I was only here for a short period of time, but it s truly your one stop shop type of hotel. You won t need for anything!

The best conference center in Orlando. Every detail is taken care of.
Convention area was very big and open. Slightly dated carpet and colors, but very clean.
Good but very expensive there are better options in the area
Here for a conference. Beautiful hotel, great staff!
For as expensive as this place was, they do quite a lot wrong. I came for a conference for 4 days. Months in advance I called to make sure that arrangements were made correctly; they said call right before you come, so I called a day in advance, as well. When I went to check in, I specifically asked that certain arrangements be made. No dice. When they accidentally put a $1200+ hold on my credit card (rendering it useless) they couldn't/wouldn't fix it for 3 of my 4 day stay. Finally, when I went to check out on day 4 there was STILL a mistake on my bill that if I hadn't caught I would have still been charged 3 times as much for. After the fact it was an incredible hassle to get a digital copy of my receipt. Their system seems to function as if the internet was JUST invented and every person I talked to I had to tell the whole story over again for anything to be fixed. It seems like there are a lot of staff (who are nice enough, I guess) but very few people who are actually authorized to do anything important. If you want to be headache free, skip this place.
When we arrived everything went smooth until we requested a room with a view. The service clerk assured us we would. We we're placed at a room on the North Tower but ended up with a roof top and a very noisy large air vent. We returned to the lobby and requested another room with any view but a rooftop and so we were assigned another room with half the roof and a pond view. So we gave in because after all, we just wanted to have a good time. We head out the pool, all of the walls next to the waterfall completely soiled and mold build up. Some of the pool grounds were also dirty. So we thought, was this hotel supposed to be a 4 star? <br/>At shower time, the water does not drain, and we realized the bathroom sinks were made for 6ft tall persons, guess it was ergonomically incorrect. This was all so disappointing. Thank goodness, the room and the beds were clean and the rest of the service by their staff was great.
Nice place, close to attractions and they have a golf course on property. Only draw back is the valet is slower than a dead turtle!
Huge water park, multiple restaurants and places to eat & drink, huge splendid rooms great video game center and arcade, one of the top 25 breakfast buffets in the world, and so much more!
Not the best convention hotel, not the worst. Meeting rooms are spaced father apart than is ideal, but better than the Shingle Creek. However, parking is $23.50/day, with no in/out.
Rooms nothing special, my room didn't have a microwave, only mini fridge. Beds were very comfortable. Nice shops, and restaurants but they are on the expensive side. They have great conference rooms for any kind of function. Swimming pools are great. It was just a disappointment that I couldn't warm up my leftovers. Overall great for events but I will find other accommodations if I'm there for the attractions in the city.
This resort is Def a 4.5+. Cost is in alignment with what you'd expect. Clean environment. Beautiful outside. Pool and outside activities were pretty great.
Detriment: parking garage not convenient. Parking cost per day was exorbitant. Parking shuttle was pretty terrible in response time. I hear it was due to an employee that should have retired, but wasn't appreciated nonetheless.
We come here once if not twice a year and loved every minute of it
The building is a little old however it is very well maintained. Everyone we encountered, from the general manager to the housekeepers, we're very kind a social. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely recommend the hotel to families. The pool was a wonderful amenity.
The hotel has the biggest ballrooms in central Florida near Disney.
Was only there for Playlist Live, didn't stay at the hotel overnight, overall great experience for such a large event.
Rooms are mediocre for the price. The food is extremely overpriced for the quality. The pool is decent. There are better places to stay in town for less money.
What grand spaces. The ballrooms are very large and the staff was very pleasant and efficient.
Great place for leisure and a professional business meetings.
Nice place but unorganized and inefficient. Overbooked and slow to check someone in. No clean rooms available as late as 6pm which is extremely late for someone who needs to get dressed for evening meetings. I have traveled around the world and have not experienced such disorganization from an expensive hotel like this one.
Everything is good so far, still 4 days to go. Confusion about Marriott rewards member account being applied too reservation.
Typical Marriott, excellent room, property, pool is amazing!
Clean rooms. Nice pool. Food was expensive and not that good. Had expired prepared salads at the food court.
This hotel is very family oriented but also completley professional. This hotel offers many commodities and is a very great hotel.
Overpriced chain motel catering to the convention business. There is a "resort fee" which apparently covers the small bottles of water they leave you. An additional fee must be paid for shoddy internet service. You would think that $15-20 would pay for spotless service, but you would be wrong. The satellite service on the TV similarly hit or miss, but at least we didn't pay an extra fee for it.
The rooms and general decor are a bit dated but comfortable.
Most of the restaurants are typical resort fare- overpriced and average quality.
The pools are enjoyable, though the indoor pool was out of service for half of our visit. It was freezing in there, and dangerously slippery.
The housekeeping staff was friendly and hardworking, a definite plus.
