We went yesterday 01-05-2018 with my husband to the hotel's spa. The spa area is spotless, the ladies in the spa are impeccable, professional smiles. They have solved all our questions about the treatments and helped us choose the ideal one for us. We relaxed incredibly in the time of treatment. We will definitely visit it again.
Very happy with the stay with all inclusive services. The food was wonderful with a very good variety.
The staff is polite, ready to serve you in whatever you ask. Our room was clean, as were all areas of the hotel. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel
Do not go in this hotel! They stole money from our room 21 at the hotel! The attitude of the staff at the reception was arrogant and insulting, as if alone invent theft! Do not go there !!!!!
