We had the set lunch and the price was entirely reasonable considering the ambience and the quality of the food. My personal favourite dish was the angel hair pasta. The pasta retained a certain degree of springiness and was not overly soft. Every strand of pasta was also well and evenly coated with pesto sauce. Perhaps my only grouse would be that the portion could have been a little larger.

Great Italian restaurant at the top of Osaia hotel, perfect for a fancy date night or a posh dinner with colleagues. The ambience is unmatched, an intimate setting ideal for dinner.

They have an impeccable selection and all the ingredients are sourced with great discretion. The chef makes sure to choose only the freshest of ingredients. The staff are also really friendly and professional, making sure to serve our order with enough pauses in between for conversation and sips of their amazing wine.

I was here with a fairly large group and we opted for a set dinner menu which came with multiple appetizers, small servings of 2-3 mains, and a few desserts. Was extremely delighted with the food, wine and service.

Great service, perfectly made food and very importantly a sound level that allows for a good conversation without screaming at each other (even with good music being being played in the background)!!

Food quality and taste is great. Portions aren't too big though. The ambience and the decor is beautiful. Service crew was polite, friendly and prompt. Great place to have meals during weekends especially, when you dont want to get caught in downtown jam.

Visited the restaurant on a monday evening, a quiet and nice ambience which i thoroughly enjoyed. Service was great. We really liked the Foie Gras and the surprised birthday cake my girlfriend planned for me.

However one of the main dish that my girlfriend ordered which is the Risotto + Sea Urchin. The Risotto was pretty hard and the Sea Urchin was not fresh. It has a pungent fishy smell to it. There's room for improvement for the food that they serve. Overall it's a nice place.

Very aesthetically pleasant place. We were delighted by the attentive servers and the warm greetings from the chef and boss/manager himself. The entire experience was enhanced as a result. The sea urchin pasta was a pleasant surprise. Never tasted something like that before. Will definitely come back again!

We discovered OSO Ristorante when we first stayed ...

We discovered OSO Ristorante when we first stayed at the Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore for a business trip. Ever since we first dined at OSO Ristorante, we enjoyed it so much that we wish we had known about OSO Ristorante during our earlier visits to Singapore; dining at OSO Ristorante has always been filling & fulfilling.

When we stay at Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore, we usually have dinner at OSO Ristorante, as we enjoyed very much their delicious dishes; the following dishes became our instant favorites: Beef Tenderloin, Venison Tenderloin, Ravioli (Veal), Mushroom Soup, & Tiramisu Dessert.

The pastry that they served at the start were exceptionally flavorful; we had to watch ourselves from eating too much of them that we wouldn't have room for the main course.

They have a cheese room with a wide selection to choose from. The Mixed Cheese Plate is a good way to enjoy the unique flavors of the different cheese variety. Their cheese room is another reason we would go back to OSO Ristorante.

The manager, servers, baristas, & chef were all very friendly & professional. We were pleasantly surprised that the Owner-Manager would personally welcome guests as they enter & bid them "au revoir" when they leave. There are dishes that the Owner-Chef himself would serve to guests.

Both the Manager & Chef would talk with the guests as they dine; this gave guests a feeling that we are welcome, that we are among friends, that we are at home.

The servers & baristas spoke fondly of the Manager & the Chef, & they seem to have fun working together; they are even able to tease each other while remaining professional; this is quite refreshing to see/experience (in other restaurants, the servers are mum - or even complain - about the chefs & the manager)

Ambience
-Seating is somewhat limited & given the popularity of the place, we need to make reservations ahead of time to ensure we have a table.

Pricing
-Dining at OSO is not cheap, but given the delectable dishes, the fine service, & we got to interact with the owners & joke around with the servers & baristas, it is very much worth it

Thank you Messrs Stephane Colleoni (Owner/Manager) & Diego Chiarini (Owner/Cook) for such a pleasant dining experience. Dining at OSO Ristorante has always been a great way to end a busy day.

Called to ask if the mains from the set menu could be changed to steak - caller said yes. When we arrived was told to pay an additional $40, fine, we did on top of the Christmas Set. We were told it was Wagyu but it was tough, veiny, short from what they usually serve on the ala carte menu. The steak was just thrown on a grill - it was tasteless bland and tough. When we paid our bill, the male staff did not said thank you, and was not able to articulate why the additional top up. Nevertheless the female server was excellent. But overall a Terrible Christmas experience!

