Orlando World Marriott is a huge property with amazing amenities. The pool area is great for families. The restaurants are actually very good. With great proximity to the parks and airport, the World Center Marriott is a great choice

We had a terrible experience. I requested an accessible room 2 weeks in advance. No accessible room available. Staff courteous but not helpful.

Very busy over the 4th of July with the American Legion convention. Rooms in the tower we're good. Room service was prompt. Breakfast was good.

A great place to stay with family. It works to be very affordable compared to the Disney World resorts. Has a great kids pool, a big pool, good options for restaurants inside the resort, shuttle to all Disney World parks, laser show in the night and much more.

Place gave me entry to an occupied room then comped me nothing for dangerous an embarrassing act, even as a platinum member. Then guest services entered my room while occupied. Room was extremely outdated and fairly ravaged. I know this place sees lots of traffic, but they charge for it too. Highly disappointed.

Beautiful resort. Plenty of dining options, free shuttle to Disney world and an amazing light show around the pool at night!

Like all the Marriotts we've been to.... always a great experience. Very friendly staff here.

Its a nice place with an amazing pool. The room is a bit dated but it kinda has a huge tv and unfortunately the shower in our rook kinda sucked.

Very nice facility, but the parking is ridiculous. $23.50 everytime you enter the parking garage. There is nothing of worth to eat there, so you have to leave the facility for lunch and dinner, therefore you could easily pay nearly $75 for parking in one day. They have you trapped and they rip you off.

Watch out for the shower heads, they hurt.
The tiny bathroom floods so easily, just cover it in towels. Want a trash can? There are a few tiny ones in each room but they do not come with bags. A complimentary bag they do give is the size of a body bag. Oh, and if your toilet floods, don't worry! The tube probably just popped off in the tank behind the toilet. Need a light to go at night? Forget about it. Become a bat.

If you have luggage to be brought up to your room? Hit 0. Do not hit the "at your service" button because, even though they answer, tell you they will be right up with your bags, they will not ever come. Hit 0 for the operator to direct the call the the luggage area.

Convenient and over priced food on floor one. Really good soft serve. They shut off the escalators at a certain time at time in the afternoon until morning.

Air conditioning was either too hot or too cold. It took hours before a room would cool off or warm up. How ever that's probably due to the hotel's size.

The bed spread is literally only the size of the top of the bed, two people sharing a double better like being close if you want to be properly covered.

Barely 3 stars.

Had a wonderful experience during my stay for the 2018 PLRB Claims Conference.

Company dinner was great a the Orlando World Center Marriott. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

Internet only in the lobby and limited number of restaurants. Not enough outlets in lobby. I've been here for 3-4 conferences and the events are always top notch.

It is a fascinating place full of dreams, you can see how creative the human being can be

The staff is great at meeting our needs. The parking is expensive and does not deliver at the promised time.

They were not prepared for a conversation check in. Wait was over 3 hours. Bill was messed up and took two weeks to fix it.

The location was great and so was the service the rooms were clean and organized my stay was one to remember.

Attended a conference at the Orlando World Center Marriott. Accommodations were comfortable and the location was great. Beautiful pool and comfortable conference spaces. Best part of the experience was the staff who were so welcoming and friendly and the food which was delicious! I very much enjoyed my stay.

Here for a conference. Room is clean and comfy. Meeting spaces were well organized and no technical issues however rooms were a bit chilly. Disappointed in $.40/minute internet at available machines and costly price to print a document.

This was such a pleasant stay. This hotel is very nice! You are close to Disney Springs, Celebration, etc. They also have a Disney Shuttle for those who need transportation to and from the parks. I like how secluded it is compared to other hotels that are in more convenient locations. Overall great!

Room was clean and a great layout. Rim service was prompt and delicious.

Self parking is relatively fast away and you have to take a shuttle to get to lobby.

To start... and this is huge... this resort has poor signage. It was late upon arrival and we had to really search for signs to help us to the right lot for parking. Signs within the hotel were scarce and we ran I to a few people just as lost as we were because of the lack of signs.
The resort itself is beautiful. The room was just like any other hotel at half the cost. Kind of a let down . But convenient location, film amenities. Depends on what you want our of your dollar.

Great hotel, lots of options for food that stays open late, great gym facilities and great staff makes the stay even better.

Wonderful facility. All that was missing was microwaves in the rooms we had.

We come here every year for conference. The rooms are spacious the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Late check-in, noisy rooms, and unsafe patio/windows. Arrived at 3pm, no rooms available until 8:30pm. Tried to have a conference call in hotel room at 9am, but there is construction and drilling noises directly above my room. The patio and windows are unsafe and under construction. Look at the picture...it is unsafe! I would consider another resort.

Everything is beautiful and luxurious. The pools, the room views, amenities are great.
The only thing I didn't like was there weren't any microwave/fridge in room or at least on every floor. There was one microwave in the entire hotel! Who does that?!
Otherwise, a wonderful stay, wonderful helpful staff. I would definitely stay again.

Service was excellent but beware the hotel is huge and requires lots of walking. Wear comfortable shoes and enjoy!

We had the Thanksgiving Day Buffet a d the quality of the food and service was great.

disorganized and crowded, you have to park away from your room and take a shuttle every time you need to get the car. $22 per day parking or 37 valet. They have a some sort of noisy machine running all day and night. You can hear from inside the room. When I called to report they treat me like it was not possible and dismissed my concern. No follow up nor interest.
Update: valet lost my car, waited 1 hour for them to find it. At least manager send us to a commitment in a taxi.

If you have kids that like to swim in a pool, check this place out. There is a large pool with 3 or 4 water slides. Slides are not as big as water parks, but fun none the less. The interior of the hotel and rooms are open and updated. I'll go again.

Beautiful and spacious accomadations. Extensive grounds with something for everyone.....golfers, kids, swimmers, walkers and crafters. Also very close to all Disney attractions.

Disney resorts 500 a night. Stay here and save enough to pay for all the park tickets.

Attractive location just minutes away from Disney and other Orlando attractions...very clean and modern looking, staff is super friendly and helpful...

Hi let me start by saying I ve done lots of traveling and stayed at many brands. This hotel is horrible in my opinion. The staff are not sympathetic at all. I checked in last night about 11pm had to wait about 15 minutes for valet service even though he saw me pull up. This morning I go to get in my car and I noticed the side of the car was all scuffed up so I told the valet what happened and he says I don t know I m not an investigator. It was either the guy at night or the other in the morning, either way very upsetting as it s a brand new car with only 4K miles on it. Not once did I here from valet or front desk that they were sorry or anything in that nature which is horrible customer service. I know is not their car but still I would feel horrible if someone told my that and I would at least apologize on behalf of the staff and my self. I felt horrible all day for an error that someone made and on top of it the horrible horrible service and experience here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I truly recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Fantastic staff and accommodatons. We evacuated during Irma and the staff here was very helpful and provided as much as they could to make us comfortable. Will be returning for an upcoming vacation

Basically a convention center in the corner of Orlando.

They lost our payment information after confirming they had it. After we sent it again they never processed it and then we received calls at midnight and before 7am attempting to run dinner charges that they did not apply to our room.

Bad parking situation. You either self-park a mile away and need to walk around the entire hotel to get in, or you valet and wait an hour. Calling ahead to valet was a bad option because the drivers would falsify the status. So you're standing there for 10 minutes with "car delivered" on the screen and your vehicle is nowhere in sight.

Nothing impressive about the restaurants; you're better going off campus to dine.

The TV in the room was damaged and had a line across the screen.

The room was not adequately cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and dust in the room.
