Been to this hotel twice and had issues both times. First time had an entire family use their key card and enter our room. While we were all laying in bed. Ironically we were unable to even access the pool with our keycards without making a trip to the front desk the first time and had a staff member help us the second time we needed access. Our kids were totally freaked out by the unwelcome guest in our room. I asked for some sort of compensation and they gave us a red bull and a soda on the day we checked out. The second time staying here was a complete accident ad we thought we were booking a different Omni hotel. They toilet would not flush properly (no toilet paper in it). As soon as toilet paper went in it overflowed at 3 in the morning. Called front desk and maintenance never bothered to show up. Had to call a second and third time to get someone to come and unclog it. We will never stay at this second rate hotel again. There are way better hotels closer to all the action. It may say Omni on the building but its comparable to a fancy Motel 6 IMO.
