Clean, classy, reasonably priced and fantastic location. Tip: don't ring your doorbell, it's shockingly abrasive sounding.

The staff was polite, professional and friendly and very helpful in every way. In room dining was excellent and timely.
Bathroom was very very clean.
Service was perfect on every level. I am planning another trip to SF soon just to stay at this hotel.

Beautiful lobby, very friendly staff, hot apple cider and gingerbread cookies upon check in but no turn down service or housekeeping after noon unless called for.

well where do i start, as soon as we came in the people at the front desk were so warming and welcoming. the room is as beautiful as you would expect with a great tv and extremely comfy beds, and dont even get me started on the service. the cleaners do an exceptional job of making sure that everything is spic and span( and beside that they leave us cookies and milk every day.) I absolutely love it here and I would recommend anyone coming to san francisco to stay at the omni

Great bed! Very quiet on the 16th floor. Nice, hot bath tub. Lovely decor in the old style. Polite, excellent service. Great valets, but at $70 a pop; but that's the financial district for you. Bob's Steak House I found neither great tasting nor interesting for the high priced meal we paid.

Best thing about the Omni SF is it is 2 blocks to City View Dim Sum, very good quality dim sum. And near to the SF Historical Trail you could follow to see a lot of the 1890's of SF.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. I decided to splurge for my trip to SF and it was worth it. The walls were not paper thin and there was one flat pillow in the closet. The bed was super comfortable. Location was great. BART was less than a 10 minute walk.

First time here and definitely won't be the last! The front desk, staff and concierge were unsurpassed in attentiveness and accommodations. They even went the extra mile to help us celebrate a special milestone with a few special touches. Christmastime just added to the elegant, festive ambience!
Our room was very plush and comfortable, as was the king sized bed.
Many thanks to the Omni staff! You all outdid yourselves!

Quiet, comfortable hotel with all of the amenities you would expect from a great hotel. Friendly staff from the team greeting you upon arrival, the reception team and house keeping. High standard kept up throughout the bar and restaurant. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and good size bathrooms. The place is very clean throughout and I'd have no issues in recommending or staying here again.

Wonderful staff and friendly housekeeping. They are always able to fulfill every request. Overnight valet parking is affordable and easy to use.

We have stayed in countless hotels around the world and have to say Omni San Francisco was exceptional.

The moment we checked in we were well looked after by Night Manager Friwaaz(?) who kindly arranged our room and a late check out as we had disrupted flights. This was really appreciated.

The room was beautifully regal, and what really stood out was the bed. Perfectly made without any shortcuts - this is a credit to the housekeeping team. The bed is extremely comfortable. The pillows were very soft which is not my preference however housekeeping provided something firmer within minutes.

The room was perfect and clean. Housekeeping was polite and never bothered us. The door greeters always met us with a warm smile, and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice stay. Hotel was nicely maintained and staff were very hospitable. Elevators were large, smooth, and quiet. The bar was a bit on the expensive side. Restaurant served very large portions.

1. Be carful with the duplicated charges of valet parking, people don't pay attention, they just live by the day.

2. Fitness center is below average, no towels no courtesy water

3. bar and restaurant. I had to wait, wait and walk from my table to the bar because the waitress forgot I was a customer

4. for break fast. I ordered crepes and the plate was with an onion flavor...

the restaurant staff gave me ugly cookies in compensation, but I don't want cookies, and want a perfect service for a room worth $400

Clean Hotel with very friendly staff. We had a suite and when you pay almost $500 a night for a room, you would expect to have someone take your bags up to the room for you but we were left to carry them up the stairs to the lift and up to our room. The restaurant food was above average but not outstanding, our order was served wrong on 2 occasions which was disappointing. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and did a great job looking after our room. Overall a descent Hotel but given the price we were paying not quite up to scratch.

I request all of friends please Planting one of fruit tree for you and your family health and reducing Global Warming and reducing CO2 from World Inshllah.

Comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff. I had a great stay here.

Parking was expensive, WiFi required signing up for a loyalty program, and was limited. Room was nice, and had a good shower.

Elegant hotel with and excellent staff who provides amazing service.

The greeter outside was extremely rude and even went so far as to make demeaning comments about my outfit. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Went there for a professional organization event. The conference was okay. Breakfast buffet was simple. All and all it was good.

Great location in the heart of the financial district. It's close to many good restaurants and a quick ride to everything else. The room we were in, is very spacious and modern. It's very clean and recently renovated. The bar downstairs is nice, but there are places close to the hotel that offer more options. The service is top notch. I did not use the concierge, but the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

for $250 a night in downtown San Fran... excellent Hotel. their service was top notch. I would stay here anytime they offer a great deal.

