Loved it here! If you re looking for high quality, great hospitality, spacious and oh so comfortable room then this is it!

I went to meet an acquaintance who happened to have booked a room for a few days. The rooms are large and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helped me find my way around.

This is a solid hotel. Quality service, great restaurant, warm colors. This hotel is complete.

Don t join the membership program- total joke. They promised me a free room after 16 nights, didn t mention that it was only good for 6 months. The only reason I joined- not a very loyal- loyalty program (at the urging of the front desk even). You call them and it s like the loyalty program means nothing. Very disappointed in what I thought was a higher end hotel group.

Everyone at the omni San Francisco hotel was so, so nice! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Hotel was fabulous. The restaurant was closed for remodeling so we had to eat in the bar, which was crowed. Overall, though, our stay was great.

We love staying at the Omni,the hotel is very beautiful and the service is top notch. The hotel really makes you feel so special and that they truly care for you and appreciate your business. It is really nice to have a place to park your car (or someone to do it for you) but it's just so expensive so that and Bob's Bar (inside the hotel) prices on drinks are my only complaints.

The Omni in San Francisco was a warm and welcoming place for a long weekend! All of the staff were friendly and courteous, greeting us with a smile and holding doors for travelers laden with bags. Charles at the front desk helped us modify a reservation quickly and easily, so that our stay was perfect. The hotel is elegant and nicely located in the Financial district, within walking distance of all of the major sites and attractions. The turndown service was also extremely nice at the end of a long day of walking the hills. It goes without saying that the hotel is both comfortable and luxurious--but beyond the physical property, the staff makes your stay. All of the staff, from front door to front desk, to car valet and housekeeping, made this a hugely memorable stay.

The SF Omni is great and conveniently located in the Financial District a short walk to the Embarcadero, China town and Union Square. We've stayed there a couple of times and the facilities, staff and services are top notch.

The hotel was very unorganized and the service was horrible,When you book the hotel you have the option of free breakfast which you only have 4 options for breakfast which are horrible next is the room they are very small.

Great staff. Very helpful. Room was very nice. We got a free upgrade to a suite and it was the nicest hotel room we have ever had. We will stay here again when we return to San Francisco.

This is a 5 star property in the heart of San Francisco, Cable car line directly in front of the hotel and just a few blocks from Chinatown and numerous top rated restaurants and bars. Bob's Steak and Chop House on premise, a famous Texas steakhouse with the best cuts of meat anywhere, Great onsite bar as well. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. This is a fabulous hotel with incredible staff members, you won't be disappointed.

5 star service. Courteous and hospitable staff. They treat you like royalty. Will definitely stay here again!

This Omni location gets Hospitality right. We arrived early and they were able to find us a room that was ready at 12:30. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helped us to our room. The room itself (the San Francisco Suite) was spacious, and I was offered a cheese and wine plate. The rooms were modern and the location was good, but not amazing. Chinatown tends to be good for a quick visit but won't offer locals anything they haven't experienced.

The employees are professional and curious and the hotel is very nice and clean. The only huge set back is that there's no free WiFi.

Overall very pleasant stay. Housekeeping, front desk, housekeeping and staff went out of their way to make things comfortable and nice. Great spot for being able to walk around and see the city.

What a grand entrance this hotel has! It is beyond beautiful! The rooms are nice as well. They appear a little old but I also think that's the look. This hotel is very professional and will cater to your needs.

WARNING- Parking is $75 a night if you have a car your only option for leaving your car over night is with the valet. On there website if you add the parking right away to your booking you can get 50% off apparently for parking.

We went here for a murder mystery dinner that is held at this hotel! We will definitely be back again! The restaurant Bobs steak house and chop is amazing for breakfast. Heads up it is pricey $$$

Great place, centrally located in San Francisco's business district, great staff

Clean and fancy! I didn't have the best view but my room was very roomy. The water pressure was amazing and they provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I also got a newspaper in the morning toot toot.

Every staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and very helpful! Exceeded our expectations!

I thought my event was at this hotel but it turns out it was somewhere else. The front desk was very helpful in helping me locate the correct location.

Hi traveller! I'd like to share with you my objective opinion in regards to this hotel, service and its prices! First thing you notice upon entering the Omni hotel is all the luxury fading away! You can tell it was built according to high standards but all that luxury is not there anymore! The carpets are dirty and old, as if they were there for centuries!!! So are armchairs and cushions etc! Everything is worn out and looks very old and trashy! That would be fine with me if These guys did not brag about having one of the most modern and luxury hotels in SF area especially for the price they charge!!! I'm not even saying the valet parking overnight is ONLY $52!!!;) once I got into my so called "modern" and "luxurious" room first thing I noticed was that old worn out furniture and carpet smell!!! Horrible smell I can tell you that!!! The door in the restroom was all cracked and the paint was fading away along with the wallpapers under the sink!!! Plus all the floor was filled with someone's hair! Disgusting! Probably poor service of housekeeping! The room was noisy because of trains or trams outside!for that price simply not worth staying there...

Amazingly beautiful and clean!

From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by two members of the staff. Valet and the doorman were professional and kind.

Front desk staff were all smiling and prompt. Charles was on top of getting us checked in and made sure we had our bags taken away until out room was ready (early check-in).

