Buying a car can be tough and frustrating, but Ian guided me in the right direction to buy the car that fit me. I walked in wanting an Avalanche, but tried to convince myself that I could be happy with something different. Ian work diligently to find me what I thought I wanted, but I was only frustrating myself. Ian was "real" with me and said you have to drive what you like or you won't be happy. I agreed and we looked at the Avalanche. As soon as I opened the door I knew this was what fit me. Ian and I worked together in a timely manner and off I drove home with a fantastic vehicle. Service Dept. met me at my car, while i waited enjoyed freshly baked rolls, gourmet coffee pods, their large screen tv's didnt just have football (thank goodness!) had something for everyone, including kids.

We leased a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze RS last night after doing endless research and test driving the Cruze as well as the Ford Focus and the Mazda M3. The Focus couldn't even come close to the Cruze and, while the M3 came somewhat close, we determined the Cruze to be just a better built, more comfortable, more tech savvy, best bang for our buck vehicle. Add the RS package and the choice was an easy one to make. After deciding on the vehicle, we had the "pleasure" of "the sale". You know, the sit down with The Car Guy, The Manager and The Finance Man. Well, Chris Perez - The Car Guy was excellent! I think this is the first time I can actually say it was fun to buy a car. He was very knowledgeable. Very personable. Not your regular car salesman. We came in with a set monthly payment in mind and The Manager and The Finance Man were able to work their magic and got us that payment. Went to Paradise Chevy Temecula today for a routine oil change on my 2010 STS I purchased there. Ordered it fully loaded with features not even in their "standard fully loaded models" paid a small fortune. Took 2 months to get which was fine. Currently only has 47k miles on it. Now I understand I didn't hv an appointment but to say "we need to keep car for 3 days or make an appointment for late next week is a bit much. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!
I called Lake Chevy in of course Lake Elsinore. They were also full, put me on hold, said if I got there in 20 min they could hv it done by end of the day. Dropped it off, since current STS is 8 yrs old started looking at new model 2017 STS. Paradise Chevy, guess what. Ordered a new car with more features than available. Will get my new car in a month (hopefully) and paid a small fortune. Everywhere when you buy a new car you get great service. It's after the purchase service that counts.
This week my wife and I were looking at the new Chevy Traverse and found the one we were interested in at Paradise. A couple of years ago we met an outstanding salesman at the dealership his name was Lance Orosco, who helped us get into a new Cadillac. I wanted to update my previous review and say this is one of the best dealerships i have dealt with. Even though we were unable to make a deal the support i received from Tammy Waldron and Cody Wetherbee was outstanding. We had a lengthy time on the verge of 6 months working various deals and options and they never once became impatient or unprofessional. It just wasnt the right time for us to buy and they were completely honest and understood our situation. I never once felt pressured or harrassed as i have with other dealers. Whenever it is a better time for us to get a new vehicle i will not hesitate to give them my business.

Was really happy when we purchased our truck. Then we paid it off. We were waiting on our Gap refund. Have got nothing but the run around. The excuses were, we will email you the papers, no papers, our server has been down almost 2 weeks. Then finally got the right stuff. Sent it to them. 1 1/2 months later nothing. The checks in the mail. Very disappointed in the whole financial department. I am the one calling them.
Terrell Bolton in the Sales department has provided the highest level of service possible. My overall interactions with this sale associate was most respectful and informative. Buying a car is very stressful and dealing with most salespersons can make it more aggravating. I have been looking for a good car for my son for at least 3 weeks now and Paradise was the one of the last dealers we ended up going to in the Temecula/Murrieta area. They seem straight forward, no games and do not try to waste your time. Overall, I had a good experience at Paradise. Even-tough we had a few hiccups along the way with the car itself, Denny, Dave English and George in finance did an excellent job accommodating us. Paradise is my dealer of choice from now on and we will be back soon to buy another car.
Old school vs tech? NOT!!! The shuttle service TODAY suffered from computerized dementia. After Emma (customer service rep) says "we'll sign ya up the old fashioned way " One driver takes off aimlessly without me, and the other driver? Let's just say, I'm glad I got a ride from home. So FUBRD!!!