We love the Omni and will return the next time we visit San Francisco! We are at a different hotel right now and miss the Omni already! The staff are phenomenal! We are always greeted by the friendly door staff who are helpful with directions. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional, genuinely friendly and helpful with recommendations for the city. The rooms have some of the best beds we've slept in and housekeeping is efficient and friendly! The hotel is located within walking distance to everything. Definitely recommend this to anyone!

lobby staff are all very friendly and attentive. room was clean and the bed was very comfy. I slept great. we were surprised with a really nice cheese platter (unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it bc we got back to the room quite late after a heavy meal, but the gesture was very nice) This hotel is obviously under fantastic management that cares about their guests' experience.

Beautiful property. AMAZING STAFF!!! I stayed here during the California Wildfires, and the entire staff was so warm, gracious, caring and helpful! I will be eternally grateful for having such a beautiful respite at such a challenging time.

Erroneously charged for the stay after confirming at least five times that my company had taken care of the bill. The charge caused an embarrassing overdraft in my bank account, which, as an ex-officer of the bank, is unacceptable on many levels.

Great hotel but no free WiFi, could be a deal killer for me.

While a nice hotel, the amenities did not warrant the extremely high cost of the room.

The Omni had a room for us when we arrived after 9pm on Friday. The hotel did not have placards with its name everywhere telling us what a great time we were having. The hotel is well maintained with great finishes everywhere and everything in first rate condition. The staff was courteous and was helpful with orienting us to city.

Great experience. I noted that it was my husband's birthday and they promptly told him Happy Birthday as we checked in. Rooms are clean, and the location is ideal.

Great service. Friendly. Nice bar. Okay Steakhouse. Need update on technology in room though. USB charger not available, so don't forget to bring yours assuming the room would have it, like I did.

Beautiful and iconic lobby. Came here for a group dinner. The food was average. The open bar and the generous bartender were the best part.

Excellent choice for a stay in San Francisco. Great location and walkable to most downtown sights and great restaurants. Superior staff that goes the extra mile to make your stay fun and comfortable. The concierge staff in particular made our stay memorable. My wife and I were celebrating our 45th anniversary. Such a surprise to find champagne and chocolate covered strawberries in our room compliments of the Omni staff. Mark, the concierge, even helped my son pick out a floral arrangement for us and got it delivered to our room. Such thoughtfulness is the mark of a professional, considerate staff...and a hallmark of the type of service you can expect if you are a guest. I would stay at the Omni again...and again.

This is a very lovely hotel with dark wood, and lots of marble. The room service is excellent as it comes from the chop and steak house downstairs. Rooms larger than the average SF accomodations, and great location to do some shopping.

My family enjoyed the hotel. We found the staff professional, courteous, and warm. Nice size room and the location worked.

The hotel is classic and beautiful but the stay was amazing due to the friendly, professional and kind staff. Whether it was the valet, front desk, concierge or house keeping all of them contributed to a wonderful first class experience.

Conveniently located near Union Square, Chinatown, FiDi, and Beldan Lane (think: French, Italian cafes on a tiny street). Everything from unloading the car, valeting my huge German tank, getting extra towels in the bathroom, and getting medical amenities was very easy and the entire staff were very friendly. The rooms were fairly updated, so no need to fear creepy old decor or fixtures.

Have stayed here 3-4 times and enjoy myself every time. The attached bar is only OK but the location, rooms and services are all top quality. I'll be back in the future.

My go to hotel in San Francisco. Classic hotel. Clean rooms (easy to request no fragrance). Comfortable. Fantastic staff.

Excellent rooms, great customer service, perfect location, and a good bar.

This is a great location with a prominent interior. There are no light restaurants and cafes, but there are many around the hotel.

We used a cleaning service, but dry cleaning with stain removal was completed in a day. Basically, Japanese is not spoken in the hotel, so you need to work hard in English.

If you participate in the hotel reward program, there will be a free bottle of water ($ 7.5 per bottle) in the room, free Wi-Fi service, and free nights for several nights.

I d accidentally spilled some red wine on my jacket, but cleaning staff removed the stain perfectly in just one day.

No casual restaurants or cafe inside, but you can easily find them around the hotel.

They offer free membership program and I recommend you to join this before your stay.After the registration, some rewards like free wi-fi, free bottled-water and morning beverage service are available.
