Room was ok, nothing special. Very nice pool/bar/patios. The a la carte ness of the stay became annoying. Pay for everything including parking, coffee, wifi etc..

Horrible place to stay! Hidden charges, room is much higher than told when reservations were made. Charge extra for everything, then on checkout, put a hold on my card for 4X the amount! Employees are no help. I will never step in this hotel again.

Large resort with great facilities and good choices of restaurants and bars.
Avoid staying in Eastern Tower as room window will be facing lobby and get noise from the lobby bar.
Would expect better room interior renovation for the price I paid.

Outdated hotel. It's time to update the hotel Marriott. Dirty stained tubs, dirty stained furnatue, early 1990s decor. Rooms have carpet for moulding.

If you want a great resort experience without the Disney cheese, this is a nice option. Absolutely awesome pool area!

Played at hawks landing and dined one of the conference rooms. Nice course clean looking areas. In a great spot of Orlando.

Always nice and clean in common areas. Meeting rooms are great. The staff is helpful and professional.

When I first arrived, they didn't have the pool room view that I paid for. However, they did give me a $50 credit and 50% off my daily parking fees. Aside from that, the staff and hotel was great.

It is a decent hotel. Close to Disney and the other parks. Balcony was locked out and had plastic over the windows due to construction.

Service was top notch, I told them I was vegan and they let me speak to the head chef and he cooked up a special meal for me.

Their parking rates are $22 per exit. That's beyond ridiculous.

This an outstanding resort. They go out of their way to accommodate you. Did not care for the sports bar and grill, very poor service.

I wish I could give more stars for this place. Everyone went out of their way to help and make us feel welcomed.

Wow. What a great place. You can not find a dirty spot anywhere. The rooms are exceptional and the facility and conference center ate top notch. By the way the pool and slides for the kids are amazing.

Lovey venue. I met my daughter there to spend the day with her at the pool. The staff is friendly and gracious and the food and drinks are unique and delicious.

Staff is quick to respond to any need. Building is well designed, and nicely done. Convention areas are clean and well designed for functionality.

Not impressed. Our room was not as promised, second room was better (and cost more!) Entertaining my 5 year old during our switch was a challenge. There were Stains on the pull out couch mattress my daughter was going to sleep on, had to call for extra linens twice since they didn't bring them all the first time, and the bathroom sink drain reeked of sewage! The view is great however the sound of the air conditioners and mechanical area below combined with the restaurant smell being vented towards our balcony ruined the serenity of a beautiful balcony. Still trying to find where being a Marriot rewards member has its perks here?

Beautiful facility, exceptional staff,

We rode from Tampa to Orlando on our motorcycle, with the intention to have an overnight getaway and meet friends at the Ace Cafe downtown that night. Upon arrival Peter was very friendly as well as accommodating. He acknowledged our Platinum member status and proceeded to upgrade us to an amazing suite with 3 outdoor balconies, one being rooftop. We were stunned by the room upgrade and wished we could have seen him at checkout to thank him in person. He did great! We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfast, also a perk of being platinum I guess. Food was absolutely yummy! We will definitely be back!

Just went for dinner. Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff all around.

The hotel is absolutely by far one of the grandest hotels I've had my pleasure of seeing. It's on par with Vegas hotels indefinitely, without the flashy parts. Sadly I wasn't allowed to take pictures and videos, but that's understandable. You truly must come experience how it feels to take your first steps into the hotel.

Been here before was very happy. Came back last week and was horrified. They had some type of golf tournament going on, literally a thousand people with golfers and venue people not wearing masks not social distancing talking right up into each other's faces. It was literally unbelievable and sad, at least wear a mask.

Amazing hotel but they have a huge parking problem. Not only do they charge you $15 for self parking but you have to wait for a small shuttle that can't even take half of the guests waiting to be taken to their tower.

Stopped in for drinks while waiting out a weather delay on the golf course.

This place is beautiful, but when there are conventions, the lines are ridiculous!

