Everything was perfect. Very clean hotel. Perfect room. The staff always with a smile to set your mood. Breakfast wonderful. Everything is perfect. Well done. We will definitely prefer it again.

Wonderful family art hotel with good food and great staff!

Pros: great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful decor, Wi-Fi, there are channels in Russian, a playground for the child. The only negative is the location. Without a car to the equipped beach is not accessible. But, in general, the hotel left a good impression.

Amazing hotel, very friendly kind and professional people and stuff. The food was fantastic tasteful and inspired, one of the best we have ever had! The room was big and had a fantastic view over the sea. Magnificent beaches close by!
As a conclusion : One of the best vacation choices we had ever done!

The staff we met in Hotel Kryopigi is a role model for the greek hospitality services.

We felt welcomed from the first moment. Really polite and friendly staff that made our stay so happy. I met Dimitris, Christos Leonidas , Viky , Stella and Rafael. Young , very polite staff that helped me with my baggage, my food selections even the best clubs for enjoying the night.

It was admiring that All the places had been meticulously clean and the staff was always careful for the hygiene rules.

Last but not least the dishes were so well cooked ! Special thumbs up for the chef.

I spent 3 days in this place and I felt in my heart the greek hospitality.

I hope to be back again.

The hotel is very poorly located. There is no infrastructure near the hotel. Walking distance to the sea is very long - you can take a hotel open paravo train, but the pleasure is not pleasant, because it's diesel and stinks quite strongly. The beach is awful because a very narrow strip of sand, a lot of people, very dirty (debris in the sand) and a very bad entrance to the sea over the rocks.

A taxi to the nearest cities is about 8 euros, but calling a taxi is a whole problem. To the airport 80 euros.

The food in the hotel is monotonous. He does not pull at 4 *. Maximum two. Towels are changed every 3 days !!!! We never asked for shampoo, although we were reminded every day at the reception. There is no minibar in the room. Air conditioners are barely alive. Free Wi-Fi internet in the lobby and bar.

In the hotel's guestbook, it's pretty funny to read what they write about two local Russian guides - Janis and Alexander. They work there as doctors, maids, and cooks.

Real old restored cars, such as the Volkswagen Beetle, are on display near the reception.

The hotel staff are unfriendly. We will definitely never stay at this hotel again.

I would not even give a star. We reserved a 4-star room, here we crowded 4 people in a room of no 3 stars, smelling and full of mosquitoes. The hotel is divided into several categories and the rooms are given after the good mood of the reception. After us came the family of my cousin who was given the room in the main body, the only renovated, 4-star. The same room type. A great regret that we chose this hotel. Noise in the rooms, notice to those who come with the children. The air conditioner is half a meter above the baby bed. Plus, there is a lift up to the 3rd floor in the body where they are staying, one floor being forced to carry the small baby's carriage, we stand on the 4th floor ....!

Awful from Day 1 all we get being told was NO because everything we asked for was NOT all inclusive. Even bottled water we had to pay for which I think is disgusting I have never been anywhere where we have to pay for this. So I went to a super market rather than give this hotel my hard earned money, we paid for a superior room and got a family room with bunk beds. Nothing like the photos advertised. The meals were not even warm and only very limited choice. We have had to out most nights or buy wine from supermarkets. To get a decent drink because all inclusive only gave us 4 choices or we had to pay extra. I could go on even longer but will be taking this up with the company when we get home. I would have gone home after the first couple days if we could but have had to endure this for 2 weeks. The worst all inclusive holiday we have ever had. Can't wait to go home.

Large hotel with beautiful luxury rooms. We were on the 5th floor with a beautiful view. To get there you first had to go down the stairs and then up with the elevator. And so you also had to go to the swimming pool or the dining room. Lots of stairs or ramp on the outside and then the elevator. Not suitable for people with mobility problems. The food was fine but often the same.

A fantastic place for people who need peace and not bustle of great resorts. Far to the shops and descent to the sea not for physically weak (steeply)

Very helpful & kind all personnel. Clean rooms; spacious modern beautify designed hotel's hall. Large restaurant with voraity, delicious dishes on each meal time. Great entertainment every evening. Tasty delicious drinks. Convenient transport provided from hotel to the beach. Loved crystal clear sea water, where fishes swimming around & pleasant beach which was not overcrowded. Great holiday & superb time & relax. Truly recommended.

when we arrived we had to wait 2 hours for our rooms even though they knew a large group was coming. No room service at all, later decided to kick us out, because of noise (which is understandable).

