Giving a big shout out to Ryan and everyone at Paradise Chevrolet & Cadillac in Temecula. Their customer service is so great! From the people who answer the phones, to the service reps and service techs, to the guys who drive me home in a shuttle. Everyone is on their game, professional, personable, fast and courteous and I acknowledged them today with my homemade hot cross buns. I appreciate them. Here's the story...The other week I brought my Volt in (bought it there too) to be serviced and fix the heater. The heater part was out of stock nationwide, so I got the car back after the regular service, and then about a week later Ryan called and said come on back we have the part. Since it was a return trip I got a free courtesy car. I mentioned to the woman at their car/rental & body shop about some door dings and a possible quote. She asked me if I bought the car there and I said "Yes" and she said I get free door ding removals. What? No way! She asked "Do they need to be painted?", I said yes and she said oh, yeah it's only for door dings that don't require any painting. Of course. Too good to be true, right? So before leaving I told Ryan to have a look at my 2 good sized door dings (a rock hit the door, BAD) and I just expected a quote from the body shop. Car was ready later that day. We returned the courtesy rental picked up our Volt, heater worked like a charm and guess what? They FIXED THE 2 BIG DOOR DINGS! Their door ding guy is Keith Walker of All Out Paintless Dent Removal. Where the paint scratches were, he simply camouflaged it! Unless I point it out to you, you wouldn't know! I was SOOOOO HAPPY! I couldn't believe it! I had been driving around with these embarassing giant dings for months. I was already happy with them and wanted to acknowledge their good work, but this was truly the cherry on top. So my hat is off to you Paradise Chevrolet Service! You guys are awesome! Thank you!
