I work as a driver for a company that provides 7-series to drive the execs for various companies. I had to take the car for service and it seems that the dealer has no idea how to answer phone calls/E-mails/text messages. I asked 3 times via email, twice via text and 3 times over the phone for the invoice so I could provide to my company. After numerous request I had to walk into the dealer and get a copy of the invoice then take to get scanned.

Also we drive a 7-series everyday and we lease the every year or so from various dealers. Wouldn't you think that the loaner would be at least something close. The provided the lowest level 3-series with no options. You would think that a dealer would provide the people who drive their flagship cars with something at least close.

I had brought in the car one day unscheduled and I understood that I would have to wait 2-3hours to get it looked at. As I waited for service to address my issues I looked around at all the new cars. Not once did someone say, "Can I help you". It is not like I was dress in sweat pants and t-shirt. I was wear my company suit.

Sorry to say it but I will only bring the car there for service if it absolutely required. Also I will make sure to never purchase a car from them.
