I love the food court here. It has an excellent variety of options to eat at. I also like the fact that the train station is also accessible from this location. It is also kept up overall in terms of cleanliness and security is always readily available to help as necessary.

The service and staff were excellent and accommodating! They certainly made sure we were comfortable! The rooms were slightly dated and needed maintenance- we had all sorts of issues with the outlets and the fridge was noisy but it was a comfortable place to sleep and convenient to the center!

This hotel is old and tired. Long lines at check-in, no dresser in the room so I was forced to live out of a suitcase for 12 days, and the Internet was poor to fair. I would not recommend this hotel.

Was not an overnight guest but attended a conference here. Really liked that it's connected to both the CNN office and Georgia World Congress Center. Right next Mercedes Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena.

I had a blast being the DJ for Oracle Cloud Day corporate event in the Grand Ballroom of the North Tower! What amazing views of Centennial Park! The room is huge and the staff were amazing to work with! We hope to be back soon! Fonix Entertainment

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and the staff really made me feel at home . The guy at the front desk named Samuel was such a great help . Anytime I had a problem , he was right there to help . Really did enjoy my stay

Great facility in the heart of the city - I attended for a sales conference and was able to move between meetings with no difficulty. When booking your room request a view of the park.

Out of 6 elevators only 2 worked and one time I had to wait 45 min to get to my room. Every time we came into the hotel or want to leave our Room we had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes every single time. One time I was the 1st one to get on and we stopped 2 floors up, more people got on the elevator it hit its weight limit the last people would not get off me my family exit the elevator and had to wait another 20 minutes to catch the next 1 .Valet service was quick and nice however I think if you pay that much for a Room valet service should be free not extra $45 for less than 24 hour stay.

We did not actually stay here, but several colleagues did. They got upgraded to a Presidential Suite, so spent several hours there. The place and suite were huge. It took a little while to figure out how to navigate.

Loved the hotel, quiet, wonderful beds/views... For such a nice hotel they didnt have a very warm welcoming. No water, champagne etc...Most omnis do, but very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.

I've always enjoyed most of the Omni Hotel I've been to. Atlanta's location is very nice with excellent views of the city and fantastic restaurant options located close by. Very convenient to use MARTA with a platform directly below the Dome.

if you end up at the bar make sure you have Carla she's a saint. The other bartender is terrible overcharges and is nasty. I'm not interested in going back to the hotel do the bartender overcharging me. Make sure you have Carla otherwise you'll have as bad of an experience as I did.

Our visit was a spur of the moment thing. We had been camping for 3 days and wanted to relax and enjoy our last night free. Got a great deal online, and took it. On check in we were greeted by Amos at the front desk. AMAZING SERVICE! He was the best, as was everyone else we had contact with. The room was stunning, the view spectacular and the stay over all was amazing. I can not recommend the Omni highly enough.

Worst hotel experience we have ever had in Atlanta. We go every year and usually stay at a different hotel each time to experience different parts of downtown Atlanta, this is the only time we have disliked a hotel. The only thing we could say that we liked when we were leaving was the water pressure in the shower. Parking was terrible. The elevators took 30-40 minutes to get on. My 60 year old Mother-in-law had to walk up 10 floors of stairs because we got so tired of waiting for elevators. The shower faucet never stopped running. The room was not clean. Needless to say we will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Gets a five because of the location. Best place to be for quick and easy access to the Georgia World Congress Center and the CNN center food court. Also very close to the Phillips Arena and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Easy walk to the Georgia Aquarium and the World of Coca-Cola. The hotel is showing its age but service is good and all were prompt and courteous.

I was very disappointing with this hotel. There were stains on the towels, stains on the carpet, mold in the shower, trash under the bed. Nowhere near Four Star Quality. Carpet old and needs to be replaced

You never need to even go outside if you don't want to. Several fast food restaurants in food court. Along with upscale restaurants and bars. Alot to do around town and easy to get to. Elevator's are a bit weird but after a day you will figure it out

They charged me for an extra two nights because I accidentally left a few of my hanging clothes in the closet. I fought and fought with them and got one night refunded. The other night I have just forfeited. I expected to pay for my clothes to be shipped to me but not extra hotel nights.

When I think of Atlanta... Omni Hotel comes to mind. There is just something stellar about this beautiful piece of work. The rooms are magnificent. You feel as if your in the lap of luxury. From the high ceilings, crown molding and antique finishings. All you will feel is nostalgic staying here.

While many modern amenities are throughout rooms and hotel, it still is a central piece connected to all things Atlanta. CNN, Georgia World Congress Center, Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Etc.

Staff goes way out of their way to make your stay a 5 star plus always.... Food is literally flowing everywhere outdoors. McCormick & Schmidt Seafood & Steakhouse is a must. NY Strip 13oz can be shared.... I mean we had to. No way I could eat it all myself.

Make Omni A Must Stay!!!

We were here for the Success Resources USA with Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, and so many others....

Very great hotel. All the workers are amazing and kindly and the room was very clean and have great space. The restaurant was extremely good. The only thing that is extremely expensive was the parking (U$ 45), but you have the option to stop in a public park near the hotel.

We have a bad experience! All together! First we arrive there and they told us that we had to used the valet parking! And we had to pay $45 dollars for it! Then they took 40 minutes for some to take our car so we waited outside. With 2 kids under 3 years old crying and screaming for been in the road for 5 hours! Then we ask if we can get our baby portable bed from the cat, turs out the parking was 2 blocks away, so im not venen sure is is part of the hotel. We ask for a baby bed and they took about an hour to bring it. At the next day we need it go and we asked for our car. It took them about 30 minutes to get our car . Our kids where hungry. And at that point we where so upset. The valet parking guys where absolutely rude! There was one that was controling the rest of them and pretty much told my husband to shut up and wait! I did the survey email and complained about this. About 5 days ago i got a email from a manager saying that he was sorry and that we where going to get our 45 dollars back! So far we haven't get nothing, so pretty much he make fun of us! I won never comeback to a hotel that does not value all people but there reach customers! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Location is immediately next to the convention center and several other major attractions. Rooms and service are satisfactory but floor plans can be confusing at first for the ballrooms and such.

Great location and view from our room with a balcony. The room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Large closet, but no drawers for clothes.

The internet is not free; it is either $9.95 or $14.95 depending on the service you select. You can enroll in their rewards program which gives you free Wifi.

Another surprise was that the valet parking was $55 per night for a truck. I believe it is $45 per night for a small car.

The one pool was very small and not clean. The hot tub was broken and drained; it was not covered to prevent a young child from jumping in and being injured.

Not what I expected from Omni.
