Awesome Wheelchair Provider!

Lauren H. Was a great as a wheelchair provider at the SLC Airport. She was friendly and kind as she made the long trek from United gate to baggage. She helped get our bags and went with us to passenger pickup.

This review is about an employee, not about the business itself. I was flying out of O'Hare, I was having terrible leg issues and using a cane. I had 40 minutes to get to the gate, but at O'Hare that can be a half mile away. I knew there was no way I could make it walking. Two Prospect employees with an empty wheelchair happened to be walking by, I asked them if they could help me. The fellow with the wheelchair, Rafay, said he was just heading on break but would take me to the gate instead. I'm a 200 lb guy, Rafay worked hard to go up/down those ramps to get me to the gate quickly. I'm very grateful for Rafay, without his help there was no way I would have made it!

I waited for a wheelchair for over 30 minutes. They did not take customers in order. For example, I was number 252. They called: 250, 255, 253, 251, then 257. At that point the gentleman looked over at me and realized we have been waiting for a long time and checked in on our status. Apparently there was a "mix up". I arrived over two hours before my flight is to leave and if I miss it I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

1 hour waiting for a wheelchair service in Chicago airport. At the end i whent alon with the help of a colleague with a lot of pain for ky ankle. Whoever i was asking for the answer was do not warry someone will come. I did see nobody. Unfortunatellyni was foeced to trave with this issue and Chicago O'hare is by far the worst experience when arriving and when departing.

I had a 3 hour wait at Midway Airport today and watched some 7 employees of Prospect including a manager/supervisor. With plenty of time to soak in this group, I was absolutely appalled at the behavior. Cursing, yelling, blocking the walkways while sitting in the wheelchairs they were going to use for passengers...the list goes on and includes safety issues.
This was nothing more than a gang being paid by the airport. The supervisor was completely immersed in loudly telling obscene jokes and carrying the behavior forward right through the middle of waiting passengers including kids of all ages.
Absolutely deplorable and disgusting.

Company is terrible, employee's are alright, but management is magnificent. Had an incident with the employee that was pushing me and requested to speak with a manager. Manager K.Z. was very helpful and kind. Well done; will request wheelchair again.

Worked here for 2 years. Excellent service and excellent attention to detail and care given to each and every passenger. Rest easy when dealing with Prospect. They are professionals who care and take their jobs seriously!

I worked out of terminal 5 for 5 months and had to deal with the managements B.S. I get no tattoos but I shouldn't be the only one sent home when others have more than me showing. Terrible company!!

My Mom was traveling on the day after valentines day (Feb 15th, 2020). She had to connect with a flight at the other end of the airport and was having a hard time getting there. She's 85 years old and half way there she ran out of energy. She stopped and sat down on a bench wondering if she would be able to make it the rest of the way. One of your associates (Abdullah Mahmood) came by, noticed her and asked if he could help her. To her, he was an angel sent from heaven! He helped her into the wheelchair he was pushing, then literally ran to her gate. She made her flight with 5 minutes to spare. Without this assist she would have had to rebook her flight and possibly stay overnight in a strange town. This man deserves a bonus, raise and dinner at a nice restaurant!!! Thank you very much for this kind and thoughtful man!

I got fired for a stupid reason. Very bad management. They don t care about workers. They will fire you whenever they feel like it, no matter how hard you ve worked. If you re applying, please rethink your choice.

Absolute disgrace of a company, run by a sleazy g...

Absolute disgrace of a company, run by a sleazy guy who doesn't know the first thing about running a business. If you are looking to work here DO NOT, speaking from experience they treat you like you are dirt and do not work well with any scheduling. As for treatment of passengers I can tell you that if you are looking for a responsible, caring, and efficient worker to assist any disabled or elderly passengers LOOK ELSEWHERE, they get paid very low and the workers reciprocate it.

I watched as 5 employees were verbally abusive to an elderly Chinese speaking man in a wheel chair at baggage claim. One girl yelled in his face repeatedly. They were all making racist comments about him being Chinese. My husband tried helping the man out with his translate app and we reported the employees.
I could go on about what these employees were saying and doing. I've never witnessed anything like it. Do not use this service if you have an elderly family member.

Just be aware if you work for this company they will treat you like a slave, fire you and lie about misconduct so you cant claim unemployment. There is a guy name Kim very rude to deal with. Pay minimun wage and even you receive a company book they fire you whenever they feel like.

Horrible place to work. Would not recommend this place to anybody. The leaders, management, HR are all related so you never have anyone to go to if you're having a problem. This place needs new management or Union!
