The HQ of this chain. This place serves American chinese. This is one of the best American Chinese chain in the US, i have been here couple of times to this place, most dishes tastes good if it's not compared to authentic Chinese. This place also servers good selection of cocktails and deserts. This is very nice date place.
This place doesn't really require resevation before hand, i have got seat most times i have visited.
The service is really good. I once got starter after entree and they didn't charge for it.

I was surprised how fast my food came out and how my server was so attentive. Peoria PF Chang's needs to watch out because they have excellent service here.
Amazing service. Ryan was our server and he was amazing. Brought replacement drinks before they were empty, asked us if we needed anything multiple times and packed up my leftovers for me. Very polite and great service. Definitely recommend.
Went for dinner while on business in Arizona. The atmosphere was relaxing and even mystical with the outdoor fireplaces. The food was delicious and very well seasoned. Restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!!
Ordered for pickup, got there early. During my short wait nearly every employee asked if I had been helped. Guy getting my order ready went over every item to make sure they were all there. Food was great.

I love P.F. Chang s, I relish any time I go. This one is particular is very nice and has good service. I definitely recommend the crispy honey shrimp. 10/10 every time. However I give them four stars as they brought me out chicken instead of shrimp but simple fix and the food was worth the wait.
We ordered three entrees for takeout expecting the portion sizes to be consistent with what you would get eating in, especially since the price is the same. Portions are literally half the size of what one would expect at the location. Our order was delivered 20 minutes earlier than requested (not typically a bad thing but our guests weren t due until 6pm and the food was here at 5:40). But the amount of food ($20 for a small plate of Mongolian beef is ridiculous to be sure) was entirely unsatisfactory. I mean, we re talking flank steak here, not filet mignon. I understand that restaurants are hurting and sympathize, but we ll never place another takeout order from this place again. We were told the Mongolian Beef was a 12 ounce portion we weighed this and it was less than 9 ounces INCLUDING the green onions.
***Update: so, PF Changs requested more information, which I provided. Their response in order to regain my loyalty was to send me a $10 Be Our Guest coupon. Seriously? $10? That barely covers the $8 I was shorted on the original promise to refund the $20 for the beef that wasn t honored. You can t buy an appetizer for $10. These folks clearly don t want my business. I originally gave two stars dropping that to one for the really poor customer service handling of this. I wasn t seeking anything but the $10 coupon is an insult.
Quite a fun experience because I am from Singapore and there is a Singapore Black Pepper Chicken and Hokkien Fried noodle. Yes, is not authtic but the taste are good and delicious.
First I would like to start with our service. We had an amazing young man as our server, just a great experience with him waiting on us. We had the usual which didnt disappoint- the changs spicy chicken soup, brussel sprouts, tempura cauliflower and chicken low mein. Everything was delicious and leftovers will be consumed tomorrow. My only regret is not knowing my servers name to give him the credit he deserves.
It took a very long for our food to come out, over 30 minutes for the appetizer alone. It was late and not many people were there, 8pm. The rice was cold but our server got us hot and fresh. Food was different than most other PFCs. There was no extra sauce. But it was OK. The atmosphere was fancy.
I've been to several locations, and it's all the same. Had lunch here a few times over the years. It's good, and they sometimes run good specials. I'm a fan. I mean, I LOVE Chinese food, after all! They have some really nice outdoor seating, too.
while this is a chain, the food is really, really good. it is familiar yet exotic. there are dishes that you know but with a special twist that makes very interesting. the decor is always grand with a large open space concept. if you are in a new city and find a pf chang, you can count on it being good.
This is one of my go to restaurants when traveling. The food selection and quality is always good. The consistency from one of their restaurants to another is always on par. We went to this restaurant for lunch and it was my anniversary we ordered orange chicken and rice both were testing really not good and my husband ordered spicy chiken asked for the sous separated but they brought it with it and it was too spicy we usually go to this restaurant and we like the food but for this time was really so bad food and we will never think about it ..
We enjoyed our dinner tonight at PFChangs. The food was fresh and delicious. Jessica, our waitress, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Can't wait to come back
Since they have gone corporate the quality of the meats have substantialily declined to pei Wei cheapness. Sad... This was my favorite Chinese of all time.
Great curbside service. one of our favorite places to go. only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because the flavor was lacking in all of our dishes. we chalked it up as a bad night. we have nothing to compare it to and probably won't be back as we were there during vacation and reside states away. only mentioning all this background info for relevance.
Asian inspired food in a warm, comfortable setting. Sushi is delicious! And all the food is made to order! This restaurant is ideal for happy hour, lunch & dinner. A must visit!
PF changs is one of my favorite places. Love the happy hour monday through friday 3 to 6 pm. The stores in Phoenix changed the menu. The original menu is still in the mesa location.
My Mom and I went here to get take out and we were asked by multiple friendly waiters if we had been helped. Every one we talked to was very friendly and very helpful. It was a wonderful experiance and we were both very impressed.
This is the BEST P.F. Changs location! Been there 3 times in the past few months and have had the pleasure of great service each time! On our 1st visit, we were seated in Martino's section. He is by far the BEST server we've had! We have made reservations the last 2 times we were here and requested him as our server. He remembered us on our 2nd visit and was happy to see us again. He even remembered what we likes to order and that my son does not like mushrooms, which I forgot came in the lo mein. Thanks for saving me that night or else my son would not have eaten! If you read this, and want extraordinary service, make a reservation and request Martino's section if he is working. You will NOT be disappointed! Kudos to his manager that was working with him every night we've been in also! I don't remember his name, but he is awesome as well!!!
I wish I had grabbed the name of the manager working last night. I ordered a take out order that was rather large. On my way to pick it up, I called them to ask if I could get a few orders of lobster sauce on the side. No problem, I was told. Got there and there was a bit of confusion. They ran my gift card for a 14 dollar order before my actual order. The woman on the phone got confused and thought I was asking for another order of shrimp with lobster sauce, not just the sauce. Took a few minutes to figure out where the misunderstanding was, but we finally figured it out. Manager came over, refunded my gift card, processed it correctly. When it came to the extra order I didn't pay for, he simply stated "it's on the house. If you don't take it, I'll have to throw it away, but it's great the next day too. So no worries". Firstly, one of my biggest pet peeves is wastefulness and there's so many restaurants that would've tossed it. Secondly, I wasn't upset with the situation at all, just trying to figure it out. His candicy and humor will make me a long time customer of this location. It was very far out of my way, but I avoid old town Scottsdale at all costs, so I went to this one. He will keep me coming back. If the restaurant wishes to respond with his name or contact me with it, I will be more than happy to contact corporate to give kudos. Awesome gentleman with a great sense of humor and willingness to understand the situation at hand. I wish I couldve tipped him directly, as well.
Completely forgot my order. Manager on the phone said I had to call Door Dash instead of them owning up to their mistake of losing my order. I don't think I'll be eating from this place again.
