Best hotel ever and the friendliest staff you will ever meet!

The employees were very nice and professional. I rented two separate rooms for my family and one happen to have a shower drain issue the minute the shower started running. The Omni sent maintenance to the room quickly. They were unable to fix the problem, but I believe this was a one out of a million incident. The other room was perfect. Heard no noise from other guests. Happy to stay again.

Love this place. Not too expensive, but just right to get away for a couple of days. Comfy beds and amenities. In house food and drinks are expensive, but most hotels are. Otherwise, great location, great stay.

Attended the Little Heroes Prom event & it was very nice

Great hotel, great staff, I really enjoyed my get away weekend. The reason for the 1 star is the simple fact of the hotel charging me then what the hotel site originally offered. I've made several attempts to allow them to resolve to which had failed. But thanks to my wonderful awesome CHASE bank I'll still get my money back.

Outdated, hard beds, double shower curtains in a gross tub with signs saying to use them, said this was a sea world hotel which is a 30 min drive. Never will stay at Omni again.

The Omni at the Collonade is always our preferred hotel stop in San Antonio!!! Service is excellent, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated! This area is nice and many restaurants are close by! Six Flags and Sea World are close too, as well as Shops at La Cabrera! Love it here!

Several issues with the hotel, but hopefully everything will get fixed and they will work out the kinks. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Soft bedding, too.

The hotel was nice enough, the employees treated you very well, but I would not have stayed there if my American Legion Post had not paid my cost. I did not find the room or the facilities to be worth the cost. The personnel of the hotel were very nice and very helpful, but the facility was not what I would expect from the cost factor.

We walked in about 3:00 and they said our room was not ready so we got a text about 30 minutes later they texted us saying our room was ready. We came back about 5:30 got our key and came to our room to find the cleaning service was still in our room. When they "finished" we come in to find that one of our beds is not made, the shower has hair all over it, and there was a cell phone left in our room. It was like the room was not cleaned at all. Aside from these problems the hotel is nice a long with the pool it is very atmnospheric with touches like live music.

Comfortable and super well located, the pool set with music and movies in the afternoon, there is also an indoor pool. Good in every way.

The WOF-SA luncheon was well catered and the food excellent. Really enjoyed the broccolini , kale and carrots along with the entree'.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with the cleanliness of this hotel. When I went to shower all the "clean" towels had black hairs on them. It was very disgusting in my opinion.There was hair all over the bathroom. I'm blonde so I definitely knew they weren't my hairs. The overall cleanliness of the entire room wasn't something I would expect for this hotel. The staff was friendly overall but there was a lack of attention to detail in my opinion.

A little pricey but worth it. From the front door to the room they take good care of you.

Very clean and good staff, will come again, quite area

Not typically a fan of hotel restaurants. Always found the price incredibly inflated, unnecessarily bougie, and generally a tourist trap for the lazy hotel patron. So there we were, indecisive to where we were going to have brunch. How pleasant a surprise it was when Bolo ended up being awesome. All you can eat Brunch buffet with bottomless mimosa for $30 a person?

So the buffet is split between breakfast and lunch items that are in two separate rooms. Nothing unique rather an assortment of the most popular meal items. Some of the items that stood out was the salad bar, prime rib station, and the cold bar of shrimp and oysters. Standard breakfast selection of pancakes, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, sausage patties, cereal...etc. Looked to me that the breakfast really just complimented the lunch items.

Mimosas really did flow like the river wild. After a while the waitress just left carafes full of them. I can only speak for the mimosas as I didn't have anything else booze related.

This solidifies my decision to stay at this hotel next time I am in town. Till then.

The staff was very polite, we booked a vacation package and had a nice room.Lucky enough to book in hours early which was great after driving from Dallas. Does need some updates,especially the restroom and where the toilet paper is placed( behind toilet). Room service was a bit expensive and didn't enjoy having a mini bar with my kids staying in the room( they have a $36 charge to empty it out on request.) So my 6yr old grabbed a $5 small can of pringles. BUT, location was nice with plenty of dine out options and an HEB down the street.overall we enjoyed ourselves very much.free self- parking was a plus!

Beautiful and modern hotel. Our room was very clean and everything was in working order. Hotel staff were very friendly and the pool area was fabulous. They have a wonderful hot tub to sit in at night and movies by the pool in the evening. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. Just overall great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Attentive staff, super soft bed and pillows. We had a great night's sleep for a good price. Didn't use any other amenities but had to review the room for the bed! It was that comfy!

In my room the bathroom door lock was broken and the food there was mediocre, but everything else was okay.

Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast we ordered arrived on time. The croissant and the avocado toast we're the bomb! Rooms were spacious and very clean. Their pools are heated and I really enjoyed the outside pools aesthetic. I would very much love to come and stay here again!

Easter buffet was good. It has changed a lot since I was last here. Got my picture taken with the Easter Bunny.

The staff went above and beyond. They provided balloons and an elegant dessert for my daughters birthday. Everyone was friendly. We came back to the room a little later and they had put out milk and cookies for the kids. What a treat!!!

Good location, decent customer service, but outdated and over priced. The massage also wasn't worth the price in the salon.

Very beautiful hotel me and my date had prom in there and it was amazing later after we went through the hotel and it was so beautiful and amazing people said hello to us.

My company had an event at the omni, I loved the beautiful decor and wide open rooms. Our even was catered and the staff was incredible, extremely courteous and so fast to accommodate. I appreciated having a coffee shop on site, with energy drinks as well, we all need our caffeine!

My time at the omni was great. We used one of their event rooks and it had great space.

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Antonio! One of the highlights of our stay was the intetaction with the restauraunt staff.
We had an exceptional server at breakfast named Mercedes. Our 4 year old daughter caught a cold during our stay. Mercedes mixed honey and lemon at our table for a natural remedy! Maria and the gentleman at the omelette station were very nice and personable. The SeaWorld bundle package was a tremendous value. We also enjoyed the pool area. We would definitely choose Omni again for future hotel stays!

OUTSTANDING service by the Front Desk staff. Always willing to resolve whatever problems that may arise!!!

Attended a conference here. Very hospitable with ice water in every meeting room and glasses. Pens and paper for taking notes. Good location to grab food I'm between and snacks at the fun little gift shop.

As always we had a fabulous experience during our stay at The Omni Hotel at The Colonade! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the hotel pool was a hit especially with my kids being able to swim and enjoy the movies shown on Friday and Saturday nights! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were exceptionally clean! Thank you to the staff of the Omni hotel for guaranteeing us a wonderful stay!

Went there multiple times a month from 2015-2018 and they have the best staff and customer service I ve ever experienced at a hotel. I haven t been lately because I moved to the area so no need for a hotel anymore but I ve stopped by once or twice just to say hi to the staff working there.

We had a few issues with the rooms, but the staff quickly addressed the issues & everything was just fine for the rest of the stay.

Hotel was very clean and the pool featured a kids movie in the evening which was nice. Staff was very helpful and even dropped off milk and cookies for my son in the evening as a gift.

Excellent ambiance, a definite stop if you're in San Antonio. Plenty of parking, so getting in is a breeze. Located right off a major highway so there easy access to the hotel and the surrounding San Antonio areas. Wonderful staff that are eager to help its patrons. Would definitely return to the Omni Hotel.

Beds are uncomfortably hard and lumpy but the rooms are very clean.

No fridge, charged for internet even though they said they wouldn't if we signed up for a membership, no breakfast included. Rooms aren't that impressive though I loved the piano in the lobby.

The meeting areas are a good size for large events. Hotel seems like a nice hotel.
