Britney Holsendolph is the worst real estate agent...

Britney Holsendolph is the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered. She has shown herself to be tardy for many appointments, disclosing client s information, and unprofessionalism with bringing her family members to property tours unannounced. Mrs.Holsendolph needs to be coached on professionalism and ethics if she wants a successful career as a real estate agent. After requesting termination of the buyer brokerage agreement Mrs. Holsendolph repeatedly contacted me questioning the reason for terminating the agreement. I gave her a simple answer of we are no longer looking for a home at this time. Mrs.Holsendolph was not satisfied with that answer and kept demanding a reason for the termination. Eventually when she did not get the response she was hoping for said she would send the documents shortly and IMMEDIATELY removed my login to the portals of the home search databases. After two days of not receiving the termination documents I had to contact Mrs.Holsendolph again through email and text which she has not responded to. Finally I got a notification through email that Mrs.Holsendolph sent the termination of the buyer brokerage agreement through dotloop but she did not give us access to put our signature on the document. Still to this day I am not able to sign the termination agreement. I contacted PalmerHouse Properties office and left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from this company.