Came to Oso after it was recommended by a friend for my wife's birthday. We were not disappointed, the service was excellent and very personalized. Food was very tasty with plenty of choices. We would like to go back to experience the cheese room they have on premises. The outlet is a little hard to find, but maybe because we were rushing to make our reservation as we walked right pasted the door without notice.
Great place, will definitely come back and recommend.

Very lovely Italian restaurant that serves good pasta and tiramisu. I recommend the Orecchiette and calamari!!

Lots of daylight during lunch and romantic atmosphere during dinner. The servers here are very friendly and helpful.

OSO is on the expensive side so I think this is a great place for special occasions.

We went there for lunch on Chinese new year. Had a set lunch of 4 course meal for 4 pax. Starter n gnocchi was good but the main course was v disappointing. Tiny little steak paid 15 dollar extra on the top was tasteless. Pig Trotter was the worst dish there. Wouldnt recommend Set Lunch in oso restaurant.

With so many incredible Italian experiences available on this small island, I don t feel this experience was particularly memorable. The food was decent but not amazing and far from the likes of Gattopardo or Garibaldis which I feel offer much better quality food for similar pricing.

The restaurant itself was lovely and the atmosphere was good. The service was a bit confused with some people providing exceptional service and others didn t seem to know what was going on.

We had the burrata as a starter and felt it was a mediocre dish. The accompaniments didn t really add to the dish and the burrata wasn t as creamy as we would have liked.

For mains we had 2 average dishes at our table. The pork belly and the lamb chop were uninspiring. The scallops in bacon were very good and beautifully cooked.

We finished off with tiramisu which was good but could have done with a bit more coffee flavour.

The wines served by the glass were very good and great value. There was an extensive wine list available

It was a decent meal but unfortunately with so much competition for Italian restaurants, I don t think this is one we will return to.

Impressed by this restaurant. Really good food and service. "Mista" salad was simple and delicious. The Patagonian toothfish was outstanding and so was the slow-cooked pork belly. Mood was enlivened by live saxophone and overall laidback atmosphere. Will return to try their dry-aged Fiorentina steak.

Lovely ambience and deco, attentive and courteous service staff and manager and tasty food served at the right intervals.Tiramisu was a tad too creamy for my liking without the biscotti. Foie Gras was done perfectly with the combination of the caramelized onions and red current red wine sauce .Angelhair pasta was tasty but could do with 1 more ingredient and the steak was succulent but can do with a bit more gravy on the side and the side vegetable was charred on the bottom and potatoes could be cooked softer.Overall a pleasant dining experience for lunch.

My wife and I had Friday set lunch and it was 4/5 star good but we won t come back.

Cold cuts was ok but pumpkin soup wasn t good. Dessert was also just ok (we had chocolate and parfait).

Mains were good. Mashed fish in spices tastes like Indonesian ikan pepes to me (which I like). Venison was well seared on the outside and tender inside.

One of my long term faves but had not visited since their relocation. Normally I'm very cautious about hotel located restaurants.Stunning interior in a New York soho style. Exceptional menu with a delicious desert offering. The choice of prime beef, fish and and pork jowl with macallan sauce) is difficult to choose from.

Was here for Valentine's Day and food was disappointing. I could only force myself to make out through two and a half courses. The tomato in the soup was reminiscent of cheap, half-ripe tomatoes. The sardine salad was dry as dust. To top it off, the restaurant manager wasn't interested in the feedback and went off in a huff. I have to say I wasn't expecting the service to be worse than the food. Maybe with his heavy foreign accent he couldn't understand my perfect English.

Service is really good. Been here closed to 5th time this year. We always have a starter, followed by main and our dessert. Dessert is a must try. A fine dining setting but not strict on smart dressing I would say. Chef comes out to check on tables (sometimes serving you your main) if the the food is good which makes you feel really well taken care of. Seems they have a private room for bigger groups like 10. Suitable for couples to small family dinner. Nice ambience and quiet setting which is really nice

Nice ambience and great service. The design of the restaurant is very nice and thoughtful, good place to bring clients or friends.

Ordered the set lunch which was quite worth it, came with a starter, main dish and desert. The sizes were abit small but at that price, i think still ok.

They serve free bread with vinegar and olive oil. The vinegar is awesome. Super nice. The texture of the bread also superb.
