Wonderful experience in Texas! Courtesy van driver was friendly as well as all the staff I encountered. Complimentary breakfast woulod have made the experience a 5 star...

Its very nice and elegant! With awesome views and the beds are beyond comfortable! Many in room services from the mini bar and fridge to coffee, robes, movies you can order on the tv...in addition, they offer spa services and have a pool + gym!

Nasty..... I was in my room all of 1 hour & couldn't take it anymore. Grabbed my belongings and hot tailed myself right out of there. I love Omni Hotels but this one was gross..... Updates are needed immediately

Everything perfect except that they had promises for high schools.

We stayed 4 nights for our daughters graduation from USAF and were very happy we did. The drive to Lackland Air Force Base was only about 13 minutes away and easy to find and drive to. The hotel staff were amazing and the hotel is clean and comfortable. The price was fair and the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

I ve lived in the area where this Hotel is for nearly 15 years. Given what is happening in the world right now - COVID-19, I am worried this 20-story building will soon become vacant and desolate and out of business. It s been about three weeks now, and, at most, I have seen only between 5-8 cars in their parking lot each day since the COVID-19 pandemic began in the United States.

If this were any other business, during any other time, this Hotel would be closed down within the following next two weeks, and that s scary. I would never wish ill upon any business and it s people, much less a business located within my community. I can only hope the best for this business.

To any out there that need a place to stay, book with the Omni Hotel. Support your local businesses, especially businesses, such as the Omni Hotel, that generally require hundreds of people and thousands of dollars each day in order to maintain the integrity and structure of the building. Remember, while this may not be a true local business (aka family owned business) within the community, and is in fact a corporation, you must also remember that corporations are people. Think of the hundreds of people that work at the Omni Hotel, and the thousands to millions this type of business brings to the local economy, if it were to close up shop for good.

Lastly, I have stayed at this hotel three times in the past. All three times were met with great delight and memorable experiences. The breakfast and happy hour is incredible, and beyond my expectations. I definitely hope to return to the Omni Hotel for a quick getaway, or for a staycation. Let s just hope this, among many other businesses, survives the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our 2 day conference was at the Omni was great. The conference rooms on the 20th floor were nice and has a fabulous view. They did a great job with all the food. Lunch was amazing! I will definitely go back to the restaurant located on the property. Delicious! Nice bar area, too.

When we checked in we were given a room on the 3rd floor facing a wall. I called the front desk and they immediately switched me to a different room. The new room really wasn't much better the sheets smelled dirty.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Horrible horrible customer service from the manager Francesca. Our rooms were infested with roaches and I have it in photos as well. I was staying in a double bed and their solution was to move us into a single bed room with a pull out bed. It is me, my husband, and mom and my mom has back problems. That pull out bed was horrible and the manager offered no solution.She is highly rude and we would never stay there again. Avoid it. According to her they did not have double beds anymore nor she offers us an extra single room at all. The roaches were on the bed, horrible solution, and horrible customer service.

This hotel used to be kid friendly but not anymore! Every time we go to San Antonio we stay at this hotel, but I ll be looking at other hotels next time we come back! Hotel is outdated, cleanliness is okay, no more family movie nights by the pool & pool is dirty! I had to request for our room to be cleaned while we were out doing activities with the kids & when I did the front desk last seemed annoyed by my request. She didn t let me finish talking, she cut me off & asked me what s your room number. I told her & she said okay. I stared at her & she just gave me a smirk. Rude!!! Also nobody even acknowledged us when we checked out...they were to busy talking to each other! I m definitely not staying here again!! Oh, one more thing!!! They don t offer free WiFi!!! With the money you are spending to stay there, you would think they could offer free WiFi but nope!!!

Atmosphere was pleasant, bar service was a little slow. Over all a decent experience. Only had drinks at the bar with some friends that were staying there.

Strike one was the 10 dollar charge for wifi, strike two was the lack of tv channels, and the third strike was when "hotel security" knocked on our room door to tell my family of the several noise complaints we so called accumulated in the 40 min we have been our room because we were........laughing, yes laughing. Consider this a lesson learned and we will not be returning. And you know what, an extra strike was given to the loud reception party downstairs that was blocking the hallway but I'm sure they did not receive a noise complaint because of someone's fat check they wrote but I digress.

This was the first time for us staying at the hotel after having stayed only once before at another Omni - the Dallas Downtown Location (which was awesome). Overall it s a clean and good hotel though not really the class that we were expecting from Omni, being a 4.5 Star Hotel. Would it not be for the larger pool/fitness area and restaurant you could think it s a Holiday In (no offense). If you are going to stay at this hotel hold off on adding a meal to your reservation until you have actually seen and experienced it. Would I have known in advance we would have gone out to eat instead ( The Rim area has a lot to offer in terms of Food choice). In the end we will not be back to this location and possibly give Omni another Chance somewhere else.

A bit run -down however overall good quality hotel with exquisite rooms.

Been to this hotel twice and had issues both times. First time had an entire family use their key card and enter our room. While we were all laying in bed. Ironically we were unable to even access the pool with our keycards without making a trip to the front desk the first time and had a staff member help us the second time we needed access. Our kids were totally freaked out by the unwelcome guest in our room. I asked for some sort of compensation and they gave us a red bull and a soda on the day we checked out. The second time staying here was a complete accident ad we thought we were booking a different Omni hotel. They toilet would not flush properly (no toilet paper in it). As soon as toilet paper went in it overflowed at 3 in the morning. Called front desk and maintenance never bothered to show up. Had to call a second and third time to get someone to come and unclog it. We will never stay at this second rate hotel again. There are way better hotels closer to all the action. It may say Omni on the building but its comparable to a fancy Motel 6 IMO.