Good venue for conferences. 4 stars because a quick food option in the food court would be great other than Starbucks

Prices ($200+ a night) are higher than I think they should be for a basic Marriott room and hotel that does not provide breakfast or free parking.
Although the staff was nice and my room was clean....this hotel will not be a first choice again.

My family recently had a great stay during a winter vacation. We stayed on the 20th floor without a pool view. The hotel is very clean. We definately felt like we were in a resort.

It was rather expensuve, but I guess you get what you pay for. Only a short 5 miles from Disney.

The hotel room had an unpleasant smell and the guests at the hotel pool were loud and rowdy.

Awesome! Loved it so much, we booked an extra night so that we could enjoy all the amenities and activities. Great family fun and memories to cherish. Staff was very friendly and helpful always. Food from the Japanese restaurant on site was delicious. Food from Pantry was good too. Pool side food and drinks were great. Beautiful view from our balcony, poolside, we could even see the Epcot globe and Epcot's nightly fireworks.

Im at the center for the Primerica AALC conference and I left my power strip and charger in one of the meeting rooms. Arivind Ajimal went out of his way to help me locate my things! He was MORE than a life saver and he didnt have to do what he did!!He personally saw to it that i got my things back and it eased my anxiety!!! He is totally awesome and thus earned the 5 stars for the center!!

One of the nicest resorts close to the Disney parks. Highly recommend. I will stay here again. They have a lot of in house restaurants to choose from including a Starbucks AND room service was super fast.

Very big, easy to get lost. Three swimming pools, water slides, etc., are perfect for families to visit.

Very limited in restaurants at certain times. I was looking for a quick bite before a round of golf. The food court is a convenience center with so so food.

Absolutely amazing....I travel all over there world this was just a short weekend getaway for my husband and me. 10s do not do this justice. If give a 100++ if I could. Very clean. Very quiet every room has a balcony the hotel has everything you could possibly imagine spa was great the food (room service) IS THE VERY BEST FOOD!!! LIKE EATING AT HOME WITH A GOURMET CHEF!!! Can't say enough good about this place!

I will give credit where credit is due, but if I could give zero stars, I would. After booking a room in a friend's name, which the hotel spelled wrong, we went through hell trying to check in with a woman by the name of Imee who claimed my friend's first nor last name was not AT ALL in the system. Once she called over a manager, Carlos Puyo, he continued to give us problems and say that's WE needed to calm down. I understand there is a cosplay event going on and there are people who may disrespect the resort, but that was NEVER OUR intentions. After we were given our room number, Imee only added to our frustration by sending us in the wrong direction. We have never been more taken back by such awful service and disrespect. :(

I had a great time visiting a friend. We hung out at the falls pool. The kids love it?

I only came here for a conference and did not stay in a room - but I had a great experience. The areas were clean and nice. Lots of areas to sit and relax between events. The staff was very helpful and got copies made for us on short notice. There are a lot of food and drink options available.

Great service and more important even better beds. Fantastic first few days here.

Cant wait to leave here! I got placed in a room right above the lobby and the bar below is incredibly loud all night in the early morning. Upon arrival, my bathroom had toenail clippings all over the floor. The bath towels had red stains on them. The rooms are dirty and the venue is soooooo loud. They wont give me a new room or work with me in anyway. With so much competition for hotels in Orlando there is no reason to stay at a bad one like this. First and last time here.

Would recommend this place to family and friends. Very clean with helpful workers.

The staff was very welcoming and the rooms are wonderful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and WILL BE BACK to stay again.

Room service is great. The location is fabulous. The rooms are a bit smaller than what I expected but the experience was great. The view from the top floors is breathtaking. The hotel is clean and we'll maintained. They have everything you look for in a hotel/resort, clean rooms, good service, indoor and outdoor pool, a gym, restaurants, golf course, YOU NAME IT! As a bonus, their night laser shows are very cool!

Incredible complex! We did not go to all the pools. Go with four children of very different ages and have entertainment and fun spaces for the whole family!
