Visiting from Florida. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Great customer service.
If anybody out there is looking for deals for hotel rooms visit . made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the absolute best rates anywhere!
We had a very good stay, great room, great service, and beautiful location! Their staff was also very professional and very friendly. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I would really like to come back here again and again. I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job! A big hand to all of you!
Awesome food buffet. Took a group of people and ate really well. We paid 60 dollars a person that covered taxman tip on Saturday Brunch. Excellent food.
Great location, walking distance to restaurants and outdoor concert area. Hotel is clean and updated. Staff is very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.
Stunning. PERFECTLY located to a number of cultural sites that "matter". Was always offered bottles of water as we exited. "It's the little things" like that after all!
Excellent hotel. Enjoyed out stay. All the attractions we wanted to see were within 3 blocks for the hotel . Room on 17th floor was special and the Concierge lounge exceptional. Hope we can do that again the next time we visit the Music Centre.
Easy check in and check out. Room was very spacious and experience was amazing. Very friendly staff at the front desk
Staff was exceptional and knowledgeable. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Was most out walking around LA, had a great time and a great sleep.
Terrible hotel. They withdraw money ($210) from my account without explaining the price i should pay for and receipt. I asked about what happened, but the accounting part only said that i misunderstood because i am having a short English, Asian girl.
Then, they block me not to call anymore.
I hate racism.
I ll never go again.t
Overpriced, very nice rooms but still really overpriced. I really dont like paying for wifi when I have a report due by the end of the night. Liked the place alot except those issues. They have alot to fix based off that, but its still a pretty good experience overall.
Scallops were really cold. Service was slow. Waitress was really really nice
Upon arrival I was greeted by a very friendly staff and I felt very welcomed. Check-in was quick and easy, definitely the best front desk service at any hotel I stayed in. The rooms exceeded my expectations; clean and very elegant. I would be staying her again on my next trip to LA. Thank you Omni Hotel for the wonderful experience.
Got a great deal on this place, which was good, as I feel for the full price it might have been a little overpriced. Very nice room, easy check in and checkout, and the bar is fantastic. The outside bar area really made our evening, and was super relaxing with the fire pit. The secret bar menu is a cool idea, and the staff were fantastic.
The hotel is nice enough. The staff is accommodating, no free Wi-Fi, no fridge in the room. Room is ok, things feel a little dated. All the hotels in the area are just ok for the price you pay.
Amazing Brunch and service! Our server Ely went way above and beyond our expectations
Sunday brunch at the Grand Cafe was excellent! Three of us ordered off the menu and enjoyed. Our fourth party member had the buffet. All around great experience.
The bar lounge area is very comfortable and relaxing. The drinks were a little slow coming, but everything else about the spot is great. They had a live piano player too.
I had problems with noise from room above and was transferred to a lower floor room on the 6th floor facing a busy street (Grand Ave). Could not sleep due to loud road noise. Poor sound insulation. Front desk should have been more thoughtful as to what room they were moving to since I had moved due to noise issues. Poor customer service.
Rooms are nice but for a highly rated hotel that didn't have usb plugs to recharge electronics. Really dated. They offer a shuttle service, with a really nice driver, but was shocked when i had a 45 min wait for a return driver
The hotel is beautiful and secure, so you really don't feel like you're in downtown LA. I started on the 7th floor and my room was immaculate. They have lots of nice touches, included sweet treats as you check in and apples to take as a snack. Every staff member was professional and really helpful - from valet, check in, to bar.
A splendid hotel, with wonderful rooms and helpful staff!
Lovely room, great service, extremely comfortable bed. Omni is my go-to hotel when I have the option and have yet to be disappointed.
Nice room but there was a wedding and we were right above the speakers.
Service is good, though their lobby is very dirty. We saw cockroaches in the urinal and table tops. Rooms seemed clean
Good hotel with Nice Staff the water up front was fresh and clean the food was good and the room was clean yes construction was going on but I mean damn people no one can better the environment they were once in or add unto themselves??? Anyway the view was fine they have pics online people!!! Oh and the chips and guacamole !!!!!
Spotless -clean smelling rooms with comfortable beds and pillows
The hotel offered a great spa and such comfortable beddings .
Great hotel! Friendly staff, great location if you need to be downtown. Close to Grand Central Market and several Metro stations.
Great location and nice staff. From the outside it's not much to look at, but rooms are modern and comfortable, and amenities are A+.
Visited to get cofee and pastry from the hotel. The service was nice and friendly and also fast.
Had dinner at Noe inside Omni Hotel. It was a lovely experience. The bar tender was great and the service in the restaurant was pleasant. The dinner plates were reasonably priced for downtown LA. Expect to spend between $150 to $200 for pre-dinner cocktails and a 3 course meal for two.
Great location! My room was nice and clean and had a great view! It's walking distance to Grand Central Market, The Broad, Disney Concert Hall, MOCA, and to nearby restaurants as well.
