Everything was beautiful!!!! Room was clean the rooms are affordable and the view was breathtaking!!! I enjoyed my massage a well Definitely a relaxing and peaceful vibe.

Elegant, clean, and staff is friendly and professional.

We booked a three night stay with airline miles back in March. When the beaches closed and the hotel spa closed, we decided to cancel. This hotel not only made us wait until now with a decision, but also decided not to refund the miles (which are about $2k in value). Way to treat your customers during a pandemic.

Beyond what I could have ever wanted in a vacation. Will certainly be returning! The restaurant was our favorite part. Our server, Anita, guided us through the best dinner we've ever experienced!

Great service and staff. The rooms are beautiful and relaxing. The little snack bar was a fun touch and the pool was very relaxing. The restaurant is pretty good and aesthetically pleasing.

The hotel itself was great, nice pool, great location. But our experience had a lot of problems. Our room continued to get very warm, as much as we lowered the AC. It was not until we gave up on our trial and error and called the front desk. Turns out the entire AC unit was broken, despite the reading on the thermostat saying that it was on. It took the engineer several hours to fix the AC, which included completely unscrewing the panel on one of the walls. A mess and a real pain to deal with, especially in Florida. You would think AC would be a given.

Additionally, the hairdryer in our room was missing one of the prongs to plug it in. So we had to call for that as well. We gave it about 20 minutes and no one had brought us a replacement, so we had to call again. It arrived shortly after the second call.

A frustrating experience that I am sure is not the norm, but certainly put a damper on our stay. Especially the AC issue. Waking up covered in sweat is no fun!

A fantastic location right in the heart of Atlantic/Neptune Beach. It was wonderful to wake up and see the beach right from my bed. Ask for a northern facing view to see ships go in and out of Jax port from afar. The $30 per day parking fee and resort fee wasn't expected, and for what you get, the resort fee is frankly questionable, but I digress. Service beachside, poolside, and at valet was FANTASTIC. I will say though, for a 4 star resort style hotel, the pillows and mattress in the room was ATROCIOUS. We woke up every morning with very sore hips from the spring mattress. That being said, a gem along the northern Florida coast!

My wife and I have been vacationing here for over 10 years. Great ocean front escape. Don't forget about the great bar in the lobby, the best hotel bar I've ever been too.

Came in to have a drink and was well taken care of from the door men to the resort staff. A big praise to the front bartender doug moore. Very friendly and knowledgeable and kind. I will most definitely come back to see Mr. Doug and yalls staff.

This is one of my favorite hotel in the u.s, elegant, amazing and just beautiful

The staff was incredible. I flew in from Boston expecting blue skies and sunshine, 80 degree weather but my 1st 2 days there it was cold cloudy and rainy. The staff was very responsive to my needs and made me feel at home. The valet staff all had 5 star personalities. My 1st night there I met Jake at the valet, now that guy is an Ace. He was a great first impression for the company. I was kinda shocked how nice he was to be honest, and he remained the same my whole 3 days there. Then we got in to the reception desk where I met Nicc and (ugh I forgot her name but she was marvelous) , both were very welcoming and were definitely pros at making one comfortable. The whole staff here should be commended and I'm not blowing fluff either. They run a good ship out there. 5 stars period. I'll be back. Don't know when but definitely will be back there.

Too much outside noise. I don't know if the wall are insulated at all. We could hear every time someone closed a door or flushed a toilet.

One Ocean is bueatiful and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I wish I could give 7 or 8 stars.

Had a terrible experience with the woman at the checkin counter this afternoon. Rude and inconsiderate. Must ve lost those customer service skills during quarantine. Never again One Ocean, never again! We ll go elsewhere from here on out

This is a really nice resort for business meetings. I splurged while here on a work trip and got a massage, and it just happened to be one of the best I've ever had.

Came here for a wedding reception. This is a nice upscale hotel. We had small foods catered and open bar out in the patio area. We went inside for dinner and dance. The staff is very kind. The hotel is by the water off Jacksonville beach, near lemon bar. There's $10 valet parking. I think it was a beautiful and great place to hold the wedding reception.

Absolutely amazing. The layout is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful with great views. Valet was very nice and quick when retrieving your vehicle. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

The food at Azurea is amazing. I have eaten here many times and each time it is always delicious. The service and staff are always exceptional, and you can t beat the ambiance!

I think I m more of an Airbnb person. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, extremely professional and kind. Never ate at the restaurant as you can walk to the local eateries around the hotel and enjoy their food selections instead. Plus you re out walking about. Anyway, for a high end hotel I was surprised that they didn t have any recycling options. Like none. They offer free bottled water and other assortments in your room but all I could think about was all the plastic I was needing to recycle and nowhere to put it. Not even by the pool. How is that possible for a high-end hotel like this? And they are right by the ocean even more of a reason for someone to need a place to recycle. I honestly will never stay here again because of the recycling. You re RIGHT by the beach. Get an Airbnb just a few blocks down. So much better. It s like you live there.

in Atlantic Beach, there is no better place to go for a little Vegas feel then the bar in the back at one ocean. My wife and I visit there frequently. The bartenders and waitresses have excellent customer service skills and the food is delicious. We highly recommend it

Was not disappointed with our stay and there is a seafood restaurant across the street that was excellent.

