By far one of the best Marriott properties I've stayed at. This being the largest property Marriott operates, sometimes you feel you need a map to go around the place. This was my first time visiting and it will not be the last. The location is perfect if you're going around the different theme parks. With the various activities they offer daily, you don't even need to leave the hotel to be entertained. Highly recommend this property!
I'm sooooo in love with this hotel....my room was awesome, place is clean, staff is friendly and good customer service. Its my first experiencing a shower controlled with a remote. Stayed on the east tower. Pools are great, clean and they have kid friendly pool too. Omg the water slides....I will definitely be returning. Lots of restaurants on property and prices are pretty good no need to break the bank to eat. Stayed here for a conference hosted on property and conference facility was perfect. Again conference rooms were clean, smells very fresh audio visual and lighting in rooms are very good too. Wifi service is good too.
The rooms are very nice but the wait was 5+ hours. I would just recommend going to a different hotel because it just isn't worth it.
This is a beautiful property with one of the best pools in the country. The golf course is amazing and fun to play. The only time I did not have a great stay is one the hotel was very busy and overbooked.
Beautiful hotel but very disappointed in the service. We couldn t figure out the system to get a ride to the parks and then the employees didn t know how to help. Besides the shuttle service being a mess, we had a good stay. Won t come to this location again.
Very good restaurant, amazing drinks and cocktails selection, very spacious rooms.
Well, beautiful view from my 10th floor balcony. Room was pretty outdated and as you can see in one of the pics, there was a cockroach in my room. It actually crawled on my bed and was on my papers when I saw it. I tried to kill it, bit it scurried off. I tried again and am not sure if I ever got it. Totally gross. I know there are cockroaches in Florida, but I don't want one sleeping with me. Ugh.
Massive resort with many amenities. Rooms are slightly dated but nice and relatively clean overall.
Hotel is dated, valet lost my car, waited 1 and 1/2 hrs to get the car back, was headed to dinner when this occured at 7:30pm, ended up canceling my original dinner plans since the place closed at 9. All food places here are extremly expensive, for the most part quality is subpar. TV is dated. Bed was nice and comfy, outdoor pool is nice. Rooms are hit and miss, last year I got a room that was very small, didn't include a fridge and had a terrace. Ants crawled up through the terrace and got into our luggage over night. Hotel staff moved us to another room and also dry cleaned all our belongings. This year the room provided was much more spacious and included a fridge. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, there are better options for a lot less in Orlando.
Amazing pool, great breakfast. Fun activities on the weekend for kids. They had a Gatorland rep swing by and let the kids hold a small alligator and large constrictor snake (all safety equipment in place). My kids still talk about it.
The worlds largest Marriott doesn't disappoint. Great food, staff, and pool. Beautiful golf course attached and a top flight convention center.
Beautiful hotel! Beautiful views! Room was upgraded very nicely. Loved the pool hope to be back soon.
Awesome hotel. Massive place with lots of amenities and everything just runs smoother than other hotels I've been at.
How is it that there is NO PARKING for self or valet? You have a room for 3-7days, and you're being sent to overflow parking. The parking that comes with your room, full. Valet- full. Now you have to pay to park somewhere else, just to be shuttled to your hotel.
This place is nice but they charge for normal complimentary items. Most food items are for a younger crowd. Room service serves a better quality food.
HUGE Hotel. Be prepared for lots of walking. The employees are top notch. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly, helpful and courrteous. We were there of a conference with over 5,000 other people. There were 3 other conventions going on at the same time as well as families on Holiday. Even with the crowds, we were still able to eat in some of the restaurants without much of a wait and we were able to lounge in one of the 5 pools and move around comfortably.
Awesome well maintained course. Friendly staff and great environment
It's hard to go wrong with any Marriott. But this location is absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful hotel with excellent views of Disney Springs. I could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my room! Amazing pool. Really also like the adults only pool if you need some quiet.
Beautiful place. The center was very clean and all of the workers were so kind to us.
When I went here all the way back in 2015, I had a really fun time! The hotel really is an elegant, beautiful place to stay! The rooms are clean and have plenty of rooms and features to keep people happy! But that s not the best part, the view is what really sells this hotel! Its shows not only what Orlando looks like, but also showcases the fun amenities the hotel has to offer! The pool is very big and they even have some water slides! There s a full service restaurant/ bar too!
Amazing Hotel ! Super great service! And so close to Epcot
Friendly staff. Great pool area. Minutes from Walt Disney World.
Anything that could go wrong did. Many staff members are not able to handle the volume of people at the resort. We got sick and tired of hearing from staff repeatedly that they were swamped, busy, and that over 500 guests checked in.
Parking was absolute pure mayhem... each night we sat in line in the driveway (one night 45 minutes) just to pull up to the front because valet was chaotic, tickets lost, cars parked haphazardly thus attendants were confused. The hotels response: "we know, but they are separate from us." Unacceptable!
We arrived at 1pm but our 2 rooms previously promised together weren't ready for check in until almost 9pm. It's a beautiful property and there are good people there but the majority of staff seemed to just be burned out.
Management did offer some credits and apology to make up for this but we won't be back nor recommend this property.
Love this place! Thought I d get a shot or two while I was here.
A lot of fun. Great food. Probably could use more parking.
Great resort with lots of amenities! The property is huge so be ready for a lot of walking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of options for restaurants. Note there is a $25 report fee and parking is $22 for self parking and $35 for valet.
