Have called at least 10 times, never get a call ba...

Have called at least 10 times, never get a call back, sent 2 e-mails got one response the man agreed that there is problem with my machine. said he would talk to engineering dept and call me back the next day, three weeks have passed and no call. called today asked to talk to the President they promised to transfer the call but instead they hung-up on me. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NO EXIST AT THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY A SHOPSMITH

Because there is absolutely no place on their website or anywhere else to give feedback on them, i shall leave it here.
This is the worst customer service ever. I have been hung up on by customer service the 3 times i tried to contact them about a faulty item in my order. A couple days later, it would only go to voicemail which was "full".
I sent multiple emails, to no response.
In my order, they left out a shoulder bold (<$1 piece) and also sent a poorly machines tool rest arm with incorrect size holes ($60ish dollar item).
They never replied to an email, but sent me the $1 piece, and contested my credit card dispute.
They will fight to keep your money, but not to keep you as a customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
