Really enjoyed the Terracotta Warriors exhibit. The rest of the center is doing OK, some exhibits are more than 40 years old and show it, they are doing well with keeping most of it up to date.

Excellent place to spend a day with the little ones. Don't drive, take public transportation and do get the city pass to visit multiple attractions downtown which includes Pacific Science Centre. It will save you a lot of money and a long lineup. My 1 year old loved the Butterfly House, the dinosaurs and the toddlers play area

I had an amazing time for our company party. The staff wad amazing, they were so full of knowledge, and even more friendly to talk to you. The catering was amazing and kind. The pictures from the photo booth turned out beautiful and even the gentleman was very intelligent and helpful. Thank you so much for hosting our party tonight. You all were amazing.

Great place to relax and learn for kids and adults alike... the IMAX is a great experience but some of the films don t seem to fit the 360 screen very well.... Make sure to see the butterflies!

Beautiful Gem in the Pacific Northwest. You will be amazed at how much you learn from a day s trip to this place. The fee is not bad compared to the knowledge you walk away with. My favorite part is the laser show where you get to lie down and enjoy the show after a long day of seeing wonderful things. The packing lot would use some work though. Sunday s are good because then you can park on the street for FREE

The science center itself is quite vast. We spent 2.5 hours and barely dented all the exhibits. The staff we interacted with were all wonderful. We ended up getting a membership as if we visit 3 times it has paid for itself. We are looking forward to return. Parking is pretty brutal, both in finding some and price though.

Awesome place for kids to explore and learn. The exhibits are interactive enough to keep kids' attention and still learn. And there there is a huge variety of topics - dinosaurs, space, reptiles, music, spiders, simple machines, etc. We loved it so much we bought a membership.

Such a great place for kids of all ages! We took our 1 year old there for his birthday and he loved it! I was so surprised by how big their toddler section was! He was able to crawl around and explore everything! He did not want to leave! My husband was also very entertained by all the science stuff on the lower level! The bubble machine was amazing!

Great place for people of all ages. I have three kids from 3 to 11 and they all love it. Something for everyone. Only drawback is the price unless you are a member. It s worth it though

The exhibits are getting a bit old and run down but still a fun place to spend the day with the kids. The butterfly exhibit is always a favorite. Went to the 4pm planetarium live show about space exploration and enjoyed the show very much, the speaker was great. It is free with admission to the science center and would highly recommend it.

I hadn't been to a children's science museum in a while, but the Pacific science center really fulfills everything you could ask. Wide array of interactive activities available for all ages!

If you have young kids then it would be a fun place for them. I had hoped the Science Center would have more advanced exhibits. Just about all of it was geared toward elementary students. Had it been named "Children's Pacific Science Center" then there would have been no false expectations.

What a wonderful place to visit! It's educational and suitable for all ages. There are lots of exhibits, perfect for visiting rain or shine. If you have children, it's almost a no brainer to join their annual membership, which gives you the benefit to access other science centers around the world for free, as long as they are within the network.

For the price, this experience is not worth the money.

You first walk into a building of horribly old and malfunctioning animatronic dinosaurs. It is sort of like a myth-busting exhibit debunking conflicting theories on dinosaurs. The moral of the exhibit is "no one really knows" so it's kind of lame for paleontology enthusiasts who keep up with discoveries and theories since whenever these ancient robots and information plaques were built (90s??).

The rest of the exhibits are oriented toward 3-10 year olds. Some stuff is fun for toddlers, the rest is best for kids who can read but know nothing about science. Everything I read was covered by middle-school general science class.

I'm really disappointed that everything was so out of date despite the price, and the LEGO exhibit I thought was included was actually $9 extra per person. We chose not to go, and it was the entire last building of the PSC.
If you're a teen looking for something fun to do, or an adult looking to learn something new, go somewhere else!

The general exhibits are all VERY kid oriented, age ranges 5-9 I would estimate. We came for the terracotta warriors exhibit and expected something more all-ages, such as the Smithsonian or Houston natural history Museum, but that is definitely not the case. Some of the exhibits are very dated, but if you're a 5 year old kid, you probably wouldn't care... For the size of the place the ticket is a bit pricey - I've taken my nieces to larger and more up to date science museums for much cheaper.

The architecture is cool retro-futuristic and historic, it gets some really well done temporary exhibitions, but if you're an adult just skip the gen admin ticket and stick to the exhibitions.

Our trips to Seattle consists of many adventures. And getting a Blast Pass to visit several locations is a must. The Pacific Science center is filled with information for all ages. We have visited the butterfly exhibit a few times and it never gets old. It's a beautiful room that remains at a specific temperature for these beauties to thrive. They tend to land on you as you walk around to admire several species. I love this place!

Saw Aquaman in the Imax and man oh man once the first action scene started up and you could feel the sound waves moving through your seat, when the action beings, I couldn't help but feel as if i was right on the sidelines, feeling the destructive power displayed first handed. I enjoyed the experience so much I went to see Aquaman again with family over Christmas at Yelm Cinnemas. Tickets priced at $7.95 you get what you paiy for - still a fantastic movie just missing the immersive experience of feeling the concussive sound waves radiating from the force of Khal Drogo I mean Jason Mamoa impaling enemies with a Trident. An experience unrivaled at other venues, well worth the the investment of a longer trek into Seattle to invest in the performance and capabilities of the sound system at the Seattle Science Center, making you feel as if you are sitting front row on the battle field itself.

Speaking of Tridents.... name that Movie....

"Brick killed a guy; did you throw a Trident?"
"Yeah. There were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed someone with a Trident."

Anchorman; Legends of Ron Burgundy

I only took a photo of one of the posters when I was there, if i wasn't falling behind the rest of my group I would have explored more. Lots of really cool Art Work and Optical Illusions you can look at if you have time to spare. Cheers

I recently spent an evening at the PSC, the exhibits were interesting and informative. The staff was beyond helpful. Wow, what great attitudes. The whole experience was one I will remember and be reminded to go and spend more time there. If you are in Seattle don't pass on a visit there.

A world of exploration and curiosity.

What I liked: The ability to self guide through this unique setting.

The shows

And of course the butterfly house. That's really my favorite part.

What I didn't like: The price, I spent the most here than in any other single attraction on our two week vacation. 103.00 without any extra entrances for 4. Ouch.

Was it worth it? Yes, but I do feel like other things could have been included in the price. Perhaps including a soft drink in the cafe or a discount for the store or something.

Now then. We certainly did enjoy our visit, our kids are older (late teens) and there were absolutely things that intrigued them, such as the singing bowls and machine based sciences. I personally love walking in the butterfly house and our friends seemed to love all the fantastic figits and space themed things. The water features outside are fun too. You will spend at least 2 hours here.

A fantastic place for kids and adults alike. If you dig science, add the Pacific Science Center to your travel itinerary. You will find it in the same area as the Space Needle and MoPop Museum.
