Every personnel (from the receptionist to sales associate to client advisor to financial manager) I encountered was welcoming and focused on ultimate customer satisfaction.
*The receptionist was immediate to welcome me and inform Jamal that I had arrived.
*Jamal Sutton did an excellent job and was a champion at working with me and for me in order to get the car of my choice at a desirable bargain. I give him a great deal of kudos for being extraordinary in handling my complicated situation efficiently and professionally.
*Eugene explained everything thoroughly, was patient, and answered all questions comprehensively. As a result, switching cars was a smooth transition.
*Michael was outstanding at breaking down the components of the deal, explaining and providing services that are imperative to know of, and kind. Everything was prepared and highlighted before I walked in the office to help expedite the process.
At the end of it all, I was immensely impressed and satisfied with the splendid effort and customer service I was provided with by such individuals.

Please stop having valet top off oil or coolant. They don't know what there doing.

Can t say one bad thing about my experience! Paul Moomjian at the pre owned showroom was great! I worked with him the entire time aside from my finance paper work with Rob who was equally great! Usually, I get the let me ask my manager line and buying a car is torture. Paul made everything easy! I love my 2016 X5 and got a great deal!

I recently leased BMW X7 from BMW Open Road and their senior client representative Larry assisted me. The overall customer service was great and Larry was exceptional starting from our very first conversation to the time I walked out with my new BMW. He patiently answered all of my never-ending flurry of questions and went through all the options in a great detail that helped me making an informed decision. He was very honest and transparent unlike many other sales guys who would do anything just to sell their product. I throughly enjoyed my interaction with him.

I will highly recommend everyone to seek out for Larry when you are at the dealership.

I have been getting my BMW from Open Road since 1998. The major reason I return over the 21 years is because of my salesperson, Doug Jeffries. He is superb! He is more than a salesman. He is a salesman with a heart. He is genuine. He listens to you about your needs and always delivers a deal that I cannot refuse. I live 5 minutes away from another BMW dealer but choose to drive 30 minutes only because of Doug.

Doug is the best salesperson in this shop -- now 21 years of exceptional service and counting.

Andrii was extremely helpful and honest, he made our experience there very easy and everything was clearly explained. I left few places closer to my house to go there just because he was honest and straightforward from the first call. Great experience, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a trustworthy experience.

Very frustrated with this dealer, car was in for the same thing three times first time they didn't even look at it, second time made the problem worse and the third time fixed the problem and returned my car with damage. Still haven't responded to me about that. Had other problems but I will stop this is enough for now. The techs don't know what they are doing.

Just picked up our new lease car from them. Very helpful and friendly and made sure we understood how to use the car. Spent as much time as we needed. And our salesperson Santiago was a pleasure to work with. Got back promptly on any questions and was very friendly.

I prefer BMW of Freehold but with my luck my car broke down & the tow truck driver charged me an arm and a leg so I had no other choice but to take it to open road. I couldn't believe my eyes when THE MALE RECEPTIONIST AT THE FRONT DESK WAS WATCHING MOVIES ON HIS LAPTOP WHILE WORKING ON A DESKTOP as customers were walking in. it was the most bizarre thing I have seen in my life. Its like this place gets worse each unfortunate time I have to be there. 7 months later.. the rusty mold on the ceiling has only gotten worse.

This place deserves a ZERO! I never leave reviews. but after my experience here, I had to.

First zero goes to the actual building look at the ceilings, there is a disgusting brown mold that is literally spreading. Second zero goes to their service department, I called maybe 20 times just to get a status of my car! They've had my car for 5 days and never called me to even give me an update! I feel really bad for the sales receptionist who kept answering and trying to help me she had done everything to transfer me and page someone in service, but instead service puts me on holds for 20 minutes and then hangs up.

As someone who owns a business herself, and as a customer this is NOT the customer service that you would want no matter what the business is. Take your business to freehold or princeton where they actually care about their customers.

Absolutely blown away with my salesman Zar he took care of everything I needed with ease it felt too good to be true, It was effortless to purchase my first new BMW. Finance department was spot on! I did not wait at all. Nothing but good things to say all around! I'll be going here for all my future vehicles

Tried calling the service 5 times, cannot go to voicemail, nobody picks up. Left my X5 for a windshield chip on Wednesday, expected a callback on Thursday - with an estimate or something. I have seen the service deteriorate tremendously in the last 3 years.

Okay service, nothing great. Cars are well kept and showrooms look great. Only issue is that prices are outrageous. I've seen the exact same model car with less mileage and exact same packages that cost nearly 5000 dollars less. I mean come on. On true car and consumer reports the same cars are so much cheaper. These guys are charging way too much. My advice : don't buy from here especially if you're buying pre-owned. Prices are way out of proportion

I Purchased My M5 competition From Brandon Millman , He was by far the best deal I have recieved with no hassle and back and forth, He Located the car that I wanted because it was not in stock at 9Pm the night before, by the next day I was signing papers and taking delivery.. WOW!! , nothing but great things and I will continue to do further business with Brandon and open road Bmw in the future, Thanks again Brandon!

One of the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in a long time. Paul M. was a down-to-earth, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy salesman. I cannot say enough good things about Paul. This is not your typical car dealership. No bait-and-switch, hard sell, or lowball/highball tactics practice here. Was able to get a great deal on a used 2017 X5 with a trade-in. I live much closer to another BMW dealership, but driving out of my way to this dealership was well worth every mile. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. A true five-star experience!

