Saw Aquaman in the Imax and man oh man once the first action scene started up and you could feel the sound waves moving through your seat, when the action beings, I couldn't help but feel as if i was right on the sidelines, feeling the destructive power displayed first handed. I enjoyed the experience so much I went to see Aquaman again with family over Christmas at Yelm Cinnemas. Tickets priced at $7.95 you get what you paiy for - still a fantastic movie just missing the immersive experience of feeling the concussive sound waves radiating from the force of Khal Drogo I mean Jason Mamoa impaling enemies with a Trident. An experience unrivaled at other venues, well worth the the investment of a longer trek into Seattle to invest in the performance and capabilities of the sound system at the Seattle Science Center, making you feel as if you are sitting front row on the battle field itself.
Speaking of Tridents.... name that Movie....
"Brick killed a guy; did you throw a Trident?"
"Yeah. There were horses, and a man on fire, and I killed someone with a Trident."
Anchorman; Legends of Ron Burgundy
I only took a photo of one of the posters when I was there, if i wasn't falling behind the rest of my group I would have explored more. Lots of really cool Art Work and Optical Illusions you can look at if you have time to spare. Cheers