Huge place! There is a long walk from the parking garage to the ballrooms in the "North Tower." I was there for an event and it was a haul to get from parking to the Sawgrass Ballroom. The ballroom was spacious and consistent with other convention type hotel spaces. Parking is $37 per day but I was there for 6ish hours and the rate was $23+. I was told that was the going rate for parking at resort hotels. Clean and quiet for as many people that were there. The "Pantry" has nice late night food items, not as expensive as I expected. The sausage and red pepper flatbread was only $8 and it was good. Overall a nice hotel and event venue.
OMGoodness... I loved it there!!!!! Very nice rooms. The shower was GORGEOUS!!
Was there for a conference. Did not stay, but what we DID experience, it was fantastic!! It's a huge place!! The staff was very helpful and friendly!! Just an absolute beautiful place!!
Huge pool, clean rooms, good food and great location.
Not bad resort, old decorations. Reasonable prices.
Impressive surroundings, very helpful carhops, great staff at Mikado AND great food!
Would not recommend this Marriott. After staying in many different hotels in the area (almost exclusively Marriott) I can say this one will definitely disappoint. To start the hotel is very dated. The rooms are very overpriced for the experience. We had difficulties with checkin in and the front desk and other customer service staff were unhelpful, condescending and down right rude. Do yourself a favor and choose another Marriott in the area if you are loyal to them and have member status
It's always a pleasure to visit Orlando World center Marriot. It's becoming so familiar. Almost like a home away from home. This time around, I had a really special treatment from the room service.
I met a family member for drinks and the hotel looked great and everyone was really friendly.
Rooms are nice, but nothing spectacular for the price. The pools are very nice and the water slides are fun. Hotel staff are generally helpful and friendly!
Average large hotel with conference facilities. Overpriced restaurants and bars.
Very friendly people. Good pool and activities. We enjoyed our time
Very large venue which can be hard to navigate. Parking expense is excessive to attend a meeting. Food for large event has gotten better over the years.
Staff was very discourteous. Overpriced for the location and terrible service.
Been coming here over 5 years... policy is extremely loose for allowing smoking inside rooms and on the balconies.. used to be family friendly and our kids loved it. Now you can't sit on the balcony and enjoy the evening. Past 2 years have involved heavy smoking inside the hotel... more of a party location than a family resort... changing our Orlando destination.
For the first half of our conference we were in the north tower and it was really uncomfortably warm. Then when we were doing our team building it gor even hotter!!! The afternoon session was better. The food was amazing. I am not a Couscous person, but this was freaking awesome.
Traveled there for conferences twice in the last few years, accommodations are superb
Exceptionally professional and friendly staff, nice accomofations.
Very friendly and supportive staff. Beautiful pool area.
Awesome hotel! Biggest Marriott in the world with 2008 rooms! Don t miss the laser show at night. Breakfast was hit and miss, but pool food was great! Lots of activities during the day around the pool.
The hotel was decorated beautifully. The Italian restaurant was delicious. We were upgraded to a King suite and the room was very spacious. The staff were extremely helpful.
At this Marriott every few years for a conference. The lazy river is nice for just lounging and floating around if you have time. All the staff are friendly
The hotel is nice overall, but the mattresses reminded me of a rack in the Navy....my only complaint.
This place is huge. I wouldn't necessarily stay here if I was looking for a Disney esq feel, it's definitely centered around business stays, but, it's beautiful here. Worth at least looking into.
It is a nice comfortable place although the room was a bit small for a double
This place is its own city. Was told they have their own zip code. It's a bit dated, I would choose the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress just across I-4 instead. Much more quiet, beautiful and classy. These two hotels are like comparing Carnival Cruises to Seabourne Cruises. The Hyatt being Seabourne.
Love this place. We prefer this over Disney hotels. It is centrally located right outside the Disney entrance but also in a good location to go to universal and aquatica. The pool is amazing. Their newly renovated rooms are awesome. Theres so much to do, when you don't feel like going to a park you can stay at the hotel and still have plenty to do. We will be back!
I really enjoyed the room provided. The room was clean, I'm glad it didn't smell like smoke. Loved the balcony view and king size bed.
They are in major need of room renovations! Plus the water never got hot and the water pressure was low.
Excellent location. Close to all Disney attractions. Great service hospitality. Clean and comfortable rooms.
I didn't realize there was a golf course here, so I didn't bring my clubs. They rented me some clubs, and the course was beautiful. Had a great time. The service was exceptional.
It is really nice and the workers treat us with respect, I love the pool
Great service..Michael checked me in with a warm welcome at 10pm..self parking 23.00, 15% off if your a Marriott member worth the free sign up in advance. The North & West Tower's parking lot is way in the back ask before you park in the wrong one or you'll shuttle to the hotel..ugh.. .Starbucks and dining inside..Great pool and view
The facilities were very nice and the golf course at Hawk's Landing was very well maintained.
