Very nice hotel...clean rooms...friendly helpful staff.

This is a very convenient place to stay for business in San Francisco. The staff was excellent and very informative. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and was sought out by travelers not staying at the hotel. They provided umbrellas during my stay due to the excessive rain during the week. I would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel in a good spot that's an easy walk to everywhere. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was less expensive than many garages. Great place!

Had a great stay here for my birthday weekend. It was my first time in SF and this was a wonderful home base for the weekend. Conveniently located, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.

It s a good hotel in a nice location, accessibility to pretty much around in the downtown. Clean rooms and courteous staff. The rooms have a nice touch to their interiors.

Lovely classic hotel with absolutely fantastic staff. Quiet location with great access to many of the pleasures of the city.

I rarely give anything 5 stars, but this hotel deserved it.

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30, we stepped out of the cab and a doorman was there to open the door and greet us. He chatted with us and led us to the check-in desk where we were promptly checked in. Chatting with the young woman who was at the front desk (it had been another long day for us), she upgraded our room for free. We ended up with a room that normally cost $450 a night for $330 a night. We told her we hadn't had dinner, she let us know that room service was 24 hours.

WIFI was good high speed and included with the room.

The room itself was beautiful, and while my wife unpacked, I order our dinner. The food arrived within 20 minutes, and was amazing. We are quite picky in regards to the quality of the food we eat, but what we got could have easily come from any fine-dining restaurant.

Next morning when we left to go for a tour of the city, the doormen greeted us, asked how we slept, and asked if they could help us in any way. We let them know we just needed a cab to go to Pier 39...15 seconds later (no exaggeration), they had a cab picking us up.

The next day when we left for our next destination was a repeat of the day before, except instead of a regular cab, they got us a limo service for the same price as a cab.

Absolutely loved this hotel, and would strongly recommend it to any one.

Great location -- easy to get anywhere. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. Lovely rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the Omni for 4 nights recently and found the hotel to be very good. The rooms are adequate with poor shower pressure.H owever, the service of the friendly staff is excellent and the location is extremely convenient as it allows you to be within walking distance to most of the city's points of interest, such as the Ferry Building , China Town

The hot water didn't work at night in room 828, however in the morning everything was perfect.

Great hotel, super clean, elegant lobby, excellent in-house dining, wonderful staff (especially housekeeping and front desk), up to 5 devices on wifi connections, location right on the california cable car and not far from other market st transportation, close to chinatown and financial district... simply an overall amazing stay!!

I came for a work event, and the staff was beyond attentive and curtious.

An elegant hotel with large very clean rooms. The employees are friendly and helpful. The bar is cozy. Drinks are a little expensive but they are generous and good quality.. We had appetizers in the bar and enjoyed them. Not your average bar food. Room service was quick and very good. The food was warm, tasty and the delivery person set up the table and poured our beverages. All around a great experience.

Attended a company conference, great meeting rooms and delicious buffet lunch.

You get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny!

We had an excellent stay at the Omni. Service and food and drinks were outstanding. We love Bob's.

Good location however, I feel that the amenities are lacking for the price you pay. They had a free refreshing drink option daily and that s about it.

What a great stay we had at the Omni San Francisco. The staff was amazing. The hotel is in a great location in the financial district and close to China Town and close to everything else you want to do in the city. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bed was the best! It was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on in a luxury hotel. The linens were of very high quality and you have a choice of pillow firmness.
The bath is very comfortable having a great shower and bath.
If you stay at this establishment take advantage of the concierge. The team (all three) are excellent and will provide excellent advice on dining, etc.
We took Uber for the majority of our excursions, to the convention center, Pier 39, dining, etc. fares ranged from $7 to $10 including tip. The doorman at the Omni was great in helping you decide on the best way to get to where you needed to go. He was awesome!
One word of caution, Bob's Steak House was underwhelming, there are much better places in SF. The Bar is really good though.
I would give the Omni - San Francisco my highest recommendation.

I attended Omni for a bridal expo. The location was easy to get to from Bart and the venue was very nice. Had a great experience.

Great classy hotel with good sizes room and a window for a view. It's in the Fidi area so at night there is not a whole lot going on super close by, but you'll be a short walk away from some bars and places to eat.

What a gorgeous inner city hotel with staff that can't do enough for you. We stayed on 2 separate occasions and each time came away with the same feeling. Gorgeous rooms, comfy beds and excellent food! I would recommend this to anyone staying in San Fran.

Wonderful staff, great location, outstanding service

This is one my favorite hotel in SF. The quality of service is impressing. Every hotel staff did provide me a lot of help during my visit. They do want to know what I need and try their best satisfying me all the time.

Loved the location and front desk and valet staff were amazing! The 1920 s decor fits the building perfectly and our room was spacious and very clean. Easy access by Lyft and Uber to all areas of SF. From our room we could hear the cable cars and general city noise, but because we were upgraded to the 14th floor the noise level was minimal. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but the prices at the in-hotel restaurant, Bob s Steak and Chop House, were extremely expensive so we decided to take a Lyft to a wonderful North Beach Restaurant and had a great meal for half the cost of Bob s Steak and Chop House (that included the Lyft cost to and from restaurant). It also would be nice to have an in-hotel gift shop if possible. Overall the experience was great and will definitely return!

