Great place, parking located conveniently or use valet. By me being a limited mobility patron i appreciated all the valet help and the parking a few feet away (if you can catch the meter) otherwise you can always park in the garage at the mall located two blocks away from the front entrance.

I had no expectations for this hotel. I simply booked because that's where my cousins were going to stay. I was blown away by the quality of service at every turn. David at the front desk was amazing. The breakfast we had at the hotel was simply delicious. I enjoyed the room and they had the best bathrobes ever. It was a delight staying here.
The location of the hotel is outstanding if you want to take advantage of Indy's downtown scene, dining, bars, or shopping. Also an easy walk to both Lucas Oil Stadium and Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Circle Centre Mall is attached and, though one side of the building conveniently exits onto the nightlife of Georgia Street, outside noise didn't impact our stay at all. Rooms aren't over-the-top lavish, but they are very nice, well maintained, and impeccably clean. Pool is tiny, but it is one of the only hotels in the area to have one at all, and it works. Will definitely stay here again.
Onmi staff is great and very professional. 3rd floor view from room is not great at all, just a bunch of air conditioners. Room is well maintained but bathroom is very basic.
We were going to a Colts game and wanted a place that we would not have to drive to and from on that Sunday. We ended up getting a package that included our room and breakfast the next morning. There is actually a connection point between this hotel and the mall so you can easily go shopping and go visit the city. It is a valet only so your car will be taken care of for your entire stay but it also costs extra. Although a little pricey, the breakfast was amazing. They make the food for you right there and there is also plenty of fresh fruit and treats! The staff was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful. If we are able to get a good deal, we will definitely be returning to this hotel for another game.
This hotel has been my home away from home for the past few years and I've chosen it over the other hotels in town because they've always been very customer service oriented. The food leaves much to be desired and depending on what side of the hotel you stay, it can be loud due to the street noise in summer. I'm about to stay there for probably the last time on business, and I'll truly miss it.
Stopped at the bar after the show at Lucas Oil Stadium. Good drinks. Good service. Stayed here another time and had nothing but good things to say. Service excellent.
No parking. I was there to meet a relative who had a room there and there was literally nowhere to park. I had to back up into the street and find somewhere else to park.
Boiling hot water out of the cold water tap! Room 622. You even get boiling hot water through the toilet when flushed. I ran the cold water for 15 mins before cooler water came out. Front desk staff says "we know".... What response is that? Not pleased this visit. Stayed at this hotel many times.
Great location. There were plenty of things within walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and accessible. The only issue was parking. The only parking at the hotel was valet which was rather expensive. The other option was the mall parking garage next door which was much more reasonable. In all, it was a good hotel in a great location and would consider staying there again.
Very nice older Hotel. Location is great for business, entertaining and dining. Beautiful Lobby and very clean. All the staff is very friendly and very helpful.
I stayed over the weekend for the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. Everything I needed was there! The 1913 Restaurant was awesome. Close to everything and easy walking distance for sore legs! Comfortable and quiet, I ll definitely stay again!
Great location. The rooms were small with an even smaller bathroom. Nothing can be done in the bathroom and it was an inconvience. The staff wasn't overly friendly. Again, the location is great if you want to be down town, but for the price I would look else where When i return to Indy.
The staff was exceptional. They deserve a 5 star. But the hotel itself was not worth $275/night. Parking options were terrible. The room would not regulate temperatures. It was musty and felt damp. One of our towels had a HUGE stain on it...gross. The bathroom was sub-par. The counter space was nonexistent. The shower was dingy and stained. Tiles were missing. It was not what we expected.
Nice hotel but it is the staff that makes the difference. They want to help you get whatever you need. It is for that reason I am staying here again next week and will when I am in town.
Excellent hotel in a historic building in downtown Indianapolis. Attended a conference here and was very pleased with the service, ambiance and overall experience. It s not the cheapest hotel but you are going to pay for staying downtown regardless so you might as well make it a nice location.
I would consider this a little more on the high end side, and the prices reflect that. They do have a pool and work out room. Rooms were nice and clean.
Very clean, great staff, and great food. This hotel is affordable at most times, but can be expensive depending on events in the downtown area. There is no parking lot, but a parking garage across the street and valet is also available.
Wonderful city view suite. Love the balcony and how close it was to many restaurants and bars. Severin Bar was cute and enjoyable. Love the Starbucks located by lobby and breakfast was excellent. I wish it had a fridge verses a chiller and bathrooms need to be updated, they fixtures were very old and touchy. I had a great night sleep in one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel I've ever slept on, the first night the air kept kicking on and was extremely loud. I learned by the second night as long as I kept the fan running on the thermostat it wouldn't disturb me coming on and off.
Location is great, but the rooms could use improving. They are very dated and small. The room I stayed in had two twin sized beds with little space in between them. The bathroom was small and nasty. The bath tub did not drain. The toilet was fit for a prison.
I have seen better rooms at motel 6. Disappointing for as expensive as this place is. The lobby, and hotel bar are nice, and the location is nice. This is what you are paying for. Otherwise stay at a holiday inn and save your money.
The hotel lobby is spacious and well decorated. I mostly just stop by for the Starbucks attached to the lobby, but would love to stay as a guest. They have delicious cucumber water in the lobby, which always has activity going on with the bar and restaurant. A classic, but very unique downtown hotel!
The location is good, but the rooms are a little worn. It's supposed to be a more luxurious hotel, but that means they nickel and dime you for everything.
Spent my anniversary here. Was scheduled to check in at 6:00 got to the location at 5:55 and was told my room was not ready and it would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I was given my key. I booked the presidential suite 1201 and walked in and the floors were noticeably dirty. Around 9:30 house keeping was at my door... which I found very odd, I never had housekeeping come so late at night. When I came back from a night out around 4:00 AM I went to take a shower and was very disappointed when there was no hot water. In either bathroom. When I expressed this at checkout they notified me that they are aware and had been for serveral days, but no one explained this to me when I called to book or at check in... I paid for the presidential suite and was treated like I was not a paying guest at all...
The good: Lobby is beautiful. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Nice city view from our 11th story room.
The bad: The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading. I expected a hotel that brands itself as a 4-star, luxury hotel to have very nice rooms, but they were average: normal hotel sheets, normal bed, small bathroom and shower. We were most surprised to find there was no Smart TV. Only one bedside lamp for a king bed. No water bottles in the room (though when we called the desk they had some sent up.) Parking is either valet or in the mall garage parking across the street, but either way be prepared to pay to park.
The ugly: There were places in the bathroom you could tell they had done repairs and simply cut and patched small sections of wallpaper. The sink was held up with 2x4s with wallpaper not finished well. Basically it seemed old and piecemeal, not luxurious. Our shower drain was partially clogged, so the water built up as you showered. The hotel mask policy didn t seem to be enforced as large parties stood around the lobby unmasked whenever we passed through.
Husband and I weren t interested in any of the extra amenities the hotel had to offer, just a nice night s stay in a nice hotel after a day in the city. Our stay was just ok. Wish we had either spent more for a nicer hotel or less and stayed at a 2-star hotel that would have had the same quality of room.
Very friendly staff! Highly recommend the Warm Cast Iron Chocolate Chip Cookie from the Severin Bar. Bartender was highly attentive during a very busy time. Room was clean and beds were comfy!
Awful. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. There are plenty of other hotels to stay at in downtown Indy that I would gladly return to and stay at due to better amenities. The Omni was chosen for me because of a work conference. I'll pass on this hotel the next time I'm in town.
