This hotel used to be kid friendly but not anymore...

This hotel used to be kid friendly but not anymore! Every time we go to San Antonio we stay at this hotel, but I ll be looking at other hotels next time we come back! Hotel is outdated, cleanliness is okay, no more family movie nights by the pool & pool is dirty! I had to request for our room to be cleaned while we were out doing activities with the kids & when I did the front desk last seemed annoyed by my request. She didn t let me finish talking, she cut me off & asked me what s your room number. I told her & she said okay. I stared at her & she just gave me a smirk. Rude!!! Also nobody even acknowledged us when we checked out...they were to busy talking to each other! I m definitely not staying here again!! Oh, one more thing!!! They don t offer free WiFi!!! With the money you are spending to stay there, you would think they could offer free WiFi but nope!!!