Very pleasant stay in a clean and functional environment

We were there for 9 days and really enjoyed the time. The staff is attentive and friendly but not intrusive. The food is delicious and varied. There is a hotel shuttle to the beach. We also booked a trip and a rental car through the hotel. Everything went wonderfully and without great effort when booking for us. The rooms are modern and the hotel also offers a modern ambience.

Rooms poorly cleaned. Dropped towels on the floor for replacement were raised by cleaning staff and folded as "new". There is no outlet in the bathroom. We ran out of packed lunch for the trip, which we ordered the day before, giving the room number and time of departure. I would like to add that lunch packages have run out of everyone leaving for a given trip, or 12 people. Lunches and dinners in the hotel restaurant deserve praise - tasty meals, though a small selection of dishes.

Food is perfect, stay okay, and the beaches close to perfect. Not so much in the city of Kriopigi, but a few kilometers on both sides ..

Breakfast was good and location was really good between Pefkochori where all the beach bars are located and Kallithea where all bars, clubs, restaurants are located.
But things to to be improved
- the hotel has a swimming pool but the hotel does not offer towels for the swimming pool
- the towels in the rooms are changed every three days and not daily
- our room didn't have do not disturb sign and every morning the cleaners have been knocking our door.
outside the hotel the road is too busy and dangerous so it needs pedestrian crossing in order to pass to the parking area safely

The quality of the services related to the price is ok

We came with friends for the 15th of August .. the hotel in terms of rooms and its policy is 1-2 stars no more. Inhospitable staff. They ask you to pay them for all the days before you even see the room. The rooms are very old, do not be fooled by the photos. Prefer booking through booking because they hide a lot in your room. Internet non-existent! Moderate breakfast. They do not follow the hygiene measures in any case, nor do they clean your table with disinfectant after you leave. The rooms also do not clean, do not renew soaps or towels! They go to find out what they lost due to coronary with little services. Of course we will not come back and you can see how they respond to their customers by copying and pasting the same message. I have taken pictures to show the dirt we found in the room..unsacceptable mainly during coronavirus .. unsuitable for people with reduced mobility

Hotel fine, friendly service. Purely. Not all rooms have been renovated. No pool for children, and no beach bar with drinks on the beach. Sun loungers and beach umbrella 3 per person. Nice driver in the train. Food varied and tasty. In the season there may be a problem with deck chairs and a bowl at and in the pool.

Food if there were 6 stars I would give them a thumbs up, pool very clean and large, all the spaces neatly clean and modern in some issue that was created with the room solved it immediately.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff are really good, very helpful and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is lovely, the only drawback, if there is one, is that it is a bit distant from the beach which leaves you feeling a bit isolated in the evenings. They run a regular free bus service to the private beach though throughout the day.

Everything has been wonderful, and it's the staff here that we get to thank for that!
Food is fantastic, every meal is perfect. Entire complex is clean and welcoming. The staff have gone out of their way to help us.
The beach is a free bus ride away, but not really my kind of place. There's a local bus or taxi to Kalithea, where there's a bit more of a tourist scene and nightlife.
I'm glad it's quiet in Kriopigi, makes for a very relaxing time. There's are a few local restaurants a short walk from the hotel that are all wonderful too.
Highly recommend this place!

At the beginning of your stay, VERY POSITIVE, let's keep it that way

Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever been too. The staff had no knowledge of the surrounding area and were very over worked. They call themselves a 4 star hotel when it is much more like a 2 star. All inclusive was only certain things. The lining of the pool was plastic and yellow

This hotel is amazing! The food is very good. The rooms are clean. People that work there very nice. Me and my family where there for my birthday. A worker came to our room and give us a bow of fruits. There's a bus that goes to the beach every 45 minutes. The pool is clean. This hotel is very big. The ocean is clean.

In general its good value for the money, very nice food which also the kids loved and for the baby you can ask the chef for something appropriate which is not salty. The family room was also very good for 2 plus 2 and a baby. The parking is just above the street and is little crowdy.
The evenings were little too pop folk for me and there is not too much activities for the kids except running downhill from the restaurant to the pool bar.
You have to plan where to go to beach since its not near the hotel. There is a train going on the beach below the hotel on a regular intervals but you have to take your beach gear with you.

Great food, daily cleaned rooms, a bit far away to the beach, but every hour drives a bus or ciuchcia, clean, friendly service, it's a pity that the Poles have a more modest all inclusive is not known why you feel like a second class guest, but I generally recommend this place .

This is not a 4 stars hotel but in general is a good one.Rooms are spacioz and clean.The food variable and good taste.Pool and grounds are ok.No entertainment after dinner.Music and coffe in the pool bar are the weaknesses points of this hotel.

