Having many food allergies, I never have to worry about my food. Everyone is so focused on customers service & genuinely care that all is right.

Great place for gluten-free options! All the proteins are marinated in egg so if you can't have egg stay away from them. You can ask the manager for other options. They have been very helpful making sure I can eat food that won't bother me. Thx

We sat in Lacey's section and she made us feel very welcome! Her service was on point and her personality was delightful. Food came up quickly and was delicious.

Walked into the take out area to place an order to go. One of the items that I ordered was No longer on the menu . That I can understand, so I substituted something else instead .The person who was assisting me his name was Tim. I was ordering a total of 6 items . I was charged $ 50.00,Which I believed something was wrong. When I returned home 1 item was not in my bag & I was overcharged.I called back Tim & he said he didn't see the chicken dish on my list.My order should have been around $38.00 without the chicken dish. Not happy & Will not go back.

I was eating at PF Chang's when I got a call that my brother was in the hospital. I had already eaten a soup and had just ordered an entree. I flagged my waiter down and asked if he could cancel the order and grab my check. Instead, they gave me the order to go and my soup on the house. I was so impressed by the kindness of the staff and the food is really good too. 5/5

Well i have read so much about it but how very disappointing it was. The beef and broccoli was very good but the rest tasted like it was made for a food fair. The orange Chicken was paste-ty and just plain not good. The egg rolls heavily coated and served with a weird hot mustard dip. The hot and sour soup neither hot nor sour nor good. But hey at least the service was very pleasant!

The last 2 times I have ordered from this restaurant they have messed up my order to go and refused to correct the problem.

Food and service was excellent. Need more wait staff at lunch.

The sushi roll I had was good, but the wasabi looked like it had already been at someone's table and then reused. Also the noodle bowl I had wasn't very good.

PF Chang's is undoubtedly the best Chinese food, assuming you don't mind waiting upwards of an hour to be seated during busy times of the year. I absolutely love their spare ribs. The salted ones are the best. Virtually no fat and the meat literally falls off the bone. The Kung Pao chicken is awesome too. For lunch, I love the Asian salmon served on a bed of rice with veggies. Fun crowd, hip surroundings. Enjoy!

On July 8th, my grandmother celebrated her 70th birthday. My mother, unable to attend because her husband was in ICU, called the restaurant to speak with the manager. She described my grandparents to Tony (that was the manager's name) and explained the situation. She told the guy that she was very upset she couldn't be there so she wanted to order and pay for a piece of cake for each of them. The manager, after listening to her request, told her that he would take care of it. Once my grandparents arrived and he made certain that it was them, he called my mother and let her know that he had found them. At the end of their meal and after they had eaten their cake, they got the check, only to realize that the entire meal, drinks included had been comped. When they asked why, he told them, "Your daughter, Cindy JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAD A GREAT BIRTHDAY AND SHE LOVES YOU!!" Even after all he had already done, he took pictures of them, called my mother, and emailed the photos to her!!!! GREAT ACT OF KINDNESS!!!! <3

They have the best Chinese food. It is to die for. Not cheap rather expensive but it is worth your money to go eat there. You won't be disappointed if you happen to like Chinese food. The Mongolian beef it good and so is the egg drop soup and lettuce wraps.

they are all the same, but good. try the sweet and sour pork is great.

The food and service is always great at PF Chang s! I love that they cater to people who have allergies and sensitivities! My favorite are the lettuce wraps.. so delicious!

Would have rated 5 stars but missed on COVID related issues. Please fix this, it would be a shame if someone got sick because of this.

While there aren't too many choices for Asian cuisine in the Scottsdale Quarters area, I've enjoyed my experience here on multiple occasions. Great tasting Asian-inspired food although not authentic but the atmosphere and decor is very pleasant and service is good!

The hostess was rude. The food was less than average.

The customer service and hospitality is phenomenal. You re greeted immediately upon entry and the ambiance is very welcoming; I went on a Friday night. We ordered a bunch of dishes like the Chang s Spicy Chicken , Dynamite Shrimp, Lettuce Wraps & a few more items that were recommended along with some signature cocktails. All of which were great! I ve eaten at P.F. Chang s establishments before but this location did everything right, the first time! Thank you to Kiley and his team for making this dining experience the very best it could be. Job well done.

Soup, entree & sides were delicious; the service was polite, quick & pleasantly helpful. Very nice place; will return for more.

Food was amazing! Got it to go! Had time to do some shopping nearby even! But he said they were family size portions.... which they were not. Either they skimped or he was just talking. If he didt say anything this wouldve been 5 stared, if he didnt say that and it wasnt.

Exactly what you would expect from a middle of the road chain Chinese restaurant. Nothing more. Nothing less.

This is the highest quality P.F. Chang's restaurant nearby. They test new recipes here, have better quality controls on food, and overall offer a good value. The Chang's for two is my usual order, though when points for a free entree accumulate I'll branch out to other parts of the menu.

Fresh healthy food with great service in a nice atmosphere.

The Chicken fried rice did Not have much flavor. Crab puffs did not have much crab in them. And the hot mustard was so hot you couldn't even eat it.

Best experience I have had at a PF Changs. It is located near corporate HQ so that maybe why. Fun staff. Clean everything. Well cooked food.

Love this place and dynamite shrimp is my favorite. They had some avocado rolls which they were trying to promote was good too, after all it s PF Chang s. Will love to go back.

Solid food offering on a consistent basis. The Kung Pao Shrimp is one of my favorites. The family likes going there which makes dining more pleasant.

The food is quite good. The web site never sent a confirmation email. But the phone order was quick and easy. The food was ready when I got there and the waiter was excellent. Tried to order a drink from the bartender but she ignored me. That and the website caused the 3 star rating.

This is our closest location. Service here is wildly variable. From top notch service, to totally ignoring you after the food came out, like we had from Tiffany on Friday.

The food was great, which is why they got 3 stars. The fact that a manager, hostess and other server had to help us since Tiffany was working other tables. Waiting 20 minutes for a water refill, check and carry out boxes at lunch is less than ideal. They didn t even drop off any fortune cookies.

We arrived on the last day of the old menu. The new menu eliminates a bunch of stuff,but the avocado egg rolls are a good addition. Plenty of avocado and edamame inside a crispy shell. The Hoikken Noodles are very filling and full if chicken and shrimp. We also liked the walnut shrimp, but that dish is gone now.

It was so good!! We were at the bar and Tammy was so sweet. So was running around like crazy and still had a big smile on her face! She made our evening and pleasure The other lady she was working with was also very sweet . (Sadly we didn't get her name.)

I ordered low main to go, very disappointed, carrots raw, not cooked, combo was lacking meats, very little chicken, beef and only 2 shrimp. 83rd and bell much better, will not go back to Scottsdale again. Waist of time and money.

They changed the menu a little for the better. They have a sampler plate that is like no other.

Usually I find PF Chang's a little salty for my taste, but every entree we ordered was excellent. Service was impeccable - will definitely be returning.

Post Covid, this place is a disaster. Our Mother's day order was for 5:30. At 6:30 it would still have been another hour wait. Our friend looked in the kitchen and no one was wearing a mask. We left!
