Overall, our stay here was decent. The hotel was nice and our room was very clean. The beds and pillows were not comfortable/supportive at all. The housekeeper was very friendly. Other staff that we encountered within the hotel were just ok, but not the most friendly/helpful; otherwise, we had a good stay.

Great hotel, enormous, though, and easy to get a little lost. Was there for a conference. Everything was well done: the food, the rooms, the service. They didn't seemed prepared enough for 500+ guests for breakfast on the first day, but they picked up their game day two and did a wonderful job.
Staff at front desk were nice and helpful. Only complaint was the noisy fridge in my room. Had to use ear plugs, but then slept well.

Excellent location. The valet is mandatory and 45 bucks. But the rooms were renovated. Customer service was great. One of my preferred hotels in Atlanta for staycations and company events.

I stayed here for the Passion conference (which I also totally recommend) and the hotel is so big that I got lost! However, the staff are very friendly and assisted me with my lack of direction. My room was very comfortable and nice, and the price was affordable! I would definitely stay here again.

Elevators aren't designed well and can't accommodate many people. Some of the stair cases are blocked if you want to go up them to get around the elevators which means you are forced to wait for them.

Attended an one day conference at the hotel. Expensive to park at the hotel but found parking for $10 at GWCC Red deck nearby. Lots of conference rooms at the hotel but restrooms only at every other floor.

My toilet seat was broken, a light bulb was burnt out and there was a black mold looking substance all over the water knobs under the sink that was running down the wall to the floor. I ordered my morning beverage and it was never delivered. Staff was wonderful, but the Facilities needed work.

The rooms are nice and spacious, and the bathrooms are big, but the hotel policies are unclear year after year and sometimes the front desk people can be a little snippy. I have had good experiences with some of them, though. It's a nice hotel overall but the policy changing thing...

The hotel was clean but dated. On the plus side it was in the center of everything in Atlanta. Centennial park was right across the street and many restaurants in walking distance. Mercedes Benz stadium was in walking distance as well. The connection to the CNN building was cool too (which in itself has it's own food court and restaurants). The pool, if you could call it that, was not impressive. It was very small and not deep (4ft) so don't expect to do laps in this!

It was just ok. I prefer Embassy Suites or Residence Inn. The room was clean, but there was a moldy odor on the far left side near the window. We were on the 26th floor. Its great for people who love heights. (I am not one of them) The view was great if you like looking at rooftops along with your cityscape (I don't). The bedding was basically just sheets and the "comforter" was paper thin. I even asked housekeeping for more blankets and though she said she would bring more, none came. The feel of the place is curteous, cold and EXTREMELY impersonal. Employees are just there to do their job and the bare minimum at that. It was just a stay in a basic, somewhat dated hotel room. Three stars because though it wasn't impressive at all. There are worse places you can stay.

Stayed over night for a Alanta Hawks game. Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the staff stuck out the most though. He works in valet and name is Tye. He help me and my son find so much stuff to do. He is more then a guy that parks cars. You guys need to hang on to this guy. It is hard to find someone like this. Loves his job and is out for the clients interest most of all.

Its a nice hotel. Other than having to walk a mile to my room. Plus, They are under construction right now. I was there for a conference and they definitely need more bathrooms where the meeting rooms are. Not convenient when you have to go down stairs to the bathroom.

Wonderful and welcoming stay at the Omni! Great location to fun activities downtown! Food was delicious at the bar.One recommendation would be taller furniture throughout the hotel. The low furniture was not too comfortable for taller people or people with certain health conditions. Also, surprised the accessible rooms did not have ADA height toilets and valet parking is a bit high ($45 per night). Otherwise, I'd give them 5 stars.

Great place nice people....on arrival had a bit of a problem looking for a bellhop but it was busy....the rooms were clean and everyone was nice....my only issue was that when the AC came on it smelled like fish for some odd reason and all three of us staying there could smell it

Gorgeous hotel in a prime location. We stayed on the 27th floor of the south tower and had an incredible view. The bed was so comfortable that my husband and I decided that we need to buy a new mattress when we get home. The shampoo and conditioner bottles are larger than other hotels, which seems insignificant but means a lot to me. The hotel staff were amazing. I cannot say enough nice things about the people who work here. It's across from a beautiful park and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. We will most definitely return.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The property is very clean and cared for. There seems to be some construction/renovations going on in some areas of the hotel. I gave 4 stars because I was not very pleased with my room. The toilet broke the first night but someone came very quickly to fix it. The fridge did not work properly and I had to throw out my food items. The light would not turn off in the closet but I kept the door closed and it did not disturb my sleep. The multi-layered lobbies were confusing and hard to navigate at first. Otherwise, this was a lovely hotel. I would return but to a different room.

I would give zero stars if I could! I waited 2 hours to check in at 5pm. I ended up accepting 2 double beds ( because they were clean and ready after waiting 2 hours!) although I paid 4 mnths ago for a king! I called to get room service at 11:50, and I was told it would be an hour and a half! I paid $259 for the night plus $55 to check my car (which was also a complete nightmare!!). I will not leave here tomorrow morning without a credit! This was the worst hotel stay I have EVER had in 43 years of my life!!!

This rating is for the valet service. I paid $45 a night to park my car over night and keep it safe in Atlanta only to have them drip something corrosive on the hood of my car and it ruined the clear coat on my car! I called to have them make a claim and get this fixed but the valet manager and claims guy were both very argumentative and lied about damaging my car. They wont help me and now I have to pay $1300 dollars to fix the damage they did to my car!!!!!! Dont park your car valet with this hotel. They have no cameras and they treat your cars poorly.

I have stayed at the Omni Atlanta before and my experience was good. The heat did not work in my room. I ordered room service and the food was terrible. It looked like it had been sitting for hours. The price of valet parking is totally ridiculous. The overall experience was terrible. It was also loud and noisy. I'm not sure I will ever stay there again.

Up front, let me say this: it's a beautiful hotel, convenient for downtown activities. Downside? Poor customer service. Here is the list:
1. Only one bellhop. He wasn't waiting at the drop off spot but was inside, chatting with someone. My husband had to go find him, and when he did, the bellhop didn't load the cart. My husband did.
2. There was only one person checking in customers. 6 people were ahead of us. Why only one person when there was a line?
3. We booked a disabled room with a roll-in shower. It was on the 8th floor. What were we to do if there was an emergency and the elevators weren't functioning? All disabled rooms need to be in the first floor for just this reason.
4. Speaking of the roll-in shower, there wasn't an attached, fold-up bench in the shower itself to sit on while showering. I had to call the front desk in order to have someone bring up a chair. And, when I did call to say there wasn't something to sit on in the roll-in shower, the person who was helping me said, "Do you need something to sit on?" I said, "Well yes, I'm in a wheelchair." Why would someone book the room if they weren't, and call asking for one? Need to have a fold-up bench installed in all roll-in showers.
5. The hand-held shower head was at the very top of the vertical bar it was placed on. I would have had to call someone to get it down for me if I was travelling alone. Housekeeping needs to make sure it's at its lowest position when cleaning the bathroom.

That's pretty much it. I wouldn't stay at the Omni in Atlanta again, nor would I stay at other Omni hotels based on this experience.

The Omni at CNN Center is one of my "preferred" hotels in Atlanta, especially for events at the World Congress Center.

I stayed there over Labor Day Weekend for Dragon Con, which also covered my Birthday. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my room and found a Birthday balloon, Cheesecake and a Birthday Card from the Concierge!

The Staff of The Omni helped make my entire stay enjoyable.
