Amazing stay. Very quiet, clean. And well kept. Enjoyed our 4 day stay. Shuttle service was on point.

Will not go back. Waited over an hour to get my car back from the valet. They certainly do not go out of their way to help you here. Food is very expensive. We left some items behind accidentally in one of the rooms and the next day, no one in housekeeping nor lost and found had any clue and did not return our repeated calls. We had 3 rooms and seemed they did not value our business.
Fantastic resort with great amenities! So close to Disney World too! So is great tip stay to lodge hee and hop over to Disney for the day or days, depending on hours deep your pocket is!
The pools here are awesome. Two pools, one with all the waterfalls, volleyball net, slides, and the other a simple quiet pool for those that wants peace and no crowd.
Plenty of restaurants in here to pick from in this hotel. From Japanese to sports bar to a deli corner, you can pick what you want. Oh and Starbucks is available too, but when a conference is going on, the line is crazy! Maybe bringing or purchasing a Keurig h err re is sensible in order to have sufficient caffeine fix. It probably cost around the same ad the price is jacked up.
Lastly the room. The room is really spacious. Our double queens bed did not feel cramped at all. Its as also clean and tidy, and comfy. However the aircon in our room was not powerful enough. Even after the engineer came to fix it, it was barely able to overcome the 90 degree heat in Orlando! So this is an unfortunate oversight of the hotel. Moreover, they gave me an "VIP aircon option" which allows the aircon max setting to go from 65 down to 60. This means that the regular guest cannot enjoy a cool aircon unless you are a VIP or only made available after complaint!? I find this unacceptable! This is not the way to treat customers.
Great staff and nice accommodations. We really enjoy ordering room service while on vacation but I was very dissapointed when the entire meal came packaged in disposable containers. Plastic utensils, plastic to-go boxes, plastic juice cups, cardboard coffee box, paper coffee cups. It's so wasteful it made me not want to order anything else from them. I really liked this hotel but wish they would get on board with being a more eco friendly.
4.8 star rate if so . Very well overall nice hotels plus the workers
A+ experience. Everything is very nice and they take great care if you!
We did a stay and play (golf) for the annual firm retreat. We have stayed at several nice resorts in Orlando for staycations and golf. We found that the Marriott was the greatest of all of our stars so far. The pool area and water slides are a lot of fun, but the MAIN difference is the customer service. Michelle from the breakfast buffet was one of the best servers we have ever had. As well as the staff at the pool bar. We could not have been more impressed. The golf course was in pristine condition and the staff was equally as friendly. We will be back regularly.
The rooms are great, the pool is fun, and the service is willing to get the job done as quick and nice as they can.
The absolute best! Huge place... Kid friendly/family friendly. Spa and the entire therapists/estheticians and nail techs are incredible. Also the managers
I was a delivery driver and no one knew where they wanted all the stuff at
Loved it. No complaints at all. Walmart 5 minutes away. Great location.
Hotel looks professional when you walk in however when you actually walk into the room everything aside from the TV and the bed is outdated. The furniture is very old and it looks like a cheap hotel.
Exceptional staff, everyone I met was friendly and helpful
Old but really nice. Great views from rooms. Friendly staff.
Amazing service, huge pool, 5/5 would come back again.
There was a beautiful pool, the hotel rooms where clean, the people help with things you need, and the food is delicious. I advise going there.
Nice place, lots of kids due to proximity, but a nice hotel.
Had a great stay
Staff all helpful and friendly
Had a great time eating at the restaurant and the bed is super cozy.
Ate food here at the sports bar. The food was really good but it is a little pricey. Be preparred to spend some money.