With a full time job and the time-strapped lifestyle of being a parent, it s hard to schedule the time to visit a dealership let alone negotiate the price. Once I made my selection, Kevin Brooks informed me of the play area they have for kids while I tested the vehicle. This area has a coloring table, a TV (With a kid friendly movie), treats, and toys. Kevin Brooks made sure my family was taken care of while I was shopping. Kevin was very informative, courteous and was able to answer all my questions. Once I made my decision, Kevin got the ball moving fast but still made very sure I was informed of all the procedures. I didn't feel pushed or that I had to buy this vehicle that day. Paradise Chevrolet should have been the first dealership I went too. I recommend Kevin Brooks for all you parents out there looking for a vehicle. Pro: I had the pleasure of working with Craig McKenzie at Paradise Chevrolet. It took me a few months to decide to purchase a 2014 Chevrolet Volt. Craig took me on several test drives, went over the car with me, and showed me how to drive it for maximum efficiency. When we decided to buy, Craig was on vacation, but had his co-worker Chris Ochoa meet with us and walk through financing with us. Although Chris was not my salesperson and not getting recognized for the sale he took his time to help me setup Onstar and gave me tips and tricks on how to drive the car. Craig and Chris treated me as if I was their only client, and gave me the courtesy and respect not given at most dealerships. I have had the car for 1 week as of today and Craig has periodically checked in with me to make sure I am still enjoying my car. This was truly a great sales experience. Thanks Craig and Chris!!!!! Dameon showed me a few options and he found me something within my budget. I drove away with a great Truck that is in our families budget. Came in to this dealership during their $2 down payment promotion. After speaking with both the online sales manager and a different associate on the phone, I came in to view their inventory. After getting there, another associate told me I would require 40% down due to my credit, after being told by both other reps that 2-3k would be perfectly fine.... I know that dealerships use different finance companies, but the fact that I was able to go to another dealership and get better finance terms with only $2,500 with my bad credit, this dealership had left a bad taste in my mouth.
Steve and Craig have requested that I review my experience with them when I purchased a car at Paradise. Both of them were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the car. I enjoyed working with both of them.
Unfortunately, I am not as happy with Paradise or General Motors. 36 hours after I purchased the 2013 auto, the price of 2014 model was dropped by $5,000.00.
If that information was made available to me at the time I purchased the car; I probably would have made a different decision. Needless to say, everyone pleaded ignorance!

I found the Suburban we wanted online at Paradise Chevrolet. My entire experience with the team there was pleasant. I worked with Joe Di Gioia and Mike in finance, both were knowledgeable and efficient. I didn't get any of the high pressure tactics here as I have else where. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family, I would also drive the 40-50 miles back out to work with them again.
Paradise made my first time buying a car solo easy and stress-free. I hadn't had a new car in 10 years and cars have changed. Jonathan Ramirez was very patient and helpful in leading me through the new technology on the vehicle. His pleasant personality and genuine kindness made me feel comfortable. He walked me through everything, explaining each step and taking me on a tour of the facility pointing out that even after I purchased my Equinox, any time I visited Paradise, I would feel special. He was prompt in replying to my emails, and answered my questions quickly and concisely.
Tammy also helped me put together my deal. Although I only spoke to her for a short time on the phone, I felt her confidence and experience.
All in all, I am very glad I chose Paradise. I've had my adorable red Equinox 1 week and I'm lovin' her.

While visiting the Repair Center: Although I had a prior authorization from my Insurance Company for all services to be rendered, I was required to leave my credit card. In addition, my insurance company provided $ 30.00 a day to rent a car while mine was in repair, I was charged an additional $10.00 a day for the only type of car available in their fleet. Therefore I am sorry to say, I am not happy with the service I received,
I just bought my third truck from Paradise and have enjoyed a long history with Chevy trucks. I just added a GMC Canyon to that collection. Everybody was so very kind and helpful and made my experience as pain free as humanly possible! Larry, Denney, David and everybody I dealt with were wonderful.
