Great for families. Large pool, water slides and 5 restaurants.

Came to the World Center for a week long seminar. While I didn't stay in any of the rooms, I was in the hotel convention center for the week. It is a fantastic location for large conferences. Multiple rooms, large spaces, and a great atmosphere made it comfortable to be here. My first experience was a great one here!

Very nice room and service. I was there for Holiday Matsuri 2019 so I ended up walking around the hotel for a while and it was a really nice area overall.

Spacious. Plenty of room. Plenty of places to get drinks. Plenty of amenities. You could just spend your entire vacation right here.

The rooms where outstanding beds where comfortable and the kitchen was big enough to fit multiple people in it didn't feel like I was staying at a hotel honestly I thought I was at my apartment. The staff was kind and friendly and answered all questions that I had a fantastic time staying there

Excellent hotel and fun pool experience. The water here is maintained at 80 and is refreshing. Not too cold like some other resorts. Rooms are clean and updated. Facilities are awesome. One of the better Marriotts.

This place is incredibly big! The rooms are decent, but apparently Marriott doesn't believe in putting microwaves in the rooms. The rooms are not very large.
The restaurants were nice but way over priced. The property is very nice, and there are numerous pools.

The room was fine. The hotel restaurants were expensive and the food was NOT good. I'm ok with paying a premium for things in the resort if they are of good quality. Pool was crowded with kids and light show was less than good. I was here for a conference but would not return on my own.

I just hate that the parking lot is far from the hotel and have to catch a shuttle to parking lot but other than that it a great place to stay on vacation plenty of stuff to friendly and very helpful staff clean hotel highly recommend

This is a great alternative to staying on Disney property. The pools and rooms are exceptional and the staff can't do enough. It only takes 10-15min to get back on Disney property. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

Great! Place 2 stay! Pools with water falls - bar to beach chair service. Great room service! People working here are so kind and friendly witht exceptions of the the bar good (what do I mean? It's bar goof lol) the restraunt and night life are great a little pricey but worth the visit. Minor issues rooms having to thin of walls...i can hear other peoples convos in the next room and no vents for the bathroom to let out a hot showers steam...but Thats it

Huge and amazing hotel. So many great restaurants on site you ll never be starved for great food. And the pool area is to die for, especially the kiddie pool area!

It is a MASSIVE hotel. The rooms are good, very comfy, and they have what you need, especially a view for the higher floors. The pool is amazing, with three water slides and excellent restaurants (although a bit pricey). For problems I had only 9ne problem and that was that the customer service for the restaurant at the pool was a little disappointing. A man charged me a $9 smoothie, when I specifically asked for a water. He said I could not get my money back, which led to my total bill being $27.70! However, we are all imperfect, and I don't mind too much. This is definitely a great hotel to spend the nights at!

It requires better design of spaces ..., the parking costs US 22 for 8-10 hours ...

Lovely resort. Amazing basketball courts and pools with a lot of polite staff support and events. Everything is organised and planned out perfectly.

This place is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at, possibly ever. I could see Disney Springs right out of my hotel window. They have multiple restaurants on site, so if you are at a conference (like I was) then you dont even have to leave to get food. We spent a lot of time at night by the bar which had a lot of local brews available. The pool area was awesome. I was there during the NBA finals so we sat on pool chairs and watched the game on big screens that were over the little waterfall area by the pool. It's also very close to the Disney Parks and not very far from Universal Studios. A Lyft to Universal cost maybe $10. The conference rooms were great as well and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had an arcade and a golf course.

Great for Disney and Conferences. Rooms need updated. Needs queen beds instead of double beds.

Beautiful hotel, kids love the pool.Resturants could be better. Lobby staff ok but my room charge got held twice on my card.I went to the lobby twice to get the extra hold of my card and got dismissed once and was told they only see one hold on my card the second time the manager called Amex and said it would be off as soon as I return to my room, that never happened. At the time of check out I complained again and I was told bother holds were still on the card. Becareful how they are swiping your card, the machine does not work well. The Transportation to the parks, the location for pick up changed and no one told us, this was right after picking up theme park tickets and transportation vouchers. Overall nice hotel but need some help in handling/ rectifying complains.

Decent facilities with lots to do. Several pools. Rooms are not the best (five star hotel like) but clean. There are several options for eating, including an Starbucks inside hotel.

Great staff in the restaurants! Manager was wonderful and went above and beyond for our family and treats staff well. Mary is the reason they are so successful!

This is a beautiful resort!!!! They were attentive and kind. We all loved the show with alligators, boas and other creatures to hold and the afternoon with games and free snow cones.

I had a great time here. The pool staff was wonderful! I lost my wedding ring in the pool and the staff helped me find it! Cornhole was awesome at the pool also!! Thank you so much!!

This is a fantastic property located right outside the front gate of Walt Disney World with transportation to Disney and Universal Studios and wonderful restaurants the staff is exceptional also a great place to have conventions

I came for a work conference all the way from California. I needed special electronic accommodations for a medical device. They had it hooked up and waiting in my room. Great staff! Beautiful resort.

All the amenities you could want. Clean and comfortable. Love the fire pits outside by the pool

Nice accommodations. Excellent customer service. This is a very family oriented resort with several fine restaurants and a beautiful pool area.

The parking is ways off and requires a shuttle to get to the room. Really tiring after a long day at the parks.
The concierge is not particularly helpful.
They nikle and dime for everything and it is expensive. The breakfast particularly very expensive and not worth it.
The pool is great and the rooms are comfortable

Amazing resort. Newly renovated rooms with very comfortable beds. The room service food was very good. The pools are amazing and provide family fun for all ages. My 1 year old loved the splash zone. It is a large pool with zero depth entry. One of the best iv seen at a hotel. The staff has always been super nice and friendly. No Issues. The only thing that I would complain about is the parking. Having a 1 year old it would be hard to self park. We did valet and that isn't cheap. Well worth it though to not have to self park with a baby and take a shuttle. The valet service always had a car ready within 10 minutes

This by far is one of the best resorts we've stayed at in Orlando. The staff were very helpful and were so nice from check in to the time we checked out. They go above and beyond to make your stay one you'll never forget. My kids loved the pools and the game room. They have a kiddie pool as well as 2 water slides. My kids did not want to leave. And Marsha from housekeeping and the front desk were super helpful. What ever problem you'll have, they get if fixed right away. We will definitely be staying here again. Perfect resort for a family.

Good sized room, well maintained. Huge pool with three water slides. Great place to bring the family. Several restaurants offering something for everyone, even a real Starbucks!