Never book this place again... First of all The rooms is to small and overpriced. The Marriott is way better and bigger... We had no air conditioner in the room, When we reported it the room started smelling like antifreeze and another chemical. We had to take our kids to another family member room until a Maintenance tech made it. And fixed It about 7 o'clock in the morning. I even have 2 Videos of 2 different Maintenance Tech coming into the room. I will be posting them videos too

I didn't get a chance to stay here, I only visited a ball/conference room where a networking event was being held. The staff was very polite.

The food here is amazing and they have an inside AND outside pool. Both of which are very sizable and nice. However, the rooms are a bit cramped and it can get hot in the rooms. Also, the elevators are very dusty and the place in general has a very old fashioned kind of style.

Having stayed here two years ago, I had great expectations. When I came inside the manager was pleaant and helpful; but, that was the end of my contentment with the experience. I asked for a handicap room and was not told that I wasn't getting one- not fun with a broken leg. I was also limited to eating at the restraunt onsite, which was awesome two years ago. The food was repeatedly old and dry without flavor. So disappointed in the entire stay.

Beautiful views if pick right room. If you looling for close to riverwalk, etc then this might not be for you unless not mind 20 min drive and limited parking to find. If not being crowded downtown by other hotels and like space then this works. Hotel is modern, staff very accomadating but you can feel the distance of the downtown vibe of everything walking distance and just emptiness in place. Want closer to airport ....this is better.

I loved this place,because of the the great service and quality.Also it's close to the BoardWalk,Six Flags, SeaWorld,the Mall,and the Alamo.Then the restaurant is MAGNIFICENT.(Suggstion) try the omelette's.

Easy access to i-10, restaurants, shops, stores, great location. Indoor and outdoor pool, friendly employees. They had movies in the outdoor pool. Nice size room. I would definitely recommend it.

This place was really nice, my shower head wasn t the best when I arrived but I asked them if they could replace it and within the hour someone was at my door and replaced it which a much nicer newer one. I enjoyed staying here.

Just attended a religious fundraiser at the Omni Hotel for a Prayer Brunch on September 22, 2018.

The environment was very inviting and festive. The meal with plenty of coffee and orange juice was very nice. The server staff was wonderful.

Overall, the event was great because the Omni Hotel made it special.

The hotel was very clean and elegant, but the service needs improvement. We ordered our breakfast the night before that we wanted to receive it and in the morning it never showed up. We spoke with 3 different employees and none of them could solve the problem. We had a schedule to adhere to and we ended up not eating breakfast for this. No apology was given. The hotel is nice but the service needs attention

The staff are all helpful. The facilities are top notch. I would stay here again.

Was good just didn't really have vibe of a luxury hotel in the room. Simple my opinion but maybe room I was in. I would stay again if price right.

Located off of the highway near a Jasons Deli. The room was a very well appointed minisuite and the staff was Very helpful.

Staff is extra friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and room was very clean. I recommend asking for a room towards the back side of the hotel near the apartments. The highway side can be loud. If you turn yourair on and have the fan on high that helps.

Beware!!! My new 2019 vehicle was stolen from the parking lot overnight. There also were not any cameras to watch the guest cars, and hotel security must have been asleep.( he had this duh look on his face When they radioed him) come to find out this is not so uncommon along interstate 10. This hotel is close to I-10 and is quick easy on and easy off for the car thieves to headed to Mexico. The hotel did comp my room, breakfast, and take me to a class and a car rental place. Much appreciated.

It's a fine hotel for a quick visit. A bit older, but rooms are clean and comfortable.

Facilities were nice. I was there for a meeting and convention. I did not like that they charged an extra $100 on arrival without explaining that they were going to do so. The shuttle driver was so charming.

Always enjoy this hotel. Not all requests were recognized upon check in.
Room service menu really limited now. Prices very very high.
Valet parking is $15 per day - much too high.
Overall the hotel seems clean and safe, but there is enormous room for improvement. However, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
I would cautiously recommend this hotel and encourage guests to speak up about needed improvement/changes.

Very elegant and the service was good. Like that they have indoor and outdoor pools.

Very spacious rooms for their prices. Was understaffed but they tried their best to keep up with my requests.

We had our church luncheon here as we've done in the past...I have to say I was disappointed! The food was very bland and all but one entrance was closed which was very inconvenient.

Excellent business travel stay in San Antonio. Welcoming reception and comfortable stay. Adequate fitness facilities and punctual room service. Free and ample outdoor parking. Close proximity to USAA headquarters and Medical Center.

Unless you join their rewards program you have to pay for WiFi!!! Bathroom was one of the smallest we've ever been in! They charge your card $50 in case you charge something to the room and it takes 3-5 days before it's refunded to your card. There's no luggage cart so the hired valet can help with luggage and you can tip him. *No microwave*
The best part was the view from our room on the 18th floor. We won't be back

Professional staff; clean, classy hotel; comfortable bed, but expected softer sheets.

I was relaxed the whole time. Everything was done in a satisfactory order. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The San Antonio Omni is a very nice hotel. It seems a little dated but it's nicely appointed.

The front desk staff at the Omni are so helpful; there was a miscommunication with my billing, and they couldn't have been more eager to fix the issue. I would highly recommend the Omni for both business and personal trips.

We stay here almost every time we come to San Antonio. Got a high floor room and view was great. Prices are great, much cheaper than staying on the river walk.

Great corporate event in their conference room with spectacular dinner and excellent AV setup.

Great service. Quiet, clean room! Tons of attractions nearby. Only downside was cost and no free breakfast but I guess that's fairly standard in upscale places.

Ease in completing reservations, check-in/out procedures. Lovely guest room!
