Active duty military traveling out of state and had my wife take my Sonic into Paradise Chevrolet for an oil change while I was gone. I make an appointment three days in advance for 8:45 in the morning because she has other appointments that morning. I was told at most an oil change takes is an hour an half, which is thirty minutes more than every other dealership in the Temecula area...but OK I generally prefer my vehicle to be serviced at their respective dealership so I thought maybe it would take an hour and they're just padding the time to be safe. NOPE, my wife waits the hour and half and HAS TO ASK where the car is,. No communication, no courtesy, no notification as soon as KATHY the service advisor knew it was going to be late. She's told it's going to take longer because this dealership does a "thorough multipoint inspection" a dubious excuse that is a joke sine that task was part of the oil change and should've been part of the hour and a half time quote. TWO HOURS later the car is ready and KATHY the service advisor tersely lets my wife know the vehicle is done. My wife pays and has the receipt basically tossed at her with no work order review, debrief or mention of when the next service is due. Then she finds out the dealership DIDN'T wash the car, unlike every other dealership in Temecula (Ford,Mazda and Toyota all do). Why? Because of the drought, great excuse for your bottomline and lowering the level of customer service. Just because there is a drought doesn't mean my car doesn't need a wash. Couldn't have been a more poor experience, my only hope is my Car still runs when I get home.

I want to thank Mike Peralta in the sales department at Paradise Chevrolet for being an awesome salesman. Your knowledge of trucks and your professional service was by far the best interaction we have ever experienced at a car dealership. Thank you for a great experience!

Service was fine. Wait time was a bit long (about an hour). We were also made aware of 2 services which are due, however apparently tbey should've been performed at a mileage PRIOR to our purchasing the vehicle, pre-owned. This bothers me and I'm hoping Paradise will perform these services at no cost since apparently we were sold a vehicle which was not properly serviced prior to it's sale. Disappointing to say the least. A courtesy call from the dealership would be appreciated. Thanks.

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Traverse through Paradise Chevrolet Cadillac. Sam is the man who helped us. I love his genuine personality! I can't say enough good things about him. He was extremely polite from the minute we walked in and all the way through the whole process. He is very knowledgable of the product he is selling. He was very detailed in his walk through of the vehicle and he made sure there were no questions left unanswered. I wasn't in the greatest situation as far as my trade but I worked with Christian and Mike in sales. Their finance team got me into the exact truck that I wanted for a price I could afford after leaving another dealership that told me "they could not help me." Bypass the others dealers and come see Christian at Paradise!

Paradise Chevrolet/Cadillac is not only the best Chevy/Caddy dealer in Riverside County, but they may be the best in Southern California. From the moment I got there, undecided, confused, with lots of "information" from the internet, Felipe and Steve took great care of me. Felipe made the process of choosing a car including test driving maybe 6-7 cars painless and easy. It felt more like shopping for a car with a close friend than it did a sales person. He is a true professional that I recommend everyone talks to him.

When it came time to make the deal, Steve put all the numbers in front of me and we quickly agreed. There was some negotiating back and forth, but even that was painless, professional and respectful. Steve and Tammy the finance manager worked very quickly and there was never a "let me go talk to my boss" break.

Speaking of finance, I have never ever had a better finance document signing process in my life. I have purchased a few cars and every time once you're done with sales it takes 20-30 minutes to just wait for the document signing. And then, another 30 minutes while the finance person fiddles with the dot matrix printer and makes you sign your life away. George in finance was incredible. I waited a whole 45 seconds after agreeing on the deal and was immediately sent to sign documents. Best of all, they were all ready to go. The total sales process took less than an hour once I had decided on the car.

This is a local business, that loves its clients. They stand behind their 72-hour exchange policy, which I took advantage of because I wanted a few more features. Felipe sent me a text at 9pm just to make sure I was happy and enjoying my car.

If you're in the market for a Chevy or a Caddy, go here, you won't be disappointed.

I did not buy my most recent Chevy at Temecula Paridise Chevrolet. However I really like there Service Dept. This is my 2 Chevy I have bought. Rich did a great job with me today. Much appreciated.