I recently brought my 2009 335i in for a blower motor recall, at first there was an issue on who was responsible for the repair. After about a week of back and forth, the service manager got involved and my car was put back in perfect working order. Thank You Mr. Crowe for reminding why I've been taking my car to Open Road since I bought it 10 years ago!

My experience at Open Road BMW of Edison is nothing short of excellent. My vehicle had a recall and the service team made it as convenient and hassle-free as possible. The turn around time was quick, and I was even offered a loaner car on top of the optional complimentary car wash!

I personally had a great experience with my rep Nitin Kalamdani at Open Road BMW, Edison NJ! I was referred to him by a friend of mine who had purchased his cars from Nitin.

Nitin is very attentive and prompt with email responses. He is extremely knowledgeable and suggested me the right options for the car. I would highly recommend to reach out to him for your future needs.

Their service department is also great! I had to bring in my new car for Smart Shield Protection installation and they scheduled to give me a loner with drop off after the work was performed. Overall I am very happy with this dealership and the team. Thanks again for making the buying experience delightful.

I Wish there was a zero or negative star. Their service department are bunch of liars. Had a flat and called the roadside assistance and they got in touch with the service department. They told me if the car was there befor 2pm it would be fixed. Car was towed and arrived much before that. Service rep called me to ask me if I was waiting I said car was towed. He apologized and told me will cal back. No calls from no one. Was put on hold and was told they told the service managers to call me on high prorith twice. No one called me back and I tried reaching them just was transferred around. I sent my dad to Check first they had no idea . Car was not touched. Very rude people . If you are spending 90k on a car you need service . These guys are crooks. I would have rather towed to freehold bmw. Never ever recommending them or buying cars from there. Please do not buy or service with them.

Great team at Open Road BMW. When going to buy a car, it can feel overwhelming, there's so much information to keep track of, and you're anxious to be on the road with something new. had an emergency today battery died while going to airport. i got my car over to openroad bmw in edison. I was in a rush and the technician
george Ananiadis was given my car to work on. The service he provided was excellent. He quickly checked what was going on and diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. He wrote up request for new one installed it into my car and double checked that all was ok and i was on my way.
George was excellent and one of the reasons i continue to have my car
serviced at open road edison because of help i get like this.
Hope george gets told about the excellent service I was given.

We needed to drive in and drive out with a new X3 for my wife. Met a great sales staff and got a great deal. After several hours we drive off the lot with an X3. That's mission accomplished.....

This is the second BMW I am buying from Open Road. They have always had the best price among all the dealers on this side of NJ. Outstanding service, one name comes to my mind, Nitin Kalamdani. I worked with Nitin at open road. He was extremely patient and courteous while working with me. This is my leased 330i xdrive and the car runs like a dream car. Unlike other dealers, he was willing to share his best price from the get go instead of haggling. He explained me all the functions of the car and even helped to set up my Sirius XM radio.

He made the whole buying process smooth and went out of his way to help me with my particular situation. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family and do business again with him and Open Road.

Horrible costumer service over all! The job that was done on my car was fixed but they gave me another headache. They scratched my car and left a mess inside of the hood( scratched panels) and left a mess inside of my car as well! Definitely don t recommend this place to anyone!!

I highly recommend this dealer and David Lutz if you are interested in purchasing a BMW. He was accommodating, courteous and was never pushy or made me feel as if I had to purchase. Robert, the finance manager was also great to work with as well and his explanations saved me from voiding the CPO warranty.They made it worth driving over 2 hours in traffic from NY and back twice in one week.

The service at Open Road BMW is unparalleled like no other. When I was in the market looking for a new used car it was a no brainer... Open Road BMW was my first and only choice. My experience with Open Road BMW extended back to 2008, I'd brought a 325xi wagon and within a month and half after my purchase the car start giving me problems. I called the sales person that sold me the car he was apologetic and referred me to the service manager. They told me to bring the car in so they could have a look at it, and to my surprise they rectified the problem (replaced a couple of sensor) without charging me. I made my second purchase with them this past September and the sales personnel Robert Binyatov was exceptional, he was courteous and accommodating and the transaction went slowly. But then again...I wouldn't expect any less.

We had a great experience dealing with Pedro De Sousa. My man , We live 2 1/2 hours away but Pedro had everything ready for us. He is the consummate professional, he works hard, and he is a straight shooter. I normally don t like car salesmen, so that s saying a lot. We bought our BMW X6 35i and the wife is loving it. I wouldn t hesitate for a second to deal with him in the future for all our BMW needs!!

I had an appointment for service at 1000 to drop off my vehicle and get a loaner. I ended up having to wait until 1242 to get into my loaner vehicle! I even called before my appointment and they didn't bother telling me they didn't have any loaner vehicles. This is absolutely unacceptable from any dealership nevertheless a luxury car dealership! There was literally a queue forming of angry people waiting for loaner vehicles. It was unbelievable.

Go there if you want a lot of trouble. I have never come out with any issues with any other dealership and on the other hand I have never come out of this dealership without an issue. Oh boy. The words they say are all lies. You just don t want to trust them and their words. Worst dealership I have been to.