One Ocean has been great in the past. My friend and I go there once a week during the summer and have lunch and cocktails while enjoying the sun and ocean breeze. The staff is normally great. However, we went there yesterday and was targeted by a bitter staff member named Michelle. She followed us around, telling us we couldnt sit on the poolside eventhough we just ordered drinks there.So, we went to the area outside she said we were allowed and she harrassed us about putting a cover up on. We were outside at the beach only a few feet from the pool where everyone had their swimsuits on. It was clear Michelle had a personal issue and needs to be removed from working with the public.

Although the restaurant itself is quite hidden, it was a delight once I arrived. The brunch and overall service meet expectations, but the true star is the view.

I actually just went to the ocean today. One Ocean is directly on the ocean with beautiful views as well as REALLY being steps away from the waves and surf of the beach. They have a terrific pool and the entire hotel is spa-like

Great service upon check-in - upgraded room without asking, convenient location, comfortable bed and clean rooms- ordered room service and it was really good and fast. I'd recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again if I'm in the area

My wife and I had a great first time visiting the ocean resort and spa. The staff was great the room was great the beach was great. We will be back!!!

This place is beautiful. I had a one night stay. My view of the beach was beautiful. The hotel staff was very pleasant. The location is great you can walk to other shops & restaurants in the area. I can't wait to go again.

One Ocean is pricey, but I definitely felt like they have a product worthy of the price they charge. The oceanfront rooms are spacious and the balcony is wonderful. The ocean-view rooms are a bit cramped, though. The staff at One Ocean is absolutely amazing. They are probably the best hotel/resort staff I've had the pleasure of meeting in my travels.

I love the ocean view! We ate at Azurea. We had an amazing wait staff named Jay. Such a kind and attentive guy. Very friendly and used exceptional manners. I recommend him if you eat here.

Great location right on the beach. Service was great, the rooms a stocked with yummy snacks ;) The hotel is surrounded by a great selection of restaurants. The hotel spa is a must see, it overlooks the beach.

What I like here was their pool area.. I like the area, the view their was beautiful.. The surroundings was cleaned and very neat.

We stayed at One Ocean for the last day and night of our honeymoon. When we first arrived, our room wasn't quite ready so we left our bags at the front desk until they could call and let us know it was ready. When we got the call and went back we were told that our bags were already in our room waiting for us, but that was not the case and had to wait an additional 30+ minutes for them to arrive. The room was tiny for the price, the bathroom was tiny and not kept well (painted over door damage, hard to close door, rusted hardware on the toilet, the drain in the shower pooling up to our ankles). We did have a nice view of the ocean on the small balcony. We did enjoy the couple's massage; the spa was very nice but still overpriced. Also, the bar was nice and the employees were friendly. We recommend spending your money elsewhere - what you get is not worth what you pay.

Congrats to the staff of One Ocean Resort & Spa on a job well done. There really is a beautiful & serene atmosphere at the resort, and the service staff is impeccable. Each member of the staff we encountered was friendly, accommodating, & a joy to be around. Our suite was spotless, & (can you believe it?) our bed was comfortable! Thank you for a refreshing getaway. Yes, we will be back.

We had our district convention at Ocean One and they exceeded our expectations! Staff mainly the reason everything was so perfect. They all treated us like we were royalty. This staff had the best customer service training of any place I have ever been around this country. Everyone was impressed. The food at the banquet and our event was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Ocean One!

Perfect location. At check-in received tickets for a complimentary beverage. Great old fashion. The room was amazing. Beach view and watching the sunrise over the water nothing better. Spa was delightful. Surrounded by good food. I can't wait to return.

I came to the spa for the first time ever and it did not disappoint. The service is attentive and my therapist Amy was incredibly skilled. I was in a lovely ocean front room too. When she finished, my voice was a little deeper! I must have been really relaxed! Lol I definitely recommend this spa!

Very walkable area right on the beach. The room was small but nicely appointed. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement (our headboard was stained). Elevator broke during our stay. Pool was nice, goes to 6ft. I'd stay here again if the price was right

Nikk provided excellent service when we called to inquire about staying at One Ocean. We have had great food and great times in the outdoor lounge and restaurant, with special service from Aubrey, who was especially competent and sweet. Corner room on the 8th floor overlooking the ocean was incredible...as was all of the staff, including housekeepers Zora and Joanna; and beach attendant Martin was especially nice. And special thanks to Debra, who seems more like a friend than an employee...always kind and competent.

Nice low key bar the lobster roll sucks, worst in town.

The staff was wonderful they were kind and informative. The dining experience was five star. The server was very engaging and assisted with choosing a very tasty meal and desert.