I was very pleased with my experience at this Marriott. Rooms are neat and new, the pool is big, hot tub is relaxing, the campus is nice and the building g itself is pretty attracting.
Beautiful conference setting, easy access to Disney Dorings.
One picture equals 1.000 words...just check the pictures. Stuff was polite, pools with lazer shows every night, beautiful views, weather and rooms. Everything was amazing.
There are waterslides and the line was not big at all...that's at least for mid April.
Beautiful views and amazing staff but this hotel needs a serious makeover so can't give it 5 stars. The rooms (furnishings, design, color palette, and decor) are quite dated (think retro 1990's) and I was very surprised with this from Marriott. There's a Starbucks inside the main lobby which is a plus and the on-site eating options are great. It's very appealing for conferences (which is why I visited) because its facility offerings are extremely generous. I felt like I was walking for miles to get to different rooms during my conference! The layout and design of the conference areas is great and I would recommend it for that reason alone.
5 stars for the staff and the facilities. On the pricey side but great hotel.
Impressive pool area, nice facility, clean. Very comfortable beds. Good conference ares. Confusing to navigate, not well laid out.
Facilities were clean and spacious, and staff members were nice and friendly. The pool facilities looked incredible, although I was unable to enjoy them. There were several options for eating high quality food.
What a great place. You can go exploring there, every day, which is great for our Granddaughter. She loved the pool. They watched a movie in the pool and you can eat there too. Conference went well, but there is a bunch of walking involved. I guess this was my 5th or 6th visit, since they opened, almost 30 years ago. We would go back, given the chance.
Lots of amenities. Sprawling building. Awesome pool with outdoor food and drinks.
No parking available without paying exorbitant rates!!
Came here for a convention. It isn't too big and the pool area was fun. We had to Uber to Disney springs but caught the shuttle to the Disney parks.
We stayed here for New Year s Eve till first 2 days of 2020!, and what an incredible view of the theme parks and all the fireworks surrounding Orlando Florida! Love the resort too, many things to do around here and loved the view of everythung around, never expected a firework show to last longer than Disney world, right here at Orlando World Center Marriott!
We went to this location to utilize the FedEx office location. It was very convenient.
Very broad and beautiful, the only thing is the food that is not so good.
The hotel itself is memorizing. The views from the 24th floor are worth every penny. They have multiple large pools. Customer service is spotty, and Thats why I could not give them 5 stars. We got rude service from their starbucks at the resort and their parking trolley driver. I overall enjoyed my stay. Drinks and food are overpriced even for a resort. Food quality is a little above average. I would stay again in the future.
This hotel is located just East, across interstate 4 from Disney Springs. They have a 1.5mile jogging track in addition to a fitness center. The pool area includes a kid's area with a splash area and 2 water slides. Each night they have a Lazer show synced to music. We were given a handicap accessible room. Nice big room, but the bathroom was not desirable, small vanity, old shower.
One of the best hotels I've stayed at besides Waldorf Astoria or ritz Carlton. Great food very comfortable beds, perfect water temperatures, and super fun waterslides! I recommend it to anybody. It's great for longer stays because there's so much to do there for all ages!! I loved it so much!!
Great but overpriced for what you get, otherwise everything is immaculate!
Great views, wonderful service. Wish I had more time. Will definitely come here again.
Hotel has kids activities and a nice pool it great for family gateways
It was amazing. Complimentary food in the lobby overnight.
Besides the fact it was beautiful, the staff and food were fabulous. It was about 20 minutes from the Disney parks.
I'll get back to you!! I'm enjoying the exquisite pool!!!
Okay...that was amazing. This place has the best people working there!! Every single person on the staff was incredibly friendly and kind and helpful!
The remodeled hotel room we stayed in felt very high end and glamorous. The views from all sides were fantastic! The glass elevator was a blast, giving amazing views of the area around the hotel, and making the trip to the 23rd floor only take a few exhilarating seconds! The pool was like my own personal paradise, my haven, even though we were there during a very rainy week in November. The Falls Grill gave me a beautiful view of the pool to enjoy my lunch each day. Several waterfalls cascade into the pool. Pathways surrounding the pool lead to a splash pool and water slides, two relaxing jacuzzis, and the golf course. Music plays around the pool all day long and a laser light show makes the entire area come alive each night. The grounds are beautifully designed and very well maintained. There is a small garden area with a large life-sized chess board (maybe 8ft x 8ft) and other fun activities, ping pong, huge Four Score game, etc... This facility has so many other amenities, impossible to list them all! But it's best feature are the cheerful people working there. Such happy and accommodating staff!!
Huge hotel!!! The pool is just gigantic....loved it!!
Valet super nice guys . Offered us water . Mikado restaurant best food in Orlando
Nice hotel. Showers were great. The beds were only "pretty" comfortable. We stayed in a different hotel the next night, with far more comfortable beds.
Great service, comfortable beds, close to universal
I was here for a Plexus convention. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a great facility.
Horrible hotel attention I had to wait more than 4 hours to get a room. What a shame. Never going back
Just spent 4 days there for #podfest and it was fantastic. You can tell the place is really close to Disney because they run their operations just as well. Really friendly staff, anyone will help you if you need something. Really clean rooms - I had a king-size and had plenty of space. The convention center is HUGE but I never had problems finding a bathroom, coffee, or where my event was going to be. Gorgeous pool area, food court for random cafe or on-the-go eating, a full Starbucks and an Italian restaurant *in addition to* the typical nice hotel restaurant and bar. Download and set up the BonVoy app if you haven't already - that was impressive too.
Thanks Norklesly and everyone else who helped me out! I'll be seeing you again next year.
Beautiful golf course.Nice design and friendly staff. But few hole has no hole number sign. I had to back and forth to find next hole.
Nothing to say, excellent wonderful, marvellously built.
Service at The Falls Bar was not very good. Staff was not friendly and they let us sit there for at least 15 minutes before approaching us. Tried to flag a server down and they completely ignored us and proceeded to talk to another server and leaned against the wall a few feet from us and kept on talking. Neither of them came over to help us. Beautiful hotel, but the servers were just rude. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Food was good.
Had to change rooms since first one was dirty and plumbing wasn't working. Second room old, self parking sucks, extra charge for almost everything. Water park is average at best. More hype than value!
I stay there every year, but my wife and I were really disappointed this year. The shower curtain was dirty, the safe was inoperable and the towels had stains on them. I am a Platinum Member of Marriott - so I really respect the brand. But, this experience was subpar. I may not stay there the next time I am in Orlando. The worse part was when I mentioned my concerns to the front desk manager on duty he seemed like I was impeding on his time. Disappointing to say the least this time.

The worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. Hotel is under renovation and we could hear the terrible noise of drilling and pounding starting at 8:30am throughout the whole day.
This room was not worth any money!
Checked in and our room is next to a generator and sounds like a bulldozer. Move rooms and theres no soap or garbage can. Food on the floor. Dust everywhere. Very dated rooms. Worst marriot I've been in
Nice hotel, very nice staff! The resort tends to be packed with conferences, so be aware. Also, parking isn't the most convenient...there's valet or the garage. The garage is decently far away too far to walk. They have a shuttle that runs every 7 minutes, but isn't it nice just to be able to walk to your car real quick?
Big nice hotel, with restaurants, shops spa, big pool, entertainment, clean rooms.
Nasty human incharge of buses and vans coming to pick up from convention center ... hogging the place for his drivers and talked to other humans in a nasty way.
Everything was so clean in the rooms and lobby, it was wonderful. The food at the sports bar, High Velocity, in the hotel was very delicious too. Plus we could see three Disney firework shows at once from our room!
