Corresponded with Ruby over email about a 2017 Volt. I get to the front desk and they don't know who Ruby is. Probably should have taken that as a sign... Two different sales reps, over an hour of waiting and lots of pushing with their financing even though I made it clear that I already had my own. I felt like we could get reasonably close to a deal but the starting offer was so bad, that I was out of patience. As I was leaving, there was suddenly more room to deal but I had enough. I had three area trade appraisals and they were the worst of the three. They have their profit margins to maintain but I think they could have started talking numbers on the car much earlier so that we didn't waste so much time. I didn't feel like my time was valued. Moss Bros gave me a better initial offer over email on a similar model Volt which was about two thousand less than what Paradise started with. Of course Moss Bros is a bunch of shady salesman, or so I was told... I guess we'll find out this weekend!
