked quickly and made the entire process easy. The waits are the only bad thing I have come across. Well that and the costs, but it's a dealership so you have to expect that.

Ryan Tracy was a model professional sales consultant. I had never been to Paradise before. I did research and read other reviews before coming down to buy a car. This was the best car buying experience in my lifetime. The negotiating took about 10 minutes. I arrived at 5:00 PM and left at 7:00 PM with our new Cadillac ATS.

I visited this dealership and test drove cars 2 different times before I made my decision to lease a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox with the 2.0 liter engine. I also visited at least 3 other car dealerships in Temecula. On my first visit, I told them I was just there to get information and test drive some cars. No one ever pressured me and they were very welcoming and accommodating, which I appreciated immensely. Lou spent a lot of time with me and he listened while I told him my wants and needs in a vehicle and he made a smart recommendation. Lance is super nice, and he's the one who helped me through the leasing process. He helped me to get the best deal possible and he astutely pointed out to me that it was more advantageous for me to sell my leased Honda to Chevy than to return it to Honda, as I had planned. The icing on the cake is that I absolutely love my Chevy. I love the way it handles and it feels solid on the freeway and in the pouring rain. I'm also enjoying a lot of "extras" that would not have been included in the other brands I shopped, for the price. I've only driven Hondas, Toyotas and Fords in the last 30+ years, but I'm a Chevy Girl, now! Without hesitation, I recommend Paradise Chevrolet. They are truly product specialists and they helped me find the right vehicle for me at a fair price.

I began my experience working with Steve after submitting my request via the Internet. Steve met my vision and needs for a new pickup and helped me understand the differences of the models. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed to a decision and this purchase time frame did not take too long. I really enjoyed working with Josh in finance as well - I would have liked to have met the Sales Manager that Steve was working with, but I realize they sometimes like to be in the background.

I took my 2015 Z06 Corvette in for the engine lacking power, which occurred suddenly the day before and seemed to be running out of fuel. The car had been running very well, and even with the loss of power all engine functions were normal (e.g. normal oil pressure, no abnormal sounds, no fluid losses, etc.). Even though I did NOT have an appointment Mr. Geoff Rasmussen took the car into the shop, ran diagnostics, reloaded the CPU software, and had the car back to me that afternoon running fine. Job well done in my opinion.

I just bought my 2018 Traverse through a different dealer in May. I had traded in my Dodge because it was always breaking and I had horrible luck with Dodge service centers including never being able to get ahold of the service advisor along with them "finding" more things wrong with my car that a second opinion said didn't need to be touched. I was hesitant to buy a new Chevy after having one 6 years ago, but all that changed this week. I am extremely impressed and grateful with the service center, courtesy rentals, and Chris! He called to update me everyday. My husband is deployed so its just me with 3 bio kids and a foster child; they were very understanding and helped make sure I had a car big enough for 4 carseats. My car was also fixed way faster than expected. THANK YOU PARADISE CHEVY!

First timer at Paradise Chevrolet. Needed a standard oil change and tire rotation. They were about two weeks out on appointments but given the current pandemic, that was understandable. I was helped by Ty, a very friendly service manager. I was told it would take about an hour so I waited on-site. Plenty of space inside to distance yourself safely from others. I was pleasantly surprised when Ty found me about an hour later to tell me service was complete. See you in 5000 miles!

After months of procrastinating, I got up and took the pink slip to my car and went back to the Paradise Dealership that I had in the past done business with. I have had a financial loss over the past 3 years and am just getting back on my feet financially. I was able to get a BEAUTIFUL vehicle at a affordable price and still maintain a decent living!

Purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse, my sales person was Denny Crawford. The entire process was painless and the Paradise team met our expectations. No hassles, was not stuck in 5 hour closing negotiations on a car I don't want. I came in with price on a car from a competitor found on the internet. Asked Denny a simple question can you match this price on your use vehicle comparing (apples to apples). After reviewing the invoice on their car, he explained they could not come close (approx 4k difference). He recommended going to the competitor and purchase the car because it is a great deal. After seeing the car at the competitor dealer which was in accurately advertised, it actually had more option than the one we looked at Paradise but my wife wanted bench seating for 8 vice 7 seats with captain chairs. This was a deal breaker for us, so after looking at several vehicles and not satisfied with their inventory and service we headed back to Paradise. We met back with Denny (who had a big smile on his face). We explained we wanted to see the numbers on the used vehicle and the numbers on a new vehicle. In our case the numbers on the new vehicle made more sense. We got a great vehicle with great options with some great services such as oil changes for life, free dent repair and an extended 100K warranty. The service department as attentive as the sales force, call this morning to make an appointment for some options that I ordered, the process was without excuses and were able accommodate my schedule and will provide a ride back to my home. Very satisfied...No switch and bait here, No hassles...I recommend Denny Crawford.

I am 64 yrs old and Paradise was the best car buying experience of my life. I cannot say enough good things about them from the time we drove on the lot to the time we drove off the lot. Thad and Steve were exceptional. I was more than satisfied with my deal and the service I received. We left the dealership ecstatic with our new car and forgot my jacket in my trade. We had gone about 6 miles away to another local establishment and called Thad to verify their closing hours. Within 10 minutes, Thad was standing in front of us, personally delivering my jacket and some CD's that I had left in my trade CD player. We were really impressed and immediately told everyone within an earshot about Paradise. Needless to say, we didn't stop talking about that for a few days. We drove 80 miles to get to Paradise because you were the only dealer in SD county with the Spark EV we wanted. Some of the other dealerships said they would order one for me but wanted a $500 deposit. I contacted Thad via internet on Wednesday and because of the long drive I needed you to hold the vehicle for me until the weekend, You said you would hold it for me and never even asked for a deposit. During that time, I was pre-approved, had an amount I wanted for my trade-in and had a good idea of what my lease payments would be before I even got to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, I was able to receive a little more for my trade-in than I expected and my lease payments were $10 less than I anticipated! It was worth the drive! We were on our way to Big Bear for the Labor Day Weekend when our car s air conditioner condenser locked up. It was 115 degrees that Saturday. We bought our Tahoe at a dealership in San Diego and knew it was under warranty but of course the work couldn t be started until Tuesday after the holiday. The service manger was so accommodating. We told him we were heading to meet family in Big Bear. Instead of having to cancel our trip and figure out a way to get back home, the service manager made sure we had a full size SUV as a loaner while the work was completed. We so much appreciated that! We were able to salvage the weekend and picked up our repaired car the following Wed.

I will never return to Paradise for service. They wanted to charge $850.00 to repair or replace the folding motor to the passenger side mirror of my 2013 Escalade. That's outrageous. I got it repaired at a independent shop in Hemet for$250.00 and it works perfectly.

I visited the lot at Paradise Chevrolet and was approached by Craig Mckenzie who was very helpful, knowledgeable and non pushy.....Then after leaving Craig followed up with me many times over the next week to insure that he was ready to serve me and hopefully sell me a car. He was very professional in all his follow up and I was very impressed. Although I ended up buying another brand of car, I would certainly come back to Paradise and look for Craig if I was going to buy a Chevy or Cadilac in the future. I would also be happy to refer anyone I hear of that was in the market to buy a car to Craig and Paradise. Great job and keep up the good work!!!!!