I took my 2500 in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said they were going to check a few air filters and call me if they need to be replaced. When I picked my truck up there was a check engine light on. I told the service persons (Ty) who was helping me about the light. He hooked it up to a hand held diagnostic machine and found a code. He said the code had something to do with things they were taking off and it may have just come up because of something they unplugged. He cleared the code without having a tech look at it and sent me on my way. About a day or two later the check engine light came back on. I called Ty and he told me to bring it in so they can figure it out. When I got there Ty told me it would be $150 for a diagnostic. After a short debate with Ty and the service manager David they waived the fee. They called me 9 hours later and said it s the EGR valve and it would be $1,100 to fix it. They claimed there is no way they could have done that and said it was a coincidence that I dropped off a working truck and picked up a broken truck. I am extremely disappointed in the outcome of that visit. I have been a customer of Paradise for years but will no longer be buying cars from them.

My wife and I loved our experience with Mike Peralta and Mark Schlageck! Mike took his time to show us vehicles that would meet our needs and explained every feature/function of the vehicle to educate us on the advantage of owning a Chevy. My wife and I fell in love with at 2014 Chevy Equinox and Mike gave us a killer deal. Once we took it home and drove the car over the weekend, my wife and I decided that for my long commute, a more fuel efficient vehicle was probably a smarter decision. I called Mike on Monday morning and he discussed the 72 hour advantage and that I qualified to return the vehicle and select the vehicle that meet my needs. WOW, this experience removed buyers remorse and allowed me to go with my gut feeling which was a 2015 Volt! I met with Mike and test drove the car and two hours later, I drove home in my NEW CAR! Mike provided top notch service and exceeded my expectations as a sales professional and my wife and I would only purchase vehicles from this dealership/Mike moving forward. Thank you!

It's so exciting to get our new Silverado 1500 2017 today. This is a really nice place, and all staff are friendly and knowledgeable on their vehicles. Do appreciate for the assist of Darrin Young. Mr. Yound is very nice and professional. He found the exactly one to match our requirement. Additionally, they did really quick and excellent on paperwork, which was really impressive. Great Place to Buy Truck or so I thought buying the truck actually went pretty smooth. Once serious issues with truck were discovered it's been a ongoing nightmare never have I seen a business be so unwilling to lift a finger to help... brand new truck missing mounts that GM says should be there.. Royal Utility bed junk

My air conditioning compressor quit turning on. I called three places to get estimates because I didn't want to do the work due to how involved it is to access my compressor. The two quotes that I received before calling Paradise we're a $150 for troubleshooting on the low end, on the high end one was $1,200 and the other was $1,500. Once I called the dealership I spoke to a gentleman on the phone, who mentioned that if your coolant is low there is a pressure switch that will cut power to the compressor to keep the compressor from destroying itself. He recommended that I try to refill the coolant for the air conditioner and see if the compressor began running after I refilled the coolant level. I went straight away to O'Reilly's and purchased a $44 can of R134a and checked the charge. Sure enough my charge was at 0. I refilled it until the compressor kicked on and it is working perfectly. I did not get the name of the gentleman who I spoke to however he saved me a ton of money. Thank you!

Nathan was very knowledgeable about our vehicle and he as with us all the way through the process. Initially they were not able to find an acceptable amount for our trade, but they persevered and we came to an equitable compromise for our new Volt. Thanks everyone!

We have purchased 3 new pick up trucks from Paradise Chevrolet, here in Temecula, dating back to 1998. We've always been big fans of Chevrolet products. Because of those 3 new purchases, we recently discovered and purchased a used 2001 Chevy S-10 regular cab pick-up, similar to 2 of the prior purchase. S-10's were and are a great pick-up.
It was a very good day when we decided to make an appointment in the service dept. to bring the S-10 in for maintenance items and various areas of concern to be resolved by the professionals, representing Mr. Gilmore's dealership and GM. In addition, being assigned to Ryan Drumm as our service writer was an added bonus. Not only did we get over a dozen issues resolved and in a timely manner, every item was professionally complete by technician, Clinton Mielke. Between Ryan and Clinton, we were in good hands. They restored our trust in factory dealerships. Ryan was patient and understanding, explaining every item I brought up for review and inspection. We've had some issues with Paradise Chevrolet in the SALES dept. over these past few years, preventing a few more purchases. On April 17th. My husband and I just stopped by to see the new Impala while there I just happened to look at the RSX on the showroom floor. A very nice young man named Christian Ricks explained all the faetures of this car. We had just been in Palm Springs looking at SUV's for me and it NEVER crossed my mind to look at a Cadillac. Christian was so professional, knowledgable, attentive to my needs in a car. He is the prime example of a sincere salesman who enjoys his work and made the whole experience of buying YES buying a car very enjoyable. I would reccomond him to any of my friends who are even just thinking about a car to go to Him.Even trade in process was a breeze. This was a NO HASSLE buying experience.

