Hotel was great. Food catering could have been better. Excellent facility for a conference. Long walk between room and lobby/restaurants/conference area.

No free wifi. Valet service is slow as molasses, and charges you $28 a day. Every day I waited more than 15 minutes for my car to be brought up. Restaurants are too expensive, not worth the price charged. Beds are full size, not queen size. Room service knocked on the door every morning around 8 a.m. to clean the room. Hotel charges you if you LIFT any of the snacks or drinks that are for sale in the rooms-- sensors on the food tray! The business center charges to use the computers.

Awesome place to stay! Everything right on site, 3 pools, spa, fitness center, kids center, bars & restaurants! Great service from all staff and close to all the parks & outlets!

Beautiful place and atmosphere. Rooms comfortable, giant swimming pool area, huge meeting rooms and space.

Water leak in the wall and caused carpet and walls to be soaked.

Terrible experience. 4pm check in, we arrive after 5 and walk into our room and there are no sheets on the bed and the used sheets & pillows are thrown on the floor. Front desk says they will send someone up right away. 45 minutes later still no one. Call again and manager offers a discount. I don't care about a discount, how about put me in another room thats ready so you stop wasting my time. Manager offers to give us a later check out at 4pm instead of 11am, appreciate that but he failed to tell us our room keys would stop working after 11am. Come back from pool at 3 locked out of the room. Again have to wait for them to send someone. The issues arent as much of the issue as how they handled it. When i checked in they tried to "upgrade" my room for $50, maybe on the event of your failures to meet your own expectations you should offer that for free. The best customer service solution would have been to put us in another room asap, upgrade or not instead of making us wait an hour for someone to come clean up the room and then them take their sweet time while we are just sitting there watching them. Do not recommend.

Great resort! Stayed at the Royal Palms part of the resort and the villa was amazing, great amenities and the pool was a stone's throw away. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and all of the shuttle buses were a great bonus. Shuttles to the parks, outlets, between the different sections of the resort's were all complementary, which took any stress out of planning the days of our holiday.

Great pool and food options. Shuttle transportation to Disney is available but somewhat limited.

Wonderful Resort! Great service, at all restaurants! Public restrooms were immaculate! The major pool complex is amazing! Waterfalls & water slides...free iced bottled water. Pool towels. Nice poolside bar & grill. Resort shop, as well as Spa & spa shop. The Pantry, located on 1st level, has hot food to order, but is like a great deli shop as well. Fresh foods, cereal, beer & wine on tap. If you can't find a snack or a satisfying bite there, then you aren't hungry! Food items are somewhat pricey, though. Room was very well appointed & super clean. Room service was on-the-dot delivery, both mornings we ordered coffee service. Huge conference space! Would go again!

Great place to stay. Pool is amazing. I have sayed here at least a dozen times and all stays have been great.

The place is nice. Very nice pool, but they close it the second a cloud is visible. Yesterday they closed it around 2 PM and it remained closed even though it didn t rain at all. Today they closed it around 12:30. It rained for 45 minutes. It s 4 o clock and it s still closed. So if you re coming here for the pool... don t bother booking a room.

Attended a conference at this location and the staff I interacted with was great, the rooms were clean. It is a gigantic event center with tons of people during the warmer months so be prepared for that everywhere you go in the hotel/restaurant/pool etc. I would go back on business.

I had a good time in the hotel until their concierge booked me for the wrong time and I wasted 2hrs waiting to get to my correct destination. Then I called to see what happened they never answered the phone. Wish I could say that I would stay here again but mistakes like this naje it hard to decide

Good experience at this huge hotel. Great hotel and staff. Pool is very nice but the pool bar staff are rude and unprofessional.

We usually go here yearly... just an amazing place and the staff is out of this world awesome!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation here.

Beautiful place, great employees overall, cleanliness good but not great. Women Bathroom on Friday had no tissue in any of the stalls and trash cans very high with paper towels.

I arrived and within 10 minutes I got my room and was sitting on the couch relaxing. So, I went to eat, and when I returned I realized that I had forgotten the key. I immediately spoke with someone from the hotel, and they gave me a new one later. In total it is one of the best experiences in a hotel in my life.

Perfect hotel.... Rooms were a little small but a lot to offer!

First night our hotel room was in with other people, second room we got had little beds for babies, third time= dirty suite.

Aging hotel. Everything here seems very dated and it cost almost $30 a day to park no validation unless you visit thier insanely overpriced restaurant for a full meal

Such a unique and enjoyable resort. I would highly recommend it. The rooms are newly furnished and are contemporary in feeling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was nice, but the slides were the highlight. 3 different slides too.

Amazing property, exceptional service and food. A destination on to itself while in the center of a world of destinations.

Awsome place. Really great to stay with kids or in couples. Mini water park for kids and tobogans for adults. Love this place right entering to the parking. Many restaurants at place and amazing night laser show. I really recomend this hotel to anyone

Stayed a week and spent a thousand bucks. Then get hit with a 140 dollar "resort fee" then another 150 dollar parking fee. Didn't really appreciate it. Rooms are nice and the pool area is neat. Not worth the money though.

Our stay was wonderful. The only thing that bothered me was everything that children can take part of on this property you have to pay extra for except to swim in the pool and play on the slides. The game room with Xbox and Wii for the children to play is $15 for 6 hours and $8 for 3 hours. The arcade games cost $1.50 per game. You even have to pay extra to rent ping pong balls and the hand boards in order to play as well as floats for the pool.

DO NOT PARK OUTSIDE THE NORTH TOWER LOT WHEN IT RAINS! The inside of my car which is clean became infested with baby ants and spiders after a huge rain storm. Staff didn't seem concerned at all. I thought them allowing me to park in this lot was a nice gesture upon checking in. Pay to park in the garage or valet.
