In the past 15 months, I've had two significant "issues" with my 2016 Tundra the required a visit to the service department. In both cases I was very pleased with the outcome and treated with courtesy and respect. Likewise the technicians did terrific work, saved the bad parts for my review, and gave me a good product in return. Although I had some culpability in the cause of the most recent issue, it was resolved without any "finger pointing". Chad Milner is a rock star and his customer service skills are exemplary.
