This is a very beautiful and nice place! Offers a lot of things to do as well without actually leaving the Resort!

Great location and resort but the cleanliness needs to be better

The customer service was terrible. Condescending remarks and heckling are not good customer service. This person could not identify the reservation, she then told me that my name was "wrong ", placed me on hold, then transferred me to someone which ended up disconnecting the call. This is not proper business when someone is calling regarding questions pertaining to the reservation. I ended up Cancelling the reservation. If the phone service is this poor, can't imagine the situation on the resorts.

Nice place, phone and bubble tub dont work, no biggie. Glad to have a clean place to stretch out after our cruise. Great golf course, friendly staff, nice amenities. Definitely worth a look if you are in the area

Different than your usual hotel. Very acomidating staff.

Very clean and friendly place. Had 10 members of my family there and everyone from the teenagers to the grandmother had a great time!

We loved our villa, perfect that we had our own space but could come together for meals and fellowship. They are completely loaded with everything you need for cooking and cleaning.

Bets Hotel the room is really big the lazy river is awesome snd refreshing and if your staying for 3 days or more get yourself the 3 day play pass 42.95$ Can go play the mini golf go on the hippo go rock climbing and you can get a tube for no extra cost I would give 5 stars but the timeshares are very boring snd can be really exhausting

Food was awful even for the low expectations i already had for hotel food. Accommodations are wonderful. Wish there was an adult only area with a swim up bar.

They give horrible customer service, they don t clean the rooms and they charge $10 for a change of clean towels, some of the kitchen accessories don t work, and when you call the customer service they don t show any respect nor amicable to the customer, for me it was the worst experience for a family vacation

I have been going to Orange Lake for almost three decades. I love being here as part of our vacation tradition. There is so much to do here and the staff are helpful and friendly. Check out some of the local favorites while you are here in Kissimmee, you won't regret it!

The resort is nice, however the service is horrible. The shuttle bus driver drove pass our stop twice after being reminded several times where our stop was. Not only did we remind him but the other riders did also. We missed our flight because the bellhop was 45 mins later to take us to checkout. We called the previous day to schedule a 7:30 am pick up, then I called again at 7:30 am the day of, then I called back at 7:40 am, 7:50 am and I was pissed off by the 8 am call to the front desk. The bell hop guy finally pulls up at 8:10, mind you this is a huge resort if it wasn't a 6 mile walk to checkout I would've struck out walking. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there unless they rent a car

The room intially looked as if it hadn't been looked at in months. After you over look that though it's a wonderful location with good staff. The location is relativly close to many popular locations like Disney and some popular restaurants. Overall I recommend this resort.

Large resort with lots of on site amenities. Suites are nice and well kept.

Pools could use some more kid-friendly slides and water features. 48" tall height restriction is silly for these small slides and splash park is cold for little ones.

Love the stay it's plenty to do without leaving the resort

Stayed at River Island and had an amazing vacation. Have stayed here many times before, but River Island has the best layout for the rooms and is centrally located. The staff is always helpful and we always have a great time.

Awesome location and grounds, water park and restaurants...we'll be back!

One of my favorite places to stay. The rooms were big. Hot tub in the master bedroom big plus. Didn't get to take advantage of the lazy river pool because there is so much to do in Orlando but didn't have time during our 10 day stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing resort! Everyone is so friendly. All you need in one place! I would definitely visit again!

Just left this establishment. The staff are friendly and the interior decor is very modern those get five stars. However our room had quite a few issues. The pocket bathroom door didn't lock, the internet only worked 3 hours and only the living room had a flatscreen TV. Plus everything was available at an additional price. Not even the lazy river tubes were included in the high price. I also took pictures of the other problem in our suite. I'm really glad I stayed here before considering a time share option.

I thought having a timeshare would be good for my family. But this has just become a bad investment. There s nothing wrong with the resort. My issue was with the phone ringing every single morning for 7 days. I m on vacation! If I wanted to receive phone calls I would ve stayed home and went to the office. Unbelievable! Learn to leave the owners alone.

Despite the rooms being very nice and the location good I can't give a better review due to poor communication between departments which resulted in significant inconvenience. Additionally when trying to get accurate information, most of the front desk staff, not all, are rude. We had a swim suit delivered as one of our party forgot to pack hers. The front desk sent it to the warehouse where it sat for 2 days. All and all I think this resort is too large to provide good customer service so be prepared to be on your own in a gated community.

