I recently had a closing with associate Raeshawn Womack and uf I could give less than a one I would. I'm not sure which location she worked from but I do know she worked for this organization. I kept having to tell the realtor what I wanted until finally I found my own house. She was never on time for our meetings and was hard to get in contact with. This all should have been my que', however I had just moved to the area and was crunched for time. Needless to say I closed on my house and Raeshawn dissapeared and if it had not if been for my wonderful realtor back home who reminded me about my homestead I would have been lost. I recently got a visit from the people I bought the home from, telling me that I only own one lot instead of the two lots the property sits on. They said it was suppose to be in the closing but after getting home and thoroughly reviewing they noticed it wasn't in there so they reached out to their realtor who supposedly reached out to Raeshawn and she was suppose to fix the problem. Needless to say the problem was not fixed and in order for the problem to be resolved, I have to come out of my pocket. This was the worst home buying experience and because your rep lacked professionalism and good work ethics, I will not be referring your establishment to no one I know. And for all future home buyers please stay away from Raeshawn Womack.
