The food is drlicious, bad service, slow and we had to keep reminding the waiter what we ordered.

Always a great experience here. We always make a reservation and they always try to get us the type of table we request. The food is great and consistently the same quality and portion. This is truly one of our "Go-To" places!

Had an amazing lunch.. Server Tiffany was right on top of everything.. refills, offering appetizers, desserts. It is so nice to receive excellent service, so being in the business myself I always give praise when it is due and this young lady deserves it!!!
Definitely coming back to try Banana Spring Rolls!

Mongolian Chicken is to die for. You got to try it.

We were told 20 minutes on the wait. An hour later our table is not ready and there is only 5 of us. I truly feel we were profiled against. Please skip this place. Not worth the mistreatment. Shame on you PF Chang s.

It was decent, but probably would rather just go to Pei Wei these days. It is not cheap and the food is decent. The fried rice was boring but mongolian beef was very flavorful.

It's still fairly decent but not as good as it used to be since it's been taken over by two different corporations

As expected: good (Americanized) Oriental food, good menu, good service, highish prices.

Eaten here many times and the food and service are consistently smashing. The Pad Thai is really spicy in a very satisfying way.

This location is sometimes busy on weekends but during the week I have never had to wait.

It is one of my fav Asian restaurants. Like that they change the menu often also and keep the favs

Service was great despite it being lunchtime in Scottsdale. Parking was a challenge for this disabled patron. Too bad I wasn't picking up a to go order. Parking spaces 3 to 1 if that had been the case.

Visiting Phoenix and stopped in to this location on Sunday. They were super busy. Shout out to Ryan and the manager who took my order and never complained that I didn't call it in. Ryan also double checked every order he sent out the door to make sure everything was there. What a great experience.

Our first time back since Covid. Mileek, our server, was gloved and masked and super great! He was informative when we asked for cocktail.recommendations and we LOVED the Asian Pear Mojito he suggested. The food was amazing as it always is! So glad to be back and because of the service and experience we had with Mileek, we will be back soon!

We used to always enjoy the food and ambiance. On 7-20 the service was horrible. So we'll hope for a better experience next time. Update today 8-30, at 2pm totally ignored by a bartender while he sat and chatted with a customer for 7 minutes. Not sure I will return. Coaching opportunities.

Meh, it's not my favorite. I've never really liked their food and I think it's expensive, but it's always busy so others like it. To each their own.

They have lost a step in food quality and increased the prices. Not going back any tien soon.

Great place for a business meeting tonight not to busy and very quiet We ordered a variety on dishes to share as that the best way to dine here We started with there famous lettuce wraps and they were awesome as usual We had peppered chicken, Mongolian beef, honey shrimp and fries rice all was super good They had a drink special and we had a couple of those as well Our server was very good he left us alone but was attentive to our needs

All the food was amazing!!!!! The server (I think her name was Sophie.) was friendly, outgoing, and constantly checked in with us.
The appetizer was late coming out. However both the server and the manager where friendly and kept checking in on us and communicating what what happening. The appetizer ended up being compted for how long it took.
There are actually quite a few vegetarian options here which is nice. So you are not left with just the standard salad options. I'm not vegetarian but my bestfriend is so I would gladly take her here.
It is a little pricey but the flavor is soooooo worth it.

Date night. We had a baby sitter so we sat at the bar. Amazing service during happy hour. We ordered five happy hour apps and three drinks each and only paid $60!

Is it possible to give this place zero stars? The quality of food has been going downhill over the years. They messed up my order THREE times in a row. All the makeup orders were worse each time. How do you continue messing up makeup orders?

When I called, the manager Joe was made aware of these mistakes. Yet he defended his kitchen and told me it wasn't a big deal. He then challenged me to write a letter about my experience and condescendingly dared me to send it to corporate. Then he hung up the phone.

I don't know which is worse, the sub-par food or the disrespectful staff! P.f Chang's needs to fire these incompetent people! Terrible food and even worse service are the two main ingredients that will ensure this restaurant doesn't stay open much longer.

The lunch bowls are a nice change of pace. Large enough to share. I love the little individual desserts: try the miso butterscotch.

PF's is my old standby for delicious food served quickly!