Really liked the resort, however many of the services are not included and can be costly.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel , I think the only reason why this hotel has high rating is for their amenities, they do have pools and restaurants but their rooms deserve 2 or 3 stars they were not clean .. it seems like the maintaince person never cleaned the room .. the floor was dirty, the beds had a terrible smell surely didn't smell clean, the bathrooms had hair on the walls of the shower. On top they charge $25 hotel fee everyday you stay. No free wifi. Old balconies does not look like the pictures. I totally hated my stay here . The only thing I enjoyed was the pool.
Marvelous View, Superb room service, The bathroom was so clean you could eat off the floor.
I've stayed at the Orlando World Center Marriott multiple times. It's a beautiful place, excellent rooms, great pool area with multiple pools, grotto-like hot tubs, and slides for kids. They have a beautiful lobby and bar area and also have a conference center. Haven't played golf there, but the course looked well-kept. 10 minute drive to Disney Springs. Definitely would stay again.
Beautiful humongous pool. Gluten-free food can be ordered at the bar. Nightly laser show at 9.30 pm. We love visiting here!
Extremely disappointed in this place. Were told one price during reserving the room and was charged over $100 more. They never mentioned all the "fees ". Was told because of the event we were there for it would be 1/2 off parking. When we explained that upon checking out the lady was extremely rude and said we would have to pay full price. Had to call later and speak with someone to get it fixed. The recreational are didn't have any paddles or balls and said they were out but nobody was playing. Room didn't get cleaned until the last day. Restaurant staff and longitude was rude. Acted like we were bothering them. $100 meal and we bothered them? Food wasn't even good at all. Everything is way over priced. $20 for a razor!!!!! Seriously! Price gauging big and when trying to get our room charges right the lady kept breathing hard and rolling her eyes. Never ever again. I'd never recommend them.
The hotel was great and their service were wonderful but they tend to over book events and Valet is horrible they refuse to Valet my car and had us park at another hotel and yet to wait another hour just to wait for the shuttle to come and drop us back off. By the way we had to pay our own parking fee as well. It was very inconvenient how does a big hotel like that not have enough parking spots just to valet.
It's really nice and the staff are friendly, helpful and overall caring.
Stayed in North tower, room was beautiful, bed was comfortable. Location was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
Super fun for kids! Pools are awesome but hot tub is small for the size of hotel!
Stayed for a few nights with the family... and we had a blast!
Great hotel. Nice rooms. The pool is espectacular and have water free. The hotel is really big and perfect for company events ans trainings.
Other than the confusing elevators, verynice hotel. Room 21### is the 12th floor.
Large hotel but be prepared to invest some time in figuring out the layout. Signage isn't very good. Bathroom is much smaller than I expected for the price but the room is okay.
Access for people with disabilities
Friendly staff attention
Impeccable installation
Awesome hotel. Great service. Starbucks on site. Long walk from parking to hotel, but not a deal breaker
Everything is great. Pool is huge, same with waterslides. Staff is great, Food is great, Rooms are big and cozy. Very close to Disney World. Would recommend 10/10.
It is a bit far from other places. You will need a taxi for salary. But there are several rastaurantes inside the hotel. Everything is a good place, but expensive.
The meals and coffee offered get taken away as soon as the clock hits, and sometimes even before the clock hits. Even if there are people still pouring coffee, the hotel staff rolls the coffee cart away.
Hotel staff and room were excellent. Chairs were actually big enough to fit in comfortably. Though the cost of meals were entirely too high even with a 10 per cent discount. Lack of password for conference rooms was also a large inconvenience, the reason for no password was never satisfactorily provided.
Beautiful place looks amazing interiors decorations... And It's look amazing exteriors too.To many gardens amazings colors and flowers in their garden
Hotel is awesome! Staff is one of the best of I've seen. Attended a John Maxwell Training here and even though there were thousands of people there the staff is trained to handle it! Spa and blo bar were fantastic! Pool areas were well maintained and nicely landscaped with hourly activities for the kids. The nightly laser show at the pool was fun. All the restaurants in the hotel property were very good and were super accommodating for our gluten free requests. The running track around the property that borders the golf course was a real treat! Did I mention the Starbucks? Truly the nicest, most lovely, hard working group I've experienced at a Starbucks. I'll see you again Marriott!
We were in a 2 bed suite in the East Tower. It may just be because I tend to go to cheaper hotels, but this is without a doubt the nicest one I have ever been to. There are numerous shuttles to take you wherever you need to go, the rooms are clean, the view is amazing (we could see a large portion of Disneyworld from the balcony), and the restaurant options within the hotel itself are great, albeit expensive. Not to mention the pools, hot tubs, slides, and fireworks. Great place--that is, if you don't mind Florida humidity.
The Marriott world center, has been such an amazing place the rooms are super clean. The staff do such an amazing job. The service could be a little quicker when needing some thing sent to the room!
Probably the best pool area in Orlando area. Plenty of restaurant choices and many bars.
Had lunch at the Falls Pool Bar and Grill, food was great. Environment was phenomenal by the pool. Kids enjoyed the arcade nearby.
The pool is amazing and well heated. The hot tub is in a giant rock grotto which looks stunning!! The beds are super soft and the pillows are nice. It's honestly worth the price to stay here!!
Visited my sister while she was at conference great placw
I am enjoying my stay at Orlando Marriott. Its overwhelming how big it is.
Great but there is always room for improvement. They all work hard but there a lot of workers who are pushing stuff around seem like they don't know what they are doing or where they are going. They block path ways of everyone occasionally but they are super polite about it.
This is the largest Marriott hotel in the world. I like it when I have to stay there because of meetings and conferences. The rooms are comfortable and you get your pick of restaurants inside there from Italian to Hibachi Japanese steakhouse. Americans and breakfast buffets are available too.
