Location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to bars, reataurants, and right on the beach. The hotel itself is historic, but the interior rooms need an overhaul as they are very dated with limited charging ports and the hotel bathroom design makes it impossible to move around. As you will see in the pictures you cannot access the shower without standing next to the toilet and completely shutting the door . Not friendly for fat or older people. The walls were not thin as I only heard neighboring patrons a few times in the hallway. The room was clean overall though there was a stain on one of the pillows which we disgarded. The ocean view was nice but the neighboring properties looked a little rough and the building needs a good pressure washing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. Every employee was wearing a mask which we greatly appreciated. The answering service needs to be caught up as the information they provided was not accurate once we came to the hotel. There is not any self parking only valet, which we prefer but just a notation for othera. The food from the restaurant was top notch. Best breakfast ever from a hotel. Would stay again on my next visit.

They provided great, safe service during this exceptional time. Had one of the best massages ever by IAIN and will be back for that!

Have stayed at One Ocean approximately a dozen times over the years, and at times, it can be a great hotel, but based on a New Year's Eve stay, I won't be returning anytime soon. To begin, a "deluxe view" room should be higher floor and closer to the ocean, not the 4th floor at the end of the hall with the worst possible view available at the resort (have pictures). Second, I went to use the mini fridge in the room and a previous guests food was still in there (have pictures). Third, the shower wouldn't stay on as the pull tab wouldn't stay up and both the faucet (have pictures) and towel rack (have pictures) were both hanging out of the wall. Fourth, their pool bar isn't open "for the season," nobody is cocktailing on the busy pool deck, and they're asking guests to walk into Azurea (nice restaurant) for service in your pool attire--the service there takes FOREVER even for something as simple as a mimosa or coffee. Finally, dinner made one of us very sick (salmon, which tasted like it had been frozen for a long time). When I alerted the staff to these issues via their texting service or at the front desk, not a single apology or any attempt to make anything right. I even flat out asked for an apology and they simply didn't respond. Get it together, One Ocean--you're better than this and I know you are as I've experienced it first-hand on previous stays. Sigh.

Wonderful stay here, great food, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff- especially appreciated Stephen at rhe pool and beach.

As a Navy retiree I thought I all ready experience word class accommodations and Royal King treatment. I was totally wrong, I find a Jewel in my back yard. One Ocean impress me in many different ways.Outstanding accommodations, staff were friendly and concern about our needs. Mr. Taylor Howell a young gentleman prepare our room with pictures, flowers and items I deliver prior my check in. When we enter the room my bride can t stop crying because every detail was well cover and arrange by Mr. Howell. Kudos to all staff of this resort. This weekend was a memorable one thanks for your fine attention to details. 10 stars in my humble opinion see you guys pretty soon!!!

What a great property. Had a ocean view balcony D everything was perfect. With the coffee in the morning hadn't been moved from the lobby to the restaraunt.

Honestly, the staff was amazing there! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Lacie who works at the pool bar was hands down the best at customer service. I don t usually write reviews, but i just had to compliment the staff!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at and definitely the best in North Florida. Top class all around.. the restaurant is amazing, and the views of Atlantic beach from the balcony are spectacular. Jada and the front desk manager were very helpful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay here again. 10/10

We stayed here for a weekend and attended a work party for my husband, which the hotel handled as well. It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Ryan was very pleasant, he helped us with our car and brought our luggage to the room. We really appreciated the steam pressing service that was included with our stay and the coffee service every morning. The late night room service options are great, Wayne delivered the food to our room and was wonderful. I can t stress enough how fantastic the entire staff was, unfortunately I didn t catch or remember everyone s name. The hotel is decorated beautifully, with great amenities. The party we attended was lovely as well.

Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Michael the Valet. Michael clearly enjoys his job and is a great front of the house representative. As I made my way through the evening, check in, dinner, and up to my room for a great stay.

Lovely boutique hotel on a beautiful beach. Surrounding area with lots of cute shops and unique restaurants. Had a great weekend visiting with old friends.

Top notch! First class all the way! I highly recomend everyone try to spend at least one weekend a year at this practically local resort!

It was for a function that isn't taking place for another year

So glad we stopped by Azurea to have a drink by the beach and by the pool. Had the best bartender, Danny. So attentive and so nice! Hidden secret among the waves !

We had a quick girls trip and stayed at One Ocean. The location is beautiful, right on the water and the decor was spectacular. The best part of the entire trip was the staff, from the front desk/bartenders/wait staff and receptionist for room service. They are so welcoming and accommodating for every small request and the friendliest group you could meet. They do a great job of anticipating dining needs and preferences and always asked to make sure it was right. We will absolutely be back and look forward to it already!

The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is heated, but the ocean was way too enticing to spend time in the pool. The gym was a nice size but the treadmills needed service. This small setback, if that is what you call it, caused me to take my morning run out on the beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was just there visiting a friend for a birthday party, but from what I observed, the staff was very curteous, and the facilities were immaculate. Overall, a very nice environment.

My wife and I loved it!! We stayed at the Hotel for our get away Valentines day and the staff were excellent.

Can only speak for the spa but it was amazing. Staff was patient and calming. They described everything before it was done. I would definitely return and recommend.

a great place to get away but make sure your room is right

We've stayed here twice and always get the oceanfront corner room. The room is large and beautifully decorated. Some of the services were cut due to Covid.

The hotel had this really great corner location with two rooms that adjoined through a common door to make it private from the other rooms in the hallway, I've never seen anything like this and we loved it for our kids to be in a different room but still connected to us through an entrance way. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Muhammad was our housekeeper and he came to check on us each day, providing impeccable service with a smile! He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The restaurant was fabulous, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Most of all, the COVID measures, although lacking out in the community, were well maintained inside of the hotel. They have free bikes you can take out to explore, and nice chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but not for the price. Furniture has stains and there are only two elevators in the entire building. (They are slow). I used the stairs twice and my room was on the 7th floor. (8 floors total). Housekeeping is a joke. Whether it s because they personally don t care or they aren t trained the right way or they aren t paid enough. I asked for my bed sheets to be changed over the phone and directly to the housekeeper. It smelled like it would when you leave clothes in the washer overnight. Very musty. It took me five attempts to finally get it changed. Not including the rolling of the eyes by the housekeeper. Checking in was hell. We chose to have an early-check in, only to arrive with neither of our rooms ready. We got there at 2 and didn t check in until close to 4. Meanwhile, several parties came in after and all checked in their rooms while we sat and waited. My brother went to the pool and came back with us still waiting for our rooms. Meanwhile, the front receptionists are on their cellphones and not paying attention to anyone but their phones. It was an embarrassment to be there and to stay there. My parents have stayed in the past with no problems. They ve spent a lot of money on this hotel. We were very displeased and disappointed. I do not recommend this hotel. Location is great, but not for the price and the problems.

So love the bar and atmosphere the people are great

Only issue was I really dislike having to pay a resort fee AND parking. Adds about $70 per day to the tab. Ugh.
