I usually love P.F. Chang s. It makes me so upset that this restaurant has become a wreck. To say the least, I will not be coming back to this location. When we arrived we asked if we could sit outside. The server took us outside only to be reminded by another employee that it was not open for seating. She told us it would be a 20 minute wait, then again was reminded by an employee that there was a booth open for us to sit at. All of our silverware was very dirty and it was clear no one checked the cleanliness before giving it to the costumer. Our server was nice, but admitted to being over worked and under staffed. The broccoli was terrible and the rice was dry. To top it off, the restaurant had bugs flying all around. During our visit we had at least 10 flys repeatedly land on our food even though we continued to swat them away. We alerted our server and nothing was done. We payed full price for a terrible meal. I hope this restaurant pulls it together.

One of my favorite Chinese food restaurants. Food is always cooked perfect and never disappoints. Restaurant is always clean and enjoyable atmosphere.

Never had a bad meal here and the service is a cut above.

Did an online order, asked waiter that came out to add my membership number. 1st he had an attitude about having to walk back in and input it. 2nd, turns out he did not input it in system. Did not show it being entered on my receipt. Then I get a call from PF Chang and the woman on the phone stated that my card had not went through. After I advised her that we had already paid. She realized she called the wrong number. Trying to support businesses by eating out, but expecr basic customer service even for to go orders.

Good sized gluten free menu. It's a little pricy but you get a generous portion and it tastes great.

True Americans don't dine here . They don't care about 2nd amendment.

The waiters are nice and the food is good and bourbon is real good

Its much better service since they obviously changed over some staff and managers. A year ago I would have said don t bother and go some where else.
