I came in for 2 recalls to be fixed and have my tires rotated. I was told it would take about 3 hours. When I got my truck back 4 hours later, the tires were not rotated. The front desk guy questioned that the work had been done stating "I saw the tech rotate the tires". He was clearly either mistaken on what he saw or just lying. I was upset and was showing my frustration. The service manager wanted to refuse to complete the rotation and give me a refund to just leave. I refused to leave until the work was done properly. Another 30 minutes later I had my truck. The entire Opelika team needs some customer service and quality assurance training. I will not be back.