The customer service is outstanding! The rooms are spacious in the beds very comfortable. The maids are extremely helpful and do a great job of restocking your room. The concierge here at the hotel has done a superb job giving us some good leads on nearby restaurants. The hotel is nearby many restaurant and shopping options. We have most enjoyed Chinatown. Check-in was a breeze and we will be staying a few more days. Overall a great experience so far!

I loved staying at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco. The rooms were very nice and classy, modern but vintage at the same time. The bed was very comfy. More than anything, the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I was very impressed. The restaurant (Bob's chop House) was pretty solid too.

Lovely, recently renovated hotel, in the financial district. Paid parking available within a 5 minute walk, which is far cheaper than the valet on offer. Staff very friendly. Room service cost is on a par with other hotels, but portions are generous.

Omni San Francisco. The entire staff were friendly, responsive, helpful and cheerful. The room was bright and clean and the maid service was excellent. The doormen went above and beyond and were very pleasant to talk to. The overall experience was perfect. Great experience, we can't wait to return to the Omni San Francisco.

The Omni is an amazing hotel! The location is on point and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. I would recommend calling them to close the windows if you are cold during the night because they are open. Housekeeping is amazing! They clean the rooms twice a day and they leave cookies the second time they clean! Overall, the Omni is amazing!!

We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend the Omni San Francisco- The staff are so warm and friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed.

Omni hotels set themselves apart with great service and very nice, comfortable rooms. I've stayed at two city locations (SF & Boston) and one resort (Carlsbad), all were really nice stays. The SF Omni is downtown in the heart of the financial district. It's in a great location within easy walking distance of Union Square, Chinatown, North Beach and the Embarcadero, all offering great restaurants, shopping, and sight seeing. You don't need a car if staying here. It's easy to get around the city without one and you can avoid the parking/valet cost & hassle.

I loved the hotel! The staff was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Would recommend staying there again.

Visit for an event. Very professional place with courteous employees and good people

Pretty hotel, albeit a little dated. Helpful staff. Soft linens. The internet is not free which was disappointing. Beware when reserving a room with two beds as they are full size, not queen, especially if two adults need to share a bed. This made made sleeping very challenging - i ended up sleeping on the floor! The air conditioning works well but is crazy loud. Request a room on a higher floor if you're sensitive to noise.

Great location, you can walk everywhere in the city. I love Omni Hotels and the San Francisco property is a winner

One of the nicest hotels in San Francisco, but updated to modern standards

We came to the city for a Spartan race that we ran in the morning and then came to the hotel just before check in time (3pm). The receptionist said that they did not have any rooms ready yet but would call us as soon as they did. So we hung out in the lobby waiting. During this time we watched ten different check ins take place, 2 hrs had passed. I went and questioned what was going on and they said our rooms would be ready soon. We have two rooms booked with them. Finally getting close to 5 we were able to check in. Rooms are ok, no views and the service at the bar was bad. Drinks are over priced and if you book through Hotels. Com, Expedia, etc. get ready to be pushed to the back of the line on getting your room. We talked with two other couples while waiting in the lobby going through the same thing as us. We won t be back.

Spacious, clean lobby and bar! Easy access to anything downtown.

Rooms were nice, but the overcharging for items was crazy. $63 for parking one night, $30 Club sandwich, $15 Internet. All totally price gouging.

The location is close to a lot of the major attractions in San Francisco. Very nice room and well kept up. There's a nice fitness center in the building as well. it was a great experience staying there.

Love the Omni! Customer service from everyone is excellent, Darryl at the bell desk is always amazing, Donald at the front desk is great. Rooms are wonderful, easy access to shopping and restaurants; just one of my fav hotels in SF.

Came to have a meeting in the lobby with a client before final walkthrough across the street at Julia Morgan Ballroom. No issues. WiFi in lobby was good for our needs.

Our 5 night stay during New Years was wonderful, we chose to upgrade to a corner suite and just loved it. Ordered room service several times and it was plentiful very good food. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Great fancy place. When you arrive youre greeted and immediately assisted to. The interior is very fancy and has beautiful chandeliers with dim lighting. It's location couldn't be better, it's near Chinatown and the ferry building where you can take cable cars along the coast.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni. The staff was awesome from check-in to check-out. Very helpful with all aspects of our stay. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to China Town, the Embarcadero Market Place, Trolley Car routes, restaurants, and bars. We took the trolley car to Fisherman's Warf and spent the day ($7 pp each way). The hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a classy hotel in the business district and within walking distance to most attractions.

Attended a meeting in the telegraph hill room. It was fine but there is no access to the lobby wifi from that room. They have a paid wifi network available if you arrange it beforehand.

I am a wedding coordinator who had a wedding at Omni San Francisco Hotel. All of our guests enjoyed such an unforgettable and luxurious wedding here. The dazzling crystal chandeliers and the vintage stairs as well as the amazing food and outstanding service here all highly impressed us. The romantic wedding is still lingering in our mind! Highly recommend!!!
