I would definitely recommend Santiago to anyone looking for a BMW from Open Road. This was the best leasing experience I ever had. I spoke to Santiago over the phone. He offered the best price and I picked up the car the very next day. No back and forth over prices like other dealers. He knew everything about the car. I will definitely be going back to BMW Open Road for more cars because of Santiago.
