I had to drop off my car for maintenance last week. Santiago Piriz and Stephen Scofield are very friendly and helpful. When I ask if they offer the new BMW i3 as a loaner car, Stephen helped me check and found one for me. He walked me to the car, and gave me the full instructions. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about i3. I am very impressed and appreicate of his help. Both of them make my visit a great experience. Thank you very much.
