My mother took in her 2008 528i. Because the engine was running rough. The next day, they give her a call telling her that the brakes were no longer good, the car had faulty coils, etc. The list kept going. It all summed up to more than $5000 in repair. She left it trusting that they'd do their job right. But then the day after, they give her a call telling her they fixed the problem and they test drove the car for 50 miles (which I believe is too much! Just to test drive a car!) Then the engine started smoking. So obviously they didn't fix it. Then they told her that there was fluid leaking out of the engine.

This guy Marco Fausto tried blaming it on her telling my mother that the car was already like that when she took it in. My mother isn't stupid. If she saw the car smoking before she took it to this dealership, she wouldn't have driven it!

My mother decided that this was bs and choose to take the car to another mechanic. But before so, she had to call a tow truck to pick up the car. When the tow truck driver tried turning on the BMW to set it to neutral, my mom noticed that the car had no gas! She had left the gas tank half full before leaving the car in Pacific BMW and now it was completely empty! What is that?! My mother refused to pay Marco Fausto the money he demanded. He was being a complete a*s about her not paying. But once she said she would get a lawyer involved because he was basically robbing her (the car wasn't fixed) he released the car.

The same day, I made a report with B.A.R. (Bureau Of Auto Repair) that way this place gets shut down for good and others stop getting scammed!