We bought a used Cadillac. It was one that I had been looking at online for a while. My wife and I drove in late on a Saturday night just to look at it. We met Alphonso Zavala and the great experience started there. We have never had an easier and more enjoyable car buying experience. No pressure, we got the car for a good price, and we were all wrapped up and driving the car off the lot before 9:30 pm. An hour and a half from start to finish! I will bring my car back to Paradise for all my service needs and I would be happy to work with Alphonso again on another car purchase when the time comes.

I had heard that Paradise Chevrolet had an excellent Service Department, so I checked their vehicle availability online and made an appointment. Sam was most helpful in answering my many questions and offering additional information about the features of the car. His warmth and sense of humor made the experience delightful---not what I expected when buying a car. His attentiveness to every detail made me feel well served and confident in my decision. When I left the dealership, I felt I had purchased a great car (Malibu) at a reasonable price with excellent financing. Everyone we met was of the highest caliber, and we couldn't be happier!

I can't say enough about the excellent service we always receive at Paradise Chevrolet. We bought a Camaro there 11/2 years ago and returned to look at the Cadillac ATS. I thought we got great treatment then, but this time was outstanding. Christian Ricks is an incredible salesman and person. He is extremely knowledgeable about Cadillacs and helped us find the perfect one. He made our experience fun and very enjoyable. I recommend Paradise Chevrolet and Christian to anyone needing a new car. By the way, we LOVE our new car and If we didn't have 4 boys already we would adopt Christian.

Made an appointment for service on 3 items. Long story short, nothing was accomplished. They pointed the finger at another dealer and refused to put in the effort. They are not interested in a local customer. I contacted the dealer via contact form/ email with no response.

When we first bought our vehicle, service was great and the rep who always helped us was Scott Torres , and he was really friendly with great customer service skills . He kept updating us on wait times and what ever was going on at time of service. However, the other reps who have helped me lately are just ok, its whatever service. It has been on a steady decline, my last oil change and service was close to 4hrs long no updates .

I just purchased a Chevy Colorado and couldn't be happier. Margaret Gunn the Product Specialist took care of me from finding the right truck to having me wave as I left the parking lot. The entire buying experience was excellent. Before I left Margaret went over the vehicle and its features and even paired my phone to the trucks great blue tooth hands free system...

Great service and expertise. I had the same problem with my car for over a year and other dealerships couldn t figure it out. First time at Paradise they fixed it permanently. Detail service is also amazing!

Overall the experience was for the most part great.... We had recently paid for the tags on our trade in and the salesman said that the $248 we paid would come off the price of the new truck. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Regardless of that ... I love my new Silverado.

Mr. Sam was very great, pure awesomeness , and such compassion for his work and with his customers. This was my first time buying a vehicle and he guaranteed that i was taken care of every step of the way. Sam was very kind and generous of sharing his life stories with me so i could get to know him not only as my cardealer but as my friend. While I admit that the service is very good, it is ridiculous though in trying to get an appointment for the service. I wonder how many customers they loose in not having enough appointments.

I went in looking to buy a car a couple weeks ago. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but the excellent service that my sister and I received at Paradise Chev/Cadi deserves to be known! My sister was well taken care of by a superb team (Daniel & Christian) that landed her with a great deal on a Cruze. They were very professional and made us feel very welcome. They didn't push anything on us and were very patient. They seemed to go the extra mile throughout our whole experience! I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone who's in the market for a car. Customer service is key! Daniel, you're the man!

It's hard to get an appointment without it being 2 weeks out. I'm a loyal customer and when I need service done and my car has to be kept for a few days or overnight no one trys to help me get a loaner car to get to work. Some of the advisers Reps are not friendly. The mechanics are not good due to the fact of me bringing my in for service for one issue and when I get my car back it's worse. I understand that the service department is busy but customer service is key for any business. I don't feel valued as a customer and would not recommend any to buy or get the car serviced at the dealership.