Loyalty Ambassador Debora greeted and arranged for our needs in advance via email. She provided me with quick responses and made it a point to have my wife feel special for our 10 year anniversary.

I would and will stay here again. We stayed at the Omni in Boston 10 years ago and we instantly remembered how much we loved it once we walked into the SF lobby.

I will be planning trips in the future around Omni hotel locations.

Superb hotel with a beautiful historic character in the heart of San Francisco 2 blocks from Chinatown and 10 minutes walk from North Beach.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location and has everything you need. No problems at all. Check in easy, no lines, and the staff went out of their way for anything. I was sick and they even helped me by making me tea as I checked in.

Great hotel. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. I didnt like the room at the time of checkin but they were flexible enough to give me another room. But do ask for room with the view I was not very lucky in that case. Bed was comfortable, room was specious and location is also fine. Overall enjoyed my stay here. Also tried the steak house and my duck was delicious.

Great property. Food onsite is excellent. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.

Construction across the street! 7/20/19. The hotel itself is nice, the staff is very friendly, great bed, great bathroom, great room service, etc.. their website says $65/night for car parking but it s $75/night. The only downside I ve experienced is my room is literally facing the construction on the neighboring building so we were woken up early. Our check in staff said we ll have a nice view of the city, aka construction. I can t fault Omni for local construction but I d double check if the construction has been completed if you book here or specifically request a room on the back side.

I always forget how friendly the staff are and the simple amenities Omni Hotels offer their guests. A little dated here and there, rooms and the like but overall a good experience across the three Omni Hotels I have stayed at in North America.

I always enjoy staying at the SF Omni when I'm in the Bay Area. Everyone is friendly and the property is beautiful.

Beautiful decor, friendly and attentive service, central location, comfortable beds, good amenities, clean and well maintained.
The only point of improvement would be that we paid for a room with a view but we ended up not having much of a view.

One of the best hotels in SF and the location is wonderful

The bar was really small, too small and therefore packed! I went about 8pm Saturday night, service was stretched and slow. When you did get served it was great however. The bar is your typical bar I would not go here as a destination! It's not worth the trip .

Attended a morning conference event. Catered continental breakfast was delicious. Coffee was hot and strong. Staff was attentive.

Simply not worth it for the price. Better rooms/amenities at other high-end hotels.

Loved this place. It's quite nice. Visited with friends from San Francisco, CA . It was close to all the shops and bars. I didn't mind walking down.
I will come again soon.

I love Omni San Francsisco. It's in a great location with a very welcoming staff. Just ask and they will make things happen. The restaurant downstairs is a Bob s...what s not to like about that s, just hope you like your carrots big. Right in the heart of downtown, you can walk to so many things, but, uh, there are hills if you haven t heard. The subway is close by as is the wharf and Chinatown. And if you so like walking, there are other options.

I made a delivery to the Omni San Francisco Hotel as an Amazon Prime Now delivery person. Upon arriving I was greeted by the front desk attendants. I have them the name of my delivery and they promptly looked up the room of the guest and called down an escort to personally chauffeur me to the appropriate room. I was able to make the delivery and was escorted back down. From the breif visit, I could tell the Omni hotel is on the higher end of available hotels in the San Francisco area. It is a wonderful blend of timeless mid-century design and modern interior design. The staff will go the extra length to provide the best customer service possible and I would not hesitate to stay there.

Stayed here during Christmas. Attention to detail, staff were attentive and helpful, and decor of the lobby were all top notch. One of the better Omni hotels. Location is pretty good. We were able to walk to some great deli's and restaurants.

Overpriced but relatively nice. Lobby is the nicest part of staying here.

Attended a work event at this location. Great conference and event facilities. Impressive accommodation and comfy bed. Food at the catered events was good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay here immensely.

Although I want to give 1 star, I have to say overall this is a nice place to stay. Maybe someone was having a bad day, but I was here on a business trip and my luggage was broken somehow when it was brought to the lobby. Looked like the handle had gotten stuck and just ripped the bag open. This left me scrambling to ship thousands of dollars worth of equipment home, which cost an arm and a leg. Upon asking management if they would at least cover shipping (didnt even ask for my Louis Vuitton bag to be replaced, things happen I get it), I was snubbed and treated SO VERY poorly. I dont like leaving bad reviews but I tip well, travel often for work, and am extremely courteous. I work with people every day. Not sure if it's my tattoos or the fact I look like a young dumb punk, but the lack of respect really got my goat.

The Omni is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. It is in the financial district and close to a lot of the classic San Francisco sites. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at because of the customer service and how comfortable the beds make you sleep. Whenever I get the chance, this is my preferred San Francisco hotel. If you are looking for a hotel in a great location this is your best choice.

So I came to OMNI HOTEL for organizing a stand up comedy event, the hotel service's is nice. Really recommended.

Great place to stay. Central location. Everyone was great. Mark, the concierge, went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a great stay. Would definitely return.

Weekend workshop trip. Hotel staff was gracious. Concierge team was on it. Great suggestions. Good central location for exploring Chinatown, Financial District, Union Square, Nob Hill and North Beach. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and wine bars within walking distance or a short Uber ride. BART station was 15 minute leisurely walk. Ferry building was highlight ( foodie heaven). 8th floor was quiet at night. Would stay again if in area.
