If I could give zero stars I would . Before I chose this agent I brought her up to another agent who didn t give her a good rep but ignored his claims..I made this super easy I had already chosen the subdivision just needed guidance as this was my first home purchase .Tamara Robertson was horrible ,she ignored my calls ,my text .even the sales manager of the new property had to call to get in touch with her for me . Did absolutely nothing when it came down to going under contract for the home ,didn t show up to our walk through or inspection.never sent the inspection papers to construction manager to start fixing everything. Didn t show up to closing...nor did she let anyone know she wouldn t be able to make it (brought a stand in ...who didn t even introduce herself just stood there )she recommended me to two crooked mortgage companies thzt we re both trying to charge astronomical fees & high interstate rates when I have 780 score ,make 6 figures with a low debt ratio (really?) she never apologized & her excuse for her behavior was I didn t listen &we didn t mesh well I m a woman of my word you reap what you sow ...good & bad) treat others respectfully and good will come to you ..do wrong it ll come right back to you . Positive note-thanks to closing team (weissman,Wellsfargo & Ashton woods , my closing day was great lots of gifts & smiles and I love my house (that I chose on my own )
