I was happy with our salesman Taylor. He did a great job helping us to find a middle ground with the price on our acura even though we had another person waiting to buy the car if we didn't. He was easy going, not pushy, but remained professional, and allowed us to feel comfortable. Also, he followed up with us after we bought the car, which we appreciated.
Something that we did notice, is that the gap insurance was automatically rolled into the paperwork without asking us. This is something we had to catch and ask to have taken off.
