This is my 3rd time staying here. East tower is a little outdated compared to the west. The staff was great my room was fine. I think parking about $21 a night , hotel have 2 indoor pools and 3-4 outdoor pools. The only con (which isn t really the hotel fault) is the Disney shuttle. First shuttle pickup from park was 2:30 at Disney studio but never came we called and they said wait for the next on at 5:45p. With a 2 yr old that can t sit for long period of time we was forced to taxi back ($18)
Friendly helpful staff. Great pool area. Lots of nooks to relax in
beautiful lobby, rooms are pretty standard travel rooms for business night
They try to get you on the parking look at you room invoice carefully.
We paid $70 for a breakfast buffet at longitude and latitude it was substandard, below par.. Denny does the same job for BYOB for $10 and atleast food is hot.. won't go again.
Great stay. The rooms were spacious and accommodated our group of 5 well. We had access to all the great work items like gym and pool. Room service were on point too. Would stay again.
Beautiful rooms and convention facilities, professional & polite staff, great pool area. This hotel can be a bit pricey and the pool tends to get quite crowded on weekends, but otherwise a great place to stay.
It s a beautiful resort but the staff is anything but nice! We were super excited about getting a weeks vacation but when we got there it rained the first couple days (which is totally out of their control) so we found some fun things to do....so we had taken my grandson to a physical for kindergarten and they measured him at 48 tall....so he was so excited about going on the slides at the big pool. We had looked on the internet and shown him pictures and he couldn t Wait! We got to the pool the first day it was nice and he had a blast on the 4 big water slides. The next day we went back and the man who was life guarding would not let him go!!!! The man told him he wasn t tall enough....honestly we couldn t figure out if he just didn t want to be bothered with watching him go down or if it was racial or maybe because we had two other kids with special needs he didn t want to watch them all. Unbelievable.....the lifeguard even let him go down once before he decided to kick him out....so we ask a young lady to talk to a manager and she told us she would get one but they would just take the lifeguards side! So she was right. So I pleaded our case that he measured ok with the lifeguard the previous day and went all day and the guy today even let him go.....but he said he would not be able to go. So we said ok and a few minutes later I walked by to go to the pool and heard the girl say shhh. Here she comes, she s behind you . Then as we sat in the pool to try to enjoy the day the lifeguards proceeded to look over and talk about us for quite some time....we ended up leaving the pool.
It was a crazy situation but felt they were super rude and degrading....we just wanted to have fun. The doctors office measured him at 48 and the lifeguard the first day did but this guy who did not seem to enjoy his job said he was a quarter inch too short!!!!! It was sad.
We will survive but if you are going to this resort and have a child that is 3 1/2 feet to 4 ft tall there is nothing for them as they are too big for the kids splash pad because it has lots of 1-3 year old type things and the slides are there but they can t go! Very unprofessionally done.
We will do some other things for the rest of our stay to make it fun and we do understand there are rules but why did the first lifeguard and the doctors office measure him at 48 but the one guy didn t and the manager never took the time to measure him. We go to lots of marriotts but we will definitely look at other options in the future.
a very large space with very small rooms. Too cramped for two people with luggage.
Very clean and great views. Facilities are top notch. The most impressive was the level of service: one of the best I've experienced
Youth 2015 was hosted there. It was the best thing ever. Can't wait to go back!
Pillows were lumpy, bed was hard, couldn't get a pack and play! Bell hop service and valet was great
Awesome place for the family!! Pool is my favorite part.
Room was great, location, not so much. The rooms within the Atrium were very loud until the lounge/bar closed. The noise just echoed under the glass.
Great resort. Great staff. Except the big pool heater was broken, but was still fun
Played golf at Hawks Landing. Really nice and difficult course.
Expensive but nice. Kind of an island unless ur ready to catch an Uber.
Attended a conference here and enjoyed it! This place is huge! There is a Starbucks inside!
One if my favorite properties to have a conference- just beautiful! And the staff does what they can to make things wrong
Pleasant rooms and views. Good service, but the quality of the restaurants has dipped in recent years. I stay here every year for the WCI convention and overall the experience is usually excellent.
Best hotel ever. Best time. Beauriful. Biggest pool, restaurants, gym, shopping.
The pool is freaking incredible. The golf course is challenging, but very fun!
Not the best experience. The room was not what other local Marriot hotels have to offer - they are outdated and dingy. The valet, on average, had a 20 minute wait time and the bell stand was a disorganized mess. The pool is nice but they allow guests to arrive when the pool opens and reserve chairs with towels, for hours. So if you came down at 10, forget about having a good spot.
Nice location. Great hotel. Food was also good. Conference facility good.
Amazing hotel and resort. Clean rooms. Restaurants are good but a little pricey. The pool is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 15th floor. We had an amazing view of Disney from our room.
