Exactly what I needed! Huge portions. Delicious and diverse menu

if you must have chinese: this is the spot. reasonably inventive. crowded.

I always enjoy meals here with my family. The food is fresh, flavorful and varied. The cocktails are creative and the service attentive.

Just ok. Based on reputation were expecting more. Very run off the mill. We won't be back.

Higher end Chinese in an upscale setting. Serve late.

The plates are getting smaller and the price keeps climbing. The food was good, fried rice was very bland.

Always love PF Changs. Good food and generous portions. I can always save half for another meal. Never disappoints.

We sat for 10 minutes without being greeted or even served water. At 12 minutes we left, still without ever being spoken to.. Wow. No wonder you aren't busier.

Surf and turf was extremely disappointing. Small breaded shrimp little pieces of steak more potatoes than steak very disappointing and what they claim are pieces of lobster must have been less than one ounce of lobster you couldn't even find little pieces

Excellent meal, great service and the banana egg roll dessert was fantastic!!

Food and drinks were great. We were lucky enough to get some bonus ice cream, more than double the usual serving. They are going through a new phase out so there are a few glitches in the system. I absolutely hate, hate hate the new payment process. After coming here for decades I guess that I have to have a few changes.

Had our best food of our trip to the P.F. Chang's. Good menu selection and provides great customer service. The price is high but the food were extraordinary.

CHECK your takeout order before you leave!!!! I ordered takeout mongolian beef bowl and crispy orange chicken. I placed my order at the bar and went back to working at Starbucks. Went back to pik up order and headed back to Starbucks. My order was fine but my friends order (mongolian beef) only had 5 small pieces of mongolian beef. The rest was RICE. Is it that much to ask for someone in the kitchen to DOUBLE CHECK takeout orders. We pay the SAME price as those dining in. I should't have to wonder if a restaurant served the correct portion. Wasnt rush hour, only 5 couples in restaurant. No excuse for bad service.

I would recommend Mongolian Beef and spicy green beans, simply delicious.

Meh... Very salty, very oily, portions are tiny compared to price. Also way too much corn starch. Not likely to return. To be honest it is almost the same as their frozen line.

Great food and friendly server made my Dad's 70th birthday a happy occasion for our whole family. This is one of the best PF Chang's you can go to, worth the extra drive if you're in Phoenix!

Sorry busy place on Saturday night. It was mostly just my first meal, since I have never been before, but I was not satisfied. Chicken felt mushy. I will definitely go back and try another item on the menu.

The change experience is always stood out as being a typically good one. It's gotten a little hit-and-miss on some items like egg rolls that are real greasy because they weren't rolled too tight, and a few other little nitpicky things keep it from being a five-star

On my visit with 15 other family members, They took our drink orders at 8:PM but didn't take our food order until after 9:PM and they close at 10... you do the math

Menu Selection are great and the people who work there looks happy and are truly enjoying serving the customers!

This is the best restaurant ever! The sushi, main dishes and deserts are all fabulous.

There were plenty tables for two inside and out. My friend and I went to get a table and they told us there were no tables and that it would be a 15-20 minute wait FOR TABLES THAT WERENT TAKEN!/??/!???
So, I am never going to this restaurant again & HORRIBLE SERVICE .

The food is ok but they don't clean the place up like they used to. The tables are sticky, and I've seen workers not even clean the floor. Food is still ok but this place has changed in terms of cleanliness.

Food is usually ver good and the service is top notch.

Hey folks, it's the Uncle Julio's of Asian food, a little more expensive than going to an Chinese or Thai restaurant but very consistently good. Most all dishes are impeccably constructed and delivered. Ingredients are fresh and top drawer. Wait staff are generally well polished and personable. Wish I could remember his name. I remember he was from the Tampa area and got to Scottsdale via New Mexico. He was great. I don't have a pf chang's nearby so it's usually a vacation thing to do. I will be back.

Always love chang's. Today was the first day of their new menu. Really pared down and not as many choices but food was great as was the service.

Tiffany is an amazing server! I would come back just for her. She understood my food sensitivities and accommodated me. Also she put all of my leftover in containers right in front of me and that was amazing! Come to PF changs and ask for Tiffany. Her attention to detail is beyond extraordinary!!

Probably waiters first night. Took forever for drinks. Orders placed at the end center of the table and we had to reach for them. Had reservations and waited at least 30 min to sit down.

Amazing service from our waitress. She was able to juggle 9 people including 3kids and made it look easy. Great spot.

Bad experience. I called to hear the situation, I asked if I should make a reservation. The employee was hard to understand but after asking a few times he told me I didn't need a reservation for the time I was trying to come. We showed up and entered a small room with several others who were not wearing a mask. The doorman told us that there was a wait and that we could not enter without masks. We were already entered and surrounded by people in the waiting room at this point. We left but I don't see why the first employee that I called didn't mention the mask requirement and I don't see why he told me that I won't need a reservation.

PF Chang's is tough to review for me. On the one hand they seem to make their Chinese food 'east coast style', and if you don't know what that means try kung pao chicken in like Washington DC then come here - it's just a completely different style. Being from the east coast I like that a lot, and frankly decent orange beef is hard to find.
On the other hand, the prices are too high. Nearly $16 for said orange beef? Just feels too high. In my opinion better to go Pei Wei which has a similar, almost as good, orange beef for $10.
We come every once in a while, but the prices keep us from coming frequently.

Worst customer service I have seen in PF Chang s. Came around 230 maybe 8 groups tables with people more than half empty. They don t have enough staff to seat us. Nice!

Staff is frequently surprisingly rude. The quality of the food is terribly inconsistent. I've had bad/mediocre food here more often than good. I will not be returning.

Great food and service. Mongolian beef, Changs spicy chicken, lettuce wraps. All were great!

My first time visiting a P.F. Chang's and I absolutely loved the lettuce wraps, I'm still dreaming about them. They cook brown rice perfectly which is difficult to do. The service and staff were great.
My only complaint would be the portion size for the price. I had Mongolian beef, delicious but not much of it. Had I not ordered an appetizer, I would have left hungry and the only reason I did order an appetizer was because I had a coupon for a free one.
I'll probably stick to Pei Wei, same food, bigger portions.

Excellent restaurant, service was absolutely amazing. Our server Sierra was out of this world, had a great evening thanks to Sierra, definitely recommend.

Always outstanding when come for lunch or dinner. They do a decent job with sushi but it is their soups/ramen that I come for. Don't get me wrong their honey chicken is outstanding but their soup really hits the spot.

It's always bee relaible food. I have to say I am a fan of the Kung Pow Chicken and the Lettuce wraps.

Like the ambience, food quality and quantity both are excellent. Staff is very comforting and polite.

Their happy hour is great...Chose 3 items and they fed two of us with leftovers...very tasty...

Good ambient place... Good food...we ordered Dynamite Shrimp and Kung Pao chicken, both turned out great. Definitely higher on price range.

I've had great food and service everytime I've eaten here. No bad experiences.

The chicken lettuce wraps were great though there was more water chestnuts then chicken. The shrimp tempura sushi rolls were excellent ! The Chang's Spicy chicken was perfectly cooked. Great meal all around!

I miss the old calamari. The new tempura one is just awful.

Great service and the food is killer. Little pricey but it's worth it and the portions are decent