I attended the brunch buffet at the Grand Cafe. There was a large variety of food available for the price, but the quality was of varying degree. The meat was very good; however, the dim sum was rather average. It's impossible to succeed at everything, especially given the wide net the Grand Cafe attempts to cover. Overall, it is worth the price of admission.
This was my second time at this upscale restaurant and hotel with my wife. We enjoyed our meal and talked about spending time there some time soon.
Attended the Grand cafe buffet. Great service and food selection for a big group.
Excellent pet friendly luxury hotel. They gave me a great room with views of the Museum. The rate was competitive but the additional services are pricey. Valet parking is 50 bucks, and the valet isn t on the ball. Otherwise four stars all the way. Glad I stayed there.
I love eating in here. The service is amazing and the Filet mignon was perfect!
This was by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The customer service is exceptional. The room was so comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a very short walk to DTLA and Grand Central Market.
Very good place , Carla helped me out a lot ! Thank you guys , I highly suggest this place!
I was there for an event hosted by the California Immigration Lawyers association. The food was good, the service was great. Parking is expensive ($15) but expected in downtown.
Really nice hotel great service but a bit to expensive for what you get. Room service price were expensive.
Took 3hrs to check in and the parking is absurd. What a joke for almost $400 a night
The staff was friendly especially the staff greeting us at the door. Super clean and the rooms were amazing!
Very good service, employees are very professional and helpful.
It's pretty good overall, but $52 for parking is killer
Location is nearly perfect in the downtown. The museum is at the very next door.
I was there for a conference and did not stay at the hotel. Glad I took Uber though, parking seemed difficult and completely full. Seemed valet only
This restaurant is beautiful. The food in the restaurant was delicious and bar was excellent.
Confusing to get into. Multiple large well marked entrances but require a room key to enter. WiFi is not a free amenity. Charged 2005 prices ($15/day) for 2010 speeds (15m download)
I have only eaten at the restaurant downstairs at the hotel. The food and service is excellent. Food is so reasonably priced.
Not staying here again. Main bar wasn't open during the day and outside local area shops were mostly closed. Typical area of LA, I guess in that way even though it was the weekend. Is close enough to downtown LA, though, so that was good but not walking distance for most people. No discounted parking for guests. Stayed here to go to concert at Dodger stadium, took a cab the first night outside hotel. Cabbie tried to convince me to take a bus, wow, never imagined a cabbie would say such a thing. People were generally nice here and room was ok, so that's why 3 stars. But very expensive for lack of amenities, no parking and makes me want to Airbnb next time I'm in this area of LA.
Great location. Close to Disney Performance Hall, MOCA and Financial District. About 25 min ride to Hollywood. If you plan to Uber, my experience had been that there is a lot confusion finding this address for some reason. The hotel is bordered by Olive and Grand (there is an upper and lower Grand) If Ubering from the Omni I would specify an Olive St. pickup to avoid confusion with the two Brands. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help.
Super clean and enjoyable experience for my partner and I. Make sure to try the saline pool and tell me all about it. I didn't have a chance but have heard good things about it
Lovely hotel, location a bit quiet, good for business not for leisure unless you hire a car. Service great, rooms great.
Love this place it's just full of great people just waiting to help you
Service was great, but the Queen bed I was downgraded to (after reserving a King) was a Murphy Bed (pull-down style). There was no blanket on the bed, and the air vent was right above the bed. I spent all night either shivering when the air was on or boiling when the air was off. I got very little sleep the night before an important meeting. Omni let me down.
This hotel waa amazingly maintained especially considering how old and classic the omni was. The service was impeccable! Couldn't have asked for a better night in Los Angeles! I would definitely stay there again!
We had a very good stay, great room, great service, and beautiful location! Their staff was also very professional and very friendly. I also observed that the place was very cleaned and organized. I would really like to come back here again and again. I can extremely recommend you to everyone. Good job! A big hand to all of you!
I really enjoyed my stay! I would highly recommend it to a friend! :)
The last two visits to this hotel, I have smelled strong odors of marijuana some nights and it permeates the rooms...mostly frequently on weekend nights. On the days and nights your neighbors arent lighting up, it is a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds, convenient coffee bar, large meetings space, convenient to restaurants. Good bar food and drinks, decent room service menu. Rooms are very spacious.
Nice staff, but a bit dated. Bathroom was nice with separate tub and shower
VERY chic, clean, comfortable hotel with GREAT staff and friendly service - food was AWESOME - breakfast, lunch, dinner...even the 24hr late night room service was awesome. A++++
A cute hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. A down to earth spot to stay while visiting Los Angeles. The employees will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome. There are a lot of choices while in DT, however you can't go wrong staying here. :)
Wonderfully accommodating staff. We were greated with friendly staff at both the front desk and the concierge desk. Our bell service man Eric offered us some greatly appreciated insider tips and advice for our stay. Great downtown LA location. Angels flight and Grand Central Market were both steps away from the entrance on Level 2. Only a 15 minute walk to Little Tokyo. Wonderfully designed rooms with space to spare!