I'm a Holiday Inn Club owner and it's awesome. In addition there is lots of activities. It's practically next to Disney World. Also stuff is great.

Will at the front desk is so helpful. We had a bad time trying to check in to our reservations. But Will had helps find the problems and helped us by answering all questions.He was super excellent at his job, thank you so much for helping a family of 7 on this wonderful holiday season.

Orange Lakes was fabulous. Suite was clean and had a perfect view of Disneys Fireworks from our 5th floor porch.

The rooms are quite nice and the service is really good. The down side is that most of the amenities cost extra (i.e. mini golf and lazy river). Every other resort I have been to had them included.

Resort, people and places to have fun were great! The beds however were very uncomfortable.

The rooms are decent but the stuff is not friendly you can definitely have to feeling of different classes there when you stay there if you're not extremely wealthy or not important we had an issue with our toilet and they asked us to take care of it ourselves it's very awkward you have to have them some people things like extra shows and blankets they don't Supply any extra towels unless you want pay a fee in the family bathroom it comes with two towels that's not enough you have three children saying the guest bedroom

Stay every year with family. rooms are clean and spacious. Love spending the days at the numerous pools. Excellent food and reasonable drinks.

Great Vacation Facility no matter what village you stay in.

As an owner there, they try to upsell you another week and get you out of RCI. Welcome gifts have gone down in value over last couple of years.
The resort itself is great.

Incredible place to go. No need to hit a theme park, just stay at the resort and enjoy all they have for you.

Very well maintained. Grounds crew start at 9am sharp so forget about sleeping in. Gold Crown standard, if you want to skip Disney for a day and enjoy the facilities leave your car parked and take the shuttle to all areas. Discount tickets for attractions available for sitting through a 2 hour timeshare presentation.

I enjoyed the comfortable living and it's close vicinity to all stores and restaurants

I have been coming here for more than 10 years and I wouldn't stay anywhere else

We are owners and normally come at least yearly. This is our second time at Thanksgiving and not disappointed. We are in a one bed room in the North village and it is really nice.

This place is so much fun and amazing that I decided to buy into ownership there in my second visit We look forward to returning again very soon!

Beautiful and very relaxing best place for vacation

Great place to visit if you ever want a family vacation. There are a lot of activities on site and off. It is only a few minutes from animal kingdom and about 30 or so from other attractions like Disney world and SeaWorld.

If you are smart you will get the free vacation and run. They have so many hidden fees that it is crazy. If you do the math is cheaper to just get a vacation rental and they have a ton of fees

I always look forward to visiting! Great get away during the cold months in WI.

The 2 bedroom villas have all the comforts of home and then some. Always a good time here

Been here twice so far both in west village. Very quiet and felt very safe. Things seem to be kept up nicely. Will be back.

It was a wonderful stay but the small studios were kindof old, and some things were not working correctly. While everyone was nice and friendly the fan still made noise and didn't get fixed when they said they "balanced" it.

Good place to stay and relax. Good area close to Disney.

The place is huge. As in four parts that total over 11,000 acres. We have a little house near check-in, where a pool, mini golf, basketball and tennis court, and arcade are all located.

So far after 2 days, I love it. You do need to pay for excess to many of the amenties though (lazy river, rock wall, mini golf, etc.).

Very nice resort! Well definately stay there again. I am sorry I only stayed a short time. Wish I could have taken the tour but it was time to go by then. I would have given a 5 star but it was hard finding the right unit because they didn't write it on the map they gave me. It took about 40 minutes to figure out which one I was staying in.

The resort is beautiful, lots to do, the lazy river pool area is awesome. Would have given a 5 star except for resturaunt service was terrible. Tried to eat at 2 of the many restaurants. Waited over 10 mins after being seated with no server coming to the table during a not very busy time. The one time we did eat at the main pool resturaunt service was slow and unfriendly. Tried one night to get pizza delivery from on site pizza place, could not get them to answer phone, we ordered Dominos with 15 min delivery. Recommend planning to eat offsite as we did most of the time.

Rooms are nice and clean. The resort is huge and you do have to pay to use anything at the resort. Rooms are spacious and has good air conditioning

We have came here for years and loved it. June 9 18 we arrived and they had 1 of our 3 rooms ready which was fine it was only 2 check in was at 4. So then we received a call at 330 rooms were ready so we went to then and they were not ready again only 330 so no big deal. Well 530 came they still were not done with our room that's ridiculous. They need to get more help if it takes that long. I glad it was cleaned properly but outraged that it took that long.