Everything was amazing! The place is nice, activities and facilities as well. A bit away from the beach and the closest beach was very dirty. But if you are with a car and can drive around, you will enjoy it!

Hotel with great room but that is what I accept from hotel with 4 star. ..everything else is bad. ..they must work with kitchen first,then with personal(accept personal from reception)...and with all little things which are very important. ..there is no room service and they don't have wi-fi in the rooms...just in looby,pool is bad also...If they want to be hotel with 4 star they must work with lot of things. ...... all to alll I am not satisfied....

It was a wonderful experience. Most important for us it was children animation and buffet food with difference plates every day.Also beautiful was the transfer to the beach with the train of the hotel.For sure we will come back again.

I really liked the hotel. The territory and layout of the hotel itself is very unusual and interesting. Good restaurant, excellent pool, even the staff is Russian-speaking. The bath is certainly not amazing, but everything else is covered by this slight minus. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, ok room service. But far more best thing about this hotel is the food. They have great main cook, and if you are looking for a couple of kilograms to add to your body, this is a place for you. They have fun train/minibus ride to the beach, but near by are nicer beaches. You need car for them off course.
And poor, poor Wi-Fi internet...

I'd read a lot of negative reviews prior to my stay, but experience always tells me to take these with a pinch of salt.
I stayed for the first two weeks in August and I have to say that my experiences were positive. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and the hotel had provided food in my room - nice touch!
All the staff were extremely friendly and hard working, switching between bar, pool, and restaurant duties and although overwhelmed at times, always had a smile and a friendly word. It was advertised as 4 star, & I would agree with that rating.

My family and I were at the Bomo Kriopigi Hotel from 04.07.2020 - 11.07.2020. We were supposed to be accommodated in the new wing, but we were accommodated in the old one, for which a 4-star hotel fee is charged, and it does not correspond to 2 stars. The hotel told us that the agency through which we had booked had eventually booked us such a room. I will not comment on the quarrels with the agency. As soon as I entered the room, one of my children turned to me and said, "It's very old and dirty here, it looked different in the pictures." Imagine what the room looked like when a 9-year-old child. was impressed. The pavement was stained with carpet, the air conditioner was yellow, and when it was turned on, garbage began to fly. This same air conditioner is placed next to the pillow of the bunk bed, on which it is assumed that one of my two children should sleep and blow right in his head. The bathroom is old and yellow, the first time the toilet bowl entered it there was a tape informing that it was disinfected, but when the lid was lifted, the toilet was burnt! I don't know how any of the door handles fell into my hands, they swayed and were a hair's breadth every time I opened them. For our entire stay, our room was cleaned 1 time and the change of bed linen and towels was also 1 time and all this in terms of Corona Virus! I end here with the type and hygiene of the room, because I have to tell about the non-fulfillment of the contract. Our program was ultra-exclusive and had to include a tug to the beach every hour (the hotel is nearly 2 km from the nearest beach, people who were without cars gave 12 euros each day for taxis in both directions), daily charging a minibar in the room with water, juices, beer. Animation for children and adults, small cakes, pizzas, ice cream, etc. at the pool, billiards, table football, etc., meeting in the room on the 1st day with wine and fruit ..... none of everything won did not appear, for which we were not even notified in advance or compensated in any way, because in the end you pay for everything this! To cover the playground - new and beautiful at first glance, our young child of 2 years. went up to the house to go down the slide, but started screaming and at that moment we saw that there was a beehive with wasps. He was stabbed in 4 places, one of them on the head. The anxiety and horror we felt not to do an allergic shock, I will not describe. We went to inform the receptionist about the hive, and he replied that they knew and waited for a company to remove it, but when asked why they did not put a note on the site to inform people not to let their children, there was no answer. No cooperation and attitude to the client at all, neither from the hotel nor from the agency. I am terribly outraged by our entire vacation at this hotel and will never set foot there again.
The only thing I gave 1 star for was the food and the service in the restaurant. The food was not plentiful, but it was varied and well cooked.
My advice to hotel owners is to pay attention to their cleaning staff and when they decide to cut out half of their ultra-exclusive concept, find a way to compensate their guests. Almost all the people were crammed into the old part of the hotel. probably in order not to depreciate the new part and not to make repairs for the 2021 season, but if you were a little more broad-minded, with what impression I have left for Greece and Greek tourism, you could at least accommodate people in the new part, which may corresponds to the 4 stars for which you charge!

But be careful what rooms you receive.It is the same in the pictures only that at the destination I received a similar but smaller one with the cabin. The good ones are on the street. Good food, friendly staff, cleanliness Beach about 2 km but transport is guaranteed.
